On 18 November 2022 between 2.00pm to 2.25pm my wife bought two punnets of strawberries as she saw the price tag in the store was $1.99 per punnet. However at the checkout counter the gentleman cashier scanned the price tag and it came out at $2.99 per punnet. My wife queried the Gentleman Cashier who was serving her about the difference in the pricing and before he could reply to my wife another Lady Cashier (with spectacles and pony tail, race withheld) at the adjacent counter barged in and accused by wife using the words " DIDNT YOU READ" in an aggressive and unladylike manner. My wife as stunned and felt offended by the rude and unsolicited response from that Lady Cashier who subsequently removed her name tag when my wife asked for her name as she wanted to provide feedback to the ALDI management. This is very unprofessional attitude and is a manifestation of poor customer service by ALDI front staff. Please train them to be polite and treat the customer as key stakeholder. Remember NO CUSTOMER, NO BUSINESS AND NO JOBS!!! My wife was very disappointed with the encounter. And she returned the two punnets and asked for a refund.

Have always had a pleasant shopping experience here until yesterday. A male staff with a beard who was serving at the checkout counter at 430pm on July 10, was extremely rude to an elderly gentleman customer. The customer took out a $100 note. Prior to that he handed the staff some coins that the staff handled. The staff rudely told the customer that he could not accept the $100 note. The elderly gentleman took out all his shopping from the bag and placed it on the counter. It was sad to see him walk away empty handed. Aldi like every other store has rules set out. Not a problem at all. This particular staff needs training on how to speak to customers. I walked out of the store to find the elderly gentleman shopping at the fresh market. Sadly Aldi lost a customer. As for me, I will ensure that I don't get served by your arrogant staff who served this gentleman yesterday. .

I really like this place!! Today I lost my purse which I most likely left on the packing tables. The lady who served me was great letting me know no one had returned a purse. Came back again half an hour later but no one was on the floor to ask. No number to contact the store itself. The Aldi numbers over the weekend were of no use. NOT their fault I know. I love Aldi but I would like to be able to call and ask them when I find myself in this situation. II was pretty devastating.

picked up an empty box from one of the staff that doing the restock then make my way out to the counter after unloading the goods and scanned when about the pay..... the **** BEHIND THE COUNTER said to me can you lift the box up please?!! WHAT THE ****???!!!! i said to him have a guess whats under the box?? i said to him since you ask nicely you can have the box back!! train your staff again or replace them before this place gets worst and worst!!

worst customer service today 9th october time at checkout 3.20pm Staff members have conversation while processing grocery to custome infront of me ... check out 5 was full wirh customers... while on the job she did not make eye contact to the custmer ignoring her maybe .was african.? I find that Aldi sells out WAY too quickly of some of their Special Buys but other than that, it's a great place to shop, especially after the rennovations at this store. Not always the cheapest, especially when compared to the fresh food markets nearby, but usually of decent quality for a good price. The interior looks so much nicer than it was before (though it was perfectly functional before).

Shocking experience just after my purchase I asked for a cash out. The girl at the checkout with tattooes told me ''Sorry you have to buy again to get the cashout'' such a poor body language she has shown was very rude. Love Aldi. What more can I say. Great shop. Some good savings too. Shame they didn't take over the old woolies store so I wouldn't have so far to go. I often don't stop in there bcos it's so far out of the way in sunshine plaza. I am disabled which makes it even harder to go all the way down the corridor to go in.

I always love Aldi because they have very realistic prices, friendly staff and great inventory. This one is particularly clean and bright and I always buy too much cause everything looks yummy. Btw All Aldi's I have been to have very proper covid safety measures and friendly security personnel.

The staff are attentive and alert at all times. I've never seen the store in a poor state and are always offering much higher quality produce than the Vicfields grocer in the same shopping complex. Highly recommended for all of the essentials and then your independents for more exotic items.

BE EXTREMELY CAREFUL!!! I paid at the self checkout and a staff member chased me saying I had not paid. I had to show them the payment taken from my bank account to prove that I had paid. DO NOT USE THE SELF CHECKOUT UNLESS YOU WANT TO PAY TWICE. Abysmal. And they thought I was the thief!

Inexperienced staff that don't know about Australian Consumer Law. I bought one of their special buy products which was faulty. I was refused because it was more than 60 days. Even though it was less than 12 months old and I had a receipt. I mentioned ACL but it fell on deaf ears.

Their rechargeable batteries are excellent for the price and they have a good lifetime as long as you don't mix new batteries with old ones when using and charging. If you're in a rush then don't bother running in out for a couple of things because there's no quick check out.

As with other super markets the availability of goods is becoming a problem. Prices are also doubling but quality of product seems assured. The nonsensical and frantic speed of the checkout is still problematic for customers. Here's a tip, space your food widely on the belt.

Just your regular local Aldi store. If you go in the afternoons don't expect to see all the meats available. Usually out of stock beef and chicken. Slightly cheaper then Woolworths and Coles. I would recommend trying the beef steaks here

Good old Aldi, champion everywhere had all stuff I need at reasonable prices. This is where I shop every week of my life and I’m happy with their products. Parking always ample. Will keep shopping to Aldi even without rewards cards.

Great place for shopping, cheaper price than other big supermarkets. Very spacious with big aisles, very clean and tidy too. Huge range of products and stuffs. You would be surprised on what you can find here!

The closest Aldi to home. Getting abused though by random shoplifters, already witnessed many occasions of staff chasing people out with unpaid items. All prices have gone up kow adays. Nothing is cheap.

It's like ever other Aldi, but this store usually have the special items available even a few days after the release date. It's pretty clean and usually have the items I want. Staff are friendly.

I am a long time ALDI customer but give Sunshine a miss and go to Central West instead. There's never any trolleys inside or outside even when not busy, and are slow to restock the shelves.

The new self serve check out machines at Sunshine booked me for 2 kg of sugar which I didn't purchase...until I checked my receipt at home... bizarre...check your scanning as you go people

Love the place but the counter people dont even say hi/bye even though u say hi they feel like we are people from different world. Good rasict people.
