I first started dealing with A-1 back when Corey's father was the man out front, 15 years?? Cory now runs things and in all the years I have dealt with him and his father I have never had anything but excellent service and prices, and no matter what he stands by his work and if there ever is an issue he fixes it no questions asked, I was sure I needed brakes all the way around and Cory showed me the fronts were still in excellent shape, he cleaned things up and only replaced the rears, Last week he got me the best deal on winter tires I have ever had, if he cannot do it he will refer you to another shop he knows and you will be treated just a fairly. Terrible communication... Closer to none. If the owner doesn't know then who does? I called in morning as soon as you opened, you told me to call in the afternoon as you weren't sure when you could look at it. I call in the afternoon and you still don't know... I feel if I call again you still won't know. Maybe you want to play a guessing game but I don't. The more I get older the less I'm starting to expect of people. Worked on my truck because something felt wrong with one of the wheel/tire areas. Ended up determining that my tires were the cause of the issue therefore I had to buy new tires(so they would not get any business from me because I needed to go to a tire place). Cory charged me ONLY 25$ for 3 hours of labour and testing then got me a discount on tires at a shop nearby. Excellent service and honest company for a first time customer

The Mechanics are very knowledgable about many different makes and models of cars and the costs for services are fair and reasonable. They replaced a transmission for me in my older car a few years back and it still works great. I recently brought in my pickup truck for regular servicing. They changed my oil and only use synthetic at no extra charge. I will not go anywhere else and highly recommend this place to all my friends.

I've been taking my cars to A1 for years and have always received A1 service and have never felt like I'm being taken advantage of. I recently had a noise coming from the front of my car and turned out to be a wheel bearing. Cory had the part ordered and car fixed in a matter of hours and were able to shuttle me to and from the train station while they worked on it. I would recommend them to everyone!

I was going 100 km'/ hrs on the highway and had to urgently exit due to the loosening of my front left wheel. I was lucky enough to bump into Cory and his colleague who tightened my wheel and checked the 3 others for any additional problems. It was scary to think I could of died or seriously injured had the wheel come off on the QEW during rush hour. Thank you A1 complete for your help.

Most honest mechanic you will ever find. Small business that actually cares. Took a friend there once for a strange sound in his car and Cory spent over an hour on it and reassured us it was nothing...then he didnt even charge a penny!! Will never take advantage of anyone and only does worth that must be done. Very reasonable pricing too.

It is hard to find fair and honest mechanics. We were recommended A-1 Auto Transmission by a friend. We are very glad they did. The Owner is kind and treated my Wife, Son and I very fairly with excellent service. The owner helped arrange auto body work that was awesome and the best price of multiple wuotes. We trust Cory and this shop!

We've brought 5 of our own cars and 2 family cars to A1 over the last little while and wouldn't go anywhere else. They are great people doing great work. They work hard to find the best solutions to any problem we have ever had, and I love that they stand by their work and live up to their word.

I was at a1 auto repair for an oil leak. The team was really helpful to investigate the issue. They even fixed it free of charge. Cory and his team is absolutely amazing. Really happy to find such an amazingly reliable auto shop. I will continue visiting a1 for all my auto repairs from now on
