This turn of events not only inconvenienced me but also put me in a precarious situation as I had to deal with additional repairs and expenses that were entirely avoidable. To make matters worse, both the owner and the locksmith displayed a shocking level of rudeness and dismissiveness when confronted with the consequences of their actions. Rather than acknowledging the mistake and taking responsibility, they shifted blame, claimed the car was already broken before they came and made excuses. The lack of accountability and customer service was astounding, leaving me with a sense of regret for choosing their services. I was totally locked out of my BMW X5 after the fob stopped working and using the key to manually unlock the door failed. I reached out to Noble Locksmith seeking assistance with replacing the fob, cutting a new key and possibly repairing the lock in the driver’s door. I was offered to get both done at a very discounted rate, but due to money constraints I chose to prioritize the fob and they sent Jaime out to help who was just wonderful and fast! Initially this seemed to allow me to lock and unlock the door. However later the same evening I was again locked out as the vehicle wasn’t responding to the fob. I called Noble and Sean, the owner, answered. He explained why not repairing the lock was a major issue and offered to personally come out the next day (a Saturday no less) to get into my vehicle and diagnose the problem just to rule out any electrical issue. He actually took the time on the phone to explain how to bypass the double lock system, several different potential sources of this problem and asked me to reach out in the morning. Sean followed up on his promise and came the following afternoon with Jaime and a trainee. He determined the lock had been previously repaired with an incorrect part and in no time had it all fixed. He coordinated all the mobile repairs with my mom since I was at work both days. My mom doesn’t drive my BMW for various reasons, and since the tow truck driver parked it at the bottom of a steep hill near my house, he drove the vehicle and my mom up the hill and backed it into my spot for me. He really went above and beyond coming out personally, being sensitive to my money situation (I wasn’t charged a weekend fee if they have those) and was just great to work with all around. I would hire them again in an instant. Thank you so much Sean and Jaime, I appreciate y’all!

So I don't like leaving bad reviews but in this case, I feel I have to. I called this business ahead of time asking if they could make a duplicate car key with the automatic remote/fob. I wanted to have a backup in case something happened to the original. I was quoted $239 plus tax, and that it would take 20-30 min. I went to their location and waited for over an hour. They ended up breaking my original key remote. To make matters worse, they said they had a problem "hacking" into my car to program the remote. After breaking the original, they gave me $40 off and charged me $211 for a new remote...I just wanted to get a duplicate. Not only did they break my original key fob, they killed my car battery and had to jumpstart it so that the car would function. A few days later, my car battery was dead, adding another unnecessary expense for me. Finally, after this entire fiasco, I was told "next time you should go to the dealership if you want a key."

I’m a moron, like many of you reading this who also lost your only key fab and came here. I left my key fab on a flight and needed an urgent fix to the situation so I could get into work within a day. I called the Toyota dealership, and those criminals told me it would be a total of somewhere near $900 to get a new one. I was perplexed, that feels like it should be illegal. I hung up and googled trying to find another solution near me in beautiful pacific beach, CA. Noble Locksmith popped up and I gave them a call, I was then told it could be done for $300, at my location, that day within a 2 hour time frame; I was ecstatic. The technician showed up and was ultra friendly - really one of the nicest guys I’ve ever met. He was very professional and finished in about 30 minutes, completely absolving me of my delimma. The hardware is good quality and works perfect. I could not recommend a business more than Noble Locksmith.

Nobody ever wants to have to get their car key replaced, but if you are having to go through a situation like this there's nobody that I could better recommend than noble locksmith. When I called this morning Eric who answered the phone was incredibly helpful made me feel so much better about a situation that really sucks. And when Jamie showed up within 30 minutes to the location of my car she even had to wait for me a little bit. It was a quick transition from waiting to get into my car, to being into my car to having a new key. And I don't know what I would have done without them I am so grateful and would recommend them to all of my friends and family.

I had bought pre-owned Chrysler Pacifica and only received one fob. Feeling it essential to have a backup key, I found that the dealer could supply & program for over $400. Yikes. I guess that was out of the question. After procrastinating, I bought a new, un-programmed fob through Amazon … and procrastinated and deliberated again…. Yes, silly me! Eventually I enquired with Shaun at Noble and received a prompt reply with the quote to program the fob. Today I drove out there. Exceptional value and service. To replace my key fob for a GMC Acadia first tried a local Chevy dealer. They ran a dx on my fob and said I needed new one, which was $395, or $450 for same day service. Found Noble on line and they said they could replace it for $100. However, when I arrived they first took apart my fob and noticed the guts were dirty. So they cleaned it up, and low and behold it now works! Great example of integrity and thoughtful service. They only charged me $5 for a new battery! (I had put in a new battery, but may have been defective). Highly recommend Noble. Im going back once this fob dies for good.

Definitely call Noble Locksmith for all your key and locksmith needs!! I needed a replacement key and fob for my Toyota, and the dealership told me it would be close to almost $600, and the key would not come for 4 business days… and I would have to tow the car there myself! I called noble locksmith, and within 20 minutes, had set up an appointment for them to come to my house THE SAME DAY I CALLES, and I got two new keys with fobs for HALF the price the Toyota dealership had quoted me. I have out of town company and needed to find a place to get a duplicate key fob made for my DIL's 2013 Dodge Grand Caravan before they returned back to Sacramento. I called & visited a few places and this was the only one to have the item in stock. The gentleman who assisted us, checked and said we might only need to fix the pad inside the fob ($20) vs. purchasing a new key fob ($139). It turned out that was exactly the issue with this key fob. We had the pad fixed and I purchased a spare key fob due to the great and honest customer experience I had with this company. Definitely a 5-star company to deal with...

I needed a spare key fob for my new (to me) car. I figured I would just bite the bullet and go to the dealer for convenience and peace of mind. HA! Dealer wanted nothing to do with me. I went in to Noble Locksmith hoping they could help me. The top of my key fob that goes on the key ring wire through. I didn’t know it was a key. The man behind the counter was so nice and took the time to find a replacement and found it when the other staff came in they checked for me and had it. He also gave me a quote for another key fob. The whole staff in there are very nice and helpful the atmosphere in there is friendly and Princess the doggy mascot is sweet. I will definitely be back to buy another fob. The external lock on the driver's side door of my 2020 KIA Soul did not work. I could unlock the car with my fob, and the key had no issue with the ignition. This was a problem because I was about to put the car in storage and disconnect the battery. Without this external lock working, I would be unable to unlock my car when I came back for it. I sent an email to these guys, and they replied on the same day. I drove up to this place, and in like 2 minutes my problem was solved. These guys are lifesavers. 5/5 would come here again and recommend to all my friends.

I got a quote over the phone for new FOB, but when I got there, the price was $50 higher. I had called several locksmiths for quotes, and only decided to come to this farthest location based on the price. I can understand mistakes happen (I said it was turn key, because I had been using an actual key, apparently it's push start). However, $50 is a significant increase, and they were not willing to compromise at all on the price. I would have been content with a $10 discount, but nada. Service provided was fine, but with the price switcheroo, 3 stars.

Eric at noble locksmith was very professional and helpful. I was going to replace my key fob for my truck. He looked at it and was just able to fix my old one and saved me over $100. I would recommend Noble Locksmith for any locksmith issues you may have. I am actually going to come back to have a spare Key FOB made. Great customer service. By the way I went to the dealer first and they quoted me $213 just for the new fob and another $100 for the service dept. to program it. Totally recommend going to Noble Locksmith before a dealer.

Recently my car key fob buttons broke (like the the buttons broke off, battery was fine) so I bought a couple of replacement keys off Amazon. I went to get my key cut & found out a bunch of places don’t cut my kind of key (Chevy Sonic 2016). These guys do though. I called, Eric answered (cool dude), told me the price to get them cut and/programmed (I just needed the cut), way cheaper than the other competitors for just the cut. Took 10 minutes and I was out! The keys to our car got stolen on a Sunday and the team at Noble Locksmith quickly replied to my inquiry even thought it was outside of their normal business hours to let me know they’d be able to help first thing the next morning. This was a great relief as we didn’t know if the thief would come back and attempt to steal our car! As we watched our fob drift down into the salt water I knew we had to replace my wife’s car fob. I got a competitive quote for a replacement key and remote for my 2007 Outback. I had lost my only key and remote. The driver/locksmith came out the same day when he said he would, navigated the tricky directions to my house, and was able to quickly and professionally create a replacement key and code in a new remote. Excelente service. I was looking for a Locksmith that could make a copy of my Yamaha R1 key. This was the second Locksmith I try, they were able to make a perfect copy at the first try, they took good care of me. Noble Locksmith on Lake Murray Blvd is great! I needed a new key fob for my vehicle. I called, they had what I needed in stock, and 20 minutes later it was done. That included programming the fob, cutting the emergency key inside, and making sure everything worked. You save a little bit by going to the store, but they also offer a mobile service. My car key was not working properly and I was sure it was just going to stop at any point. So I called, was told they can help. Drove there, they immediately helped. It was a little costly but was just so convenient and took barely any time at all. Maybe 15 minutes. I have had no key problems since and will definitely go back to them if I have any problems in the future.

Your staff was very nice and helpful. However, your corporate policy of no senior and/or veteran discounts is DISAPPOINTING, as is your laughably inadequate warranty (60 days!) on these very expensive key fobs. The one I needed to replace only lasted two years; the car it starts originally had a 7yr/70k warranty. A key fob doesn’t live in summer heat and freezing winter.

Awesome service each and everytime . I own a car dealership and this is my go to place for any of my car key needs . Do yourself and favor and don’t even waste time shopping around for locksmiths . They are the best ! , especially when it comes to keys for your vehicle . Very professional, courteous and they know their stuff .

They did good pre-service follow-up appointment confirmation, and called when en route. The service tech got the two (2) FOB programmed with laser keys in about 45 mins. Most importantly, the cost of doing two FOB was less expensive than having my car towed with Pacific Honda making only one (1) FOB. I recommend this crew.

Great place! I stopped in to see if they could make copies of a 1987 Suzuki key. They had the blanks on site and were able to make copies no problem. The staff was super chill, seemed like they enjoyed working there. I will definitely be coming here from now on for key copies and locksmith stuff. Awesome!

Eric Cassie and Dan solved my mystery problem in minutes! Even the dealership wasn’t sure what the issue could be. My fob was old and dead and hard to find a replacement for! I called them and an hour later had a new key fob for 35% less than what it would have cost at the dealership.

Needed a key fob for my truck gave them a call. They told me the tech had it on his truck would call me back when he came in. Got that call back went up there program win module to recognize new key fob less than ten minutes done. Great staff would recommend them to anyone.
