The worst and the only bad Aldi I've ever come to. I've been to approximately 10 different Aldi this year and I could tell this is the worst one. There were not many customers the other day when I come and Idk somehow they always so rushing and charge me more than what I bought. I bought 2 items (only) but they charged me 3 of them. I totally understand if the store is very busy so they need to be quick but it wasn't busy at all! There were only 2 of us in the line, me and someone else. I talked to the manager which I can tell is a piece of sh. I told him I got charged extra and I was telling him very calm and politely that this is just my suggestion to let the cashiers be more trained and be very careful but what did he say in return? He didn't even apologise at all since the beginning he returned my money but it wasn't the point. He said this happens as they have 80,000 scans per day. Oh please I don't care how many scans you do per day, the only important thing is was it busy when it was me trying to pay my stuff?? They could get like $3000/month if they get 10 people extra charge per day. I work in the field when we deal with customers and I can tell this is not the way you should treat customers. Overall, customer service is very bad. Should change the manager. Not qualified at all to be the manager. My dog can even use ur machine better than you do. P.S If u don't like someone giving u suggestions and think your employees are always right, provide the machines so we can self-pay or do not open a store AT ALL!

We went 9th June Sunday and I went there to get groceries I went to the checkout and I was getting served by a very rude worker whose name was VIJAY and put all my things on the counter and I quickly went to get something that I forgot and when I came back within about 20 seconds he had put all my things back into the trolley and he said that I’m not allowed to do that only because one of the customers that was waiting behind me knew the worker Vijay and before I went to get the thing I forgot, he asked me rudely if the lady behind me could come in front and I said yes but it’s not to good since your treating customers very bad compared to others and that’s when he got really mad and put all my things back into the trolley only because he wanted the lady he knew to come in front of me, and because he was so angry he forgot to charge for the milk I bought and it was 6 bottles of 3 litres of milk which is just a very big loss for the company. He was very rude and aggressive and he started to speak bad in his language I really don’t recommend going to this place, the customer service is horrible.

Well i would say. I had an incident in the super market and the manager amanda made fun of me and sereamed that she will get me kicked out as i believe someone of her known punched my face. i had a dislocated jaw as a result. And when i fell on the ground her wards were now he starts the drama. She does not deserve to work at aldi. And yes i am an ex aldi staff. It is surprising how low the standard of staff has gone. If people like her is hired and made managers.

What a terrible experience at Aldi Tarneit Derrimut road the ticket price of nectar was $3.69 per kg but at checkout they told me it’s mistake and they are $8.99 per kg and there is mistaken ticket displayed the manager (JAY)started arguing with me and refuse to provide the product at ticket price after denying to purchase the product for $8.99 per kg but the paid invoice still reflect price attached is the receipt from Aldi

Aldi Tarneit on Derrimut Road, Tarneit is a good supermarket. Tbey have a large range of electrical and white goods too. The grocefg range, though, is a different story. Its just a small ALDI do the range is small too. Fruit and vege's can be purchased at an independant fruit shop almost next door. I think ALDI Tarneit is a reasonably good supermarket. There is a Kmart nearby and, also, a large carpark outside.

Located in Tarneit Central, western entrance of Derrimut Rd near Coles and the mini food court is this ultra modern Aldi and the latest one to open in the City of Wyndham. Laid out well and consistent with Aldi layout featuring four Isles. Most times well stocked. Staff on the floor are hard to find for product enquiry. Checkout is reasonably well operated and processed promptly.

It was great shopping at ALDI Truganina today. The store looked cleaned and the staff were super friendly even with the lockdown rules being in force. I did notice there were no plastic bags for loose apples and bananas as these have been removed to reduce touch points so please be sure to bring your own or get one at the counter. Super busy Aldi always a lot of shoppers. The store is relatively large, so you can find most Aldi special buys here. The only thing is there are always too many people lining up at the counter, if you are in a hurry and just want to buy just some simple stuff, I suggest you pick the non peak hour here.

Great store but watch out for 2 nasty staff members who always seem to be in bad moods and very very rude, otherwise the others are super nice and friendly. Wish they'd stock more of some of the popular best buys as they always seem to have run out by the time I manage to get there after work.

This man Abdullah was abusive and so rude whilst serving customers . Very angry man and he threw the basket and was yelling during he was serving . He need to be talked about his behaviour unbelievable . This man has mental Health issues not safe to serve customers .

Highly ridiculous . Every time you visit this Aldi at tarneit central they never open at said time which is 8:30… I don’t know the staff is always working till 8:35-8:40 inside even when there is a huge queue outside … today when it didn't

I had a very nasty experience today. Abdallah the assistant store manager absolutely berated and embarrassed me in front of the whole shop. I was paying half cash and half card. I paid $6 cash and there was $8.97 left on the till to go on

Worst customer service and you will never see the shelf with items, always empty, Ridiculously long queue at the counter and only 1 person dealing 50 people... When you tell them that why dont you open the second counter then these days

Great prices and with so much variety of goods. Their staff are helpful and courteous too. Mobile signal is a bit weak around their store though so comparing items on the web against what's available on the shelves is difficult.

Missleading people with Catalogues. Went to buy catalogue advertised boxing bag early and found out that some of them were already bought by Aldi employees and only a couple of them were available to buy for customers.

Shopping today at Aldi. Best experience ever. Lovely blond lady, I didn't get her name, was so helpful, very friendly, just great service, made my experience a pleasure as its usually a pain lol. Thank you blondy.

Good supermarket with a large range of products. The employees are friendly and helpful. You can get most of the common products here cheaper than the other supermarkets, however not all lines are represented.

Large room to do shopping. Big veriety of all kinds of stuff from food all the way to tools for all kinds of work around the house. The food is always cheap and fresh.... Good for a budget

Not a great aldi. Often understocked with products, especially baby products. Other customers seem to be oblivious as to how to shop at aldi. Staff are still pleasant and helpful though

Very bad customer service. Please Atleast greet the customer. (Wish they have self check-outs). Will think again before going. The staff at the check- out was talking too loudly.

Layout is bit clumpsy, items are always stacked on top of each other, loose items eg jackets, clothes are everywhere, how hard it is to have some items open and others in packet

Go early for the specials wait in line for over 1 hour, then they have none, waste of time, don't advertise if you don't have the product and have more than 5 per store...

Tarneit Aldi's is a great place to come to and If you need a trolley make sure you have a gold coin or an Aldi's token to unlock the trolley

One of the place for cheaper groceries. Weekly deals are the best what Aldi offers. They are on of the best every Wednesday and Saturday.

Customer services need to be improved. Also shelves are out of stocks most of the time speacily at nights so that needs to be looked at.
