Regular customer here in this store; price wise, depends on what products; not much varieties compared to other big supermarkets inside the shopping centre. Customer service part: recently have being asked to check my personal bag and also check our trolleys even though there were only a few things from other shops which packages looks totally different from the store. The young staffs at checkout have checked one times each week in last two weeks, I might not bring trolley or my bag next time as annoying to be asked so frequently now and don’t think the way they asked was very polite either. Or just go other big supermarkets for our shopping and give this store a miss from now on then as I only go there for a few things and do mainly our weekly shopping at other major big supermarkets inside the shopping centre. Also didn’t see stocks for free range eggs on the shelf when shopping on weekend recently. Couple times bought a big bag of oranges were not fresh and one time nectarines. Occasionally bought a few their clothes, but the sizes run a bit small and quality was not great.

The review is after visiting this outlet for 6 months. Never had such a poor experience with Aldi in past 6 yrs. Aldi hardly have people to support at aisles in any outlets. Same is this . Most sad thing is at checkout . No proper greetings or eye contact. I feel as if a machine Is checking out for me. Thought I am a customer, I have initiated a smile or greet . Still I get a dead smile or IVR kind of a response. Have seen this difference in other stores in Werribe plaza . Not just ALDI. But have seen this difference after moving to west from south east . I lived there for 6 years and always had positive feel in spite of I being a migrant. Big culture difference. This is a big statement for sure . But my frank review after several visits since Aug 2021.

One of the worst customer experience I have ever had in my life. There are lot of issues with Aldi 1, their checkout hey just scan the items and throw them to the customer and they don’t even have enough space there, just imagine if a elderly person coming how can they pack the items at that speed. I believe they improve their customer assistance like packing services. 2 employees been treated by their employer so badly. 3 checkout counters are so limited and have to be on the queue for long time and their returns policy is terrible because of their customer assistance their is no customer service counter at all apart from the checkouts. The products what they all they are mimicking other famous brands just fake market .

This store is very clean and organised. Staff is polite and helpful. Always have fresh veggies and fruits on display. Prices are cheap compared to the other grocery stores. Ideally located (Next to Far East entry). I support their enviromental policy of no plastic bags ( bring your own bags) from the beginning. Their alcohol section is clubbed into the same store and have some exclusive brands. So you can buy everything in one go. Aldi brings out weekly specials, that cant go unnoticed by masses. Just enough variety in each category. So overall a good shopping experience.

A mid-sized & modern Aldi store with pleasant staff. Conveniently located inside of Werribee Plaza opposite Woolworths & adjacent to the green grocer's. Be sure to note or park near a trolley return that takes Aldi trolleys, not all of them do... often you need to take a trolley in with you as they will all be in use & there are none to grab from beside the stores. Staff are no longer required to wear face masks but there is still hand/trolley sanitizer available at entrance.

Very rude service today. The cashier named Blondie is too fast and throwing our groceries away .. almost breaking and bruising fruits and vegetables that we bought. Scanning and throwing products we bought will not make it quicker!!! And we still putting in the trolly!!! Its not going to make it quick!!! And also why are you in a hurry!!!! There is no queue!!!! Why dont you serves us nicely??? And be kind? No greetings even. ... not friendly ... not good.

today 30/03/2023 around 6:45 pm i was at aldi store in werribee plaza, melbourne . there was store manager named zahid who had very bad attitude towards my 4 year old.He was manner less and looked like he just woke up or was taking something. if you don't belive please look at the camera in your store( werribee plaza) and also check with another staff who was there. thankyou for making ALDI not safe for kids by hiring these kind of staffs.

Use to be an Aldi shopper, but the frustration of no stock has driven me away. It's even hard to buy their advertised groceries (not talking about special buys) Is it a stock shelving problem or stock supply issue with Aldi? There is just no point going in any more as all I find is disappointment. The staff are nice and will check in the back sometime if they are not busy but 9 times out of 10 they will say there is none left.

I met Miss Sarah , seller , she is very very kind of customer , enthusiasm and clever , customer service was being provided perfectly by her , one of younger supervisor their working and checking carefully when I bought pocket money gift card help us avoid with lost money from gift card Aldi human resource also need to teach some younger supervisor in MMaribynong so rule with customers as I saw her done in store

Below the standards and very low customer services by an old aged ALDI staff this afternoon. I would not recommend this store if you willing to spend your hard earned money. Rather you can try ALDI Werribee store for a pleasant and customer oriented experience. After all it’s your money and end of the day you have to decide what you want. Better or worst?

Very convinient store, parking is few meters off the store just perfect and so convinient. Has all the product lines aldi offers in new and modern clean layout. Aisles are always stocked. When busy they open more pay lines. Fresh produce is great. Variety of other grocers and organic shops around it makes it top choice on Sundays

i have seen all the time check my trolley the goods I bought from other store. I noticed why selected me and my front and back customers were spared. Also, customer service not good enough. Also, not enough space to leave the trolley in the car park. Some advertised goods are not in this store so waste of time.

The two Indian ladies(Cashier) is working there. One of the ladies(not the fat one) was checking customer bags very seriously. The way she reacted to customer is we were stolen something from store. Really not happy with this attitude. Aldi just hired anyhow staff without checking their bad behaviour.

Aldi is like a lucky dip for adults. I love the weekly specials. Regular stock is good quality and competitively priced. Being inside the Plaza, and close to other like services such as a grocery and butcher, as well as Woolworths makes this very convenient. Plenty of parking and always well stocked.

Most of the time long queue for billing, customer service folks busy refilling and don't bother making customer waits. not very helpful when you ask for help. Coles coming up specials to compete Aldi which is good sign of competition, hope Aldi will start giving some importance to customers.

It's your usual Aldi fare, great range of it's everyday products and their twice weekly special buys, something for everyone. It's only downfall is the lack of staffed check outs, the queues were quite long which is frustrating when some of their customers have full trolley loads.

Aldi is Aldi, what can I say? Except today there were incredibly long panic buying queues. They opened all but one checkout and did their best to get people served. It's also good they have put limits on the number of items people can buy to make things fairer for everyone.

Three stars for a messy store. Aldi has so much potential to be one of the top stores in Australia. But unfortunately everytime I visit, I am disappointed. But it seems like people don't mind all this mess because Aldi sales and profits are quite high.

Just another Aldi. All the rude people let their kids run around screaming. Trolley's full of trans fats. At least there are some good bargains to be had here.

Lovely wide open spaces, plenty of room, toilets very clean and there's a dump point. Is advertised free but there is a donation box near the toilets.

Good prices. We always go for the crepes - one of the best. Great for breakfast for the children! My daughter loves it - especially with Nutella!

One of the good things about Aldi is that all the stores are laid out in a similar fashion, so you always know where a certain item is located.

I bought bananas for 1.99 per kilo last Sunday and they taste terrible. Should switch loyalty to other home brands. Never buy their bananas.

By far, comparing the other giants in the FMCG sector, aldi is the cheapest for day to day purchases.

Always busy. But service is quick. The store is always fully stocked and does have great products.
