Hello to whom it may concern, my experience at the New Orleans Embassy started on May 26TH 2013. My stay ended horribly simply because my vehicle was not returned to me in the same operation conditioned I left it while in valet. I payed a daily parking fee for my mint condition 2013 Cadillac Escalade, I am the second owner of this immaculate vehicle which everything is fully operational. The vehicle was returned to me with the electrical back hatch door not operating, but simply making a buzzing sound. This door is not to be used by force but only by the remote control, the inside button in the ceiling, or the button on the handle. My vehicle was parked in valet in a parking space that was visible from the lobby doors. I saw my vehicle as I visited the lobby for breakfast and entering the hotel Friday , Saturday and Sunday, however my vehicle was moved Monday morning approximately 9:30 am. I noticed my vehicle was not parked in the same parking spot that it had been in. I did not think nothing of it because it was the day of my checkout. The back door is staying unlocked and will not open or close as it did when I originally left it with the valet attendant. I should not have to pay for 3 day parking then pay to repair my truck door that was damaged during the valet parking amd rent a vehicle while my truck is getting fixed. This is not what I expected on my 1st trip to New Orleans.
We stayed at the Best Western Plus in New Orleans and ACE was our Valet company. We needed our car at 7:30 a.m. , so we texted the attendant at 7:00 a.m.. Our car did not arrive until almost 8:00 a.m.. there were also 5 other people waiting for their cars as well. Very disorganized company. The hotel ended up not charging us for the service. My wife was late for her business meeting because of this dilemma. Needless to say , we will park our own vehicle next time. Saddening.
Be aware that this company has no insurance. If the damage your car your completely on your own. The run parking for the double tree at 300 canal street in New Orleans. Double tree will give you zero support as well and tell you the use a private company Ace parking to run there valley. If I could give 0 star I would.
While visiting the Roosevelt Hotel in New Orleans, Ace Parking handled a few issues I encountered with the utmost professionalism. Your car is in good hands with them. Nola is a wild place, but you’ll get your money’s worth with Ace
