I do a weekly shop at Aldi's every Wednesday because I have a busy schedule. I usually spend approximately $250-300 at a time. I usually get exceptional service from this store but on the 6th of September I was confronted by a hostile service attendant making my shopping experience more difficult than it should of been. I was loading up my groceries to be scanned with my 13 year old helping me and half way through the service attendant started to scan my items stacking them up at the end before I had even finished. As I was taking my trolley through I stated that I had a case of skim milk and she stated that she needed the number to enter. I lifted up the case to show her, she visibly saw it and as I was placing it back under the trolley she stated I didn't read it...as I lifted the cases of milk up once again..she then smiled from ear to ear as if it was a joke and then hastily stated that I need to look in your bags..I hadn't even got my trolley through ..then she then stated once again with the upmost rudeness you need to get the trolley over this way so that she could check them.I stated that I would like to speak to your manager. After she scanned my items she stated with an condescending tone to have a nice evening. I then stated "you too" then still proceeded to say I need to speak with her manager. I stated to her manager what happened and I said "can't you wait till I have stacked up my iems and got my trolley in the right place before scanning and looking in my bags.. then she stated that the customer service attendants are supposed too. I don't know if you were having a bad day customer service attendant..but you had no right in what you did and I would not like to be an elderly customer that comes across your inhumane service. Like I stated before, I usually get exceptional service and most of the team are friendly and patient...takes only one person to drag down the whole team down.

Good service here, however tried to purchase a special buy item and after loading the heavy box into a trolley and proceed to pay, the barcode wouldn't go through the register and was told by staff and duty manager that l couldn't buy it!! No reason given, no raincheck, no callback offered for when l COULD buy it either!!! Left gobsmacked, it's just weird business practice?? This was meant to be for a gift aswell!!!

Who doesn't love Aldi! Great products, service and pricing. This store is no different to your local Aldi store. Everything is clean, neat and tidy as we've come to expect from Aldi. The cashier was very friendly which made the shopping experience nicer. Keep doing what you're doing Aldi, it's a winning recipe.

I think this goes for all Aldi's they really gotta have more than 1 lane open at a time because the wait times when you trying to grab a few things and there are people with full trollys trying to pack their stuff is just mental but the shop it's self is great with good selection.

Bought some very discounted quality items from this aldi. The staff were not only beautiful but very friendly. Keep up the great work guys & God bless your beautiful souls hallelujah. Thank you for your time and effort. Yeahhh baby …

Always one person only at the counter so sometimes a little slow getting out of. An Aldi's prices on is good as what they say. And I'm not prepared to wait.

Excellent place with lots of offers! The staff is excellent too, JAs, and other team members are doing a fantastic job!

The best Aldi I have ever seen! Neat, clean and a new look. Anton is a legend, this guy is a huge asset to this store.
