"Overall it's fine and cheaper than Coles so I still shop there, but I agree with people who are unhappy with the staff"
"If you go inside just to check if they have something in stock, expect a demand to have your bags searched"
"The coffee pods are the only thing worth visiting for"
"The staff at this store are extremely racist, they selected my mum out of an entire line of customers waiting at checkout and humiliated her by asking to search her small handbag despite many more customers standing there before her that had not been searched"
"I changed my ratings ONE star from Five stars, because we are regular customer of this store and every time when we go for shopping in this store , some of their staff who knows we are regular customer, checking our bags like thieves, they don't have any idea or can't differentiate between good and bad"
Overall it's fine and cheaper than Coles so I still shop there, but I agree with people who are unhappy with the staff. They are overworked at best and just rude and inhospitable if you don't want to give them the benefit of the doubt. The whole bag checking situation is completely retarded, because they were told to check people's bags but they don't do it thoroughly (because why would them, nobody cares about it) and so the only thing it achieves is making both the staff and the customers miserable with no benefit to the store.
If you go inside just to check if they have something in stock, expect a demand to have your bags searched. You have a legal right to refuse this, and can just keep leaving the store. If they try to detain you, the store can face criminal charges for illegal detention. On the positive side, it is a quiet supermarket and unlikely to run out of things, as most locals boycott it for Coles next door, where the staff have been trained in customer service.
The coffee pods are the only thing worth visiting for. Just be aware every single time you visit an ALDI store you WILL be waiting in line... They never have enough counter staff and are slow to get more onto the registers. They are a minimal effort business so keep that in mind if you're switching to ALDI (i personally don't see the value) Time is more valuable. If im losing time waiting in line thats time spent doing more valuable things
The staff at this store are extremely racist, they selected my mum out of an entire line of customers waiting at checkout and humiliated her by asking to search her small handbag despite many more customers standing there before her that had not been searched. They have discriminated against us on several occasions and displayed disgusting behaviour. Extremely disappointed to come across this kind of racism in 2019.
I changed my ratings ONE star from Five stars, because we are regular customer of this store and every time when we go for shopping in this store , some of their staff who knows we are regular customer, checking our bags like thieves, they don't have any idea or can't differentiate between good and bad. We never faced this kind of torture at Coles or Woolworths , I am thankful to Coles and Woolworth team members.
Hi i bought a trademeal and i told them to take it to my car ,and no one helped me then they all told me that they need to take my drivers licence And then they took it from me and i used there trolley i also spent 1 hour trying to put the trademeal in my car.I recommend you to buy from kmart becuase they all help you with things like these. Thanks and do not buy from this shop again in your hole life
Love this Aldi's... so clean and bright. I wish I caught the name of the lovely lady on the register at around 6pm. Everytime I am served by her she has the most helpful and friendly mannerism. Nothing is ever a problem and always a smile on her face. I drive past 2 other Aldi stores every weekend to come here and will do so in the future!!
Don't shop at Aldi while buying alcohol with your kids next to you. Today at Epping Aldi they just asked my son for ID which he is 15 years old and doesn't have any ID. They said they can't sell me alcohol because I was with my son and the potato salad that I was going purchase. Stay away from all Aldi shops people. …
Great range of specials ,not busy like other stores ,great place for shopping but really rude staff, had experience 3 times , try to approach one of the manager named Dole ,he didn’t have time to solve my enquiry and told me to off , said go and find by yourself in messy specials Never go there back
This is a big store at Epping side of Harvest Home Road. It feels like all the unsold special buy items from other stores are in the place. Arrangement is according to the new Aldi store layout and quite clean. Only two checkouts were open with quite a queue until another checkout was opened.
I would just like to thank a worker from this store. I think his name was Ali. He was so kind and considerate. I was with my toddler and he helped me unload my trolly and then offered to pack my groceries for me. So appreciative of his kind gestures! So thank you Ali!
Rude and Uncooperative Staff, same with the store manager Kahra, seems like a culture from upwards down, I don't know who gives these people jobs, never recommend this store, go to coles next door and experience the Customer service there, Appalling.
We love coming here as my son has autism and the lights are nice and dim and they don't play music so if we go when there's not a lot of people he actually gets to enjoy grocery shopping which is so nice for us and makes my son so happy! …
This Aldi store is like others I have visited and reviewed. Overall good place to shop, catalogue goodies are generally found easy here and its location makes it easy to get to and convenient with some other good / needed stores attached.
Horrible staff member had served my 15 year old sister today at around 5:25pm. She went into (Aldi Aurora) to get cat litter and was served by an older man (fare skin, brown eyes, bold). She had struggled to pay through my phone and had
So disappointing Customer service, one of the team not deserve to present our International shopping. Love Aldi ,going any store fine very good service but in Wollert very bad experience to me .Never go again to my local Aldi .
To those not liking to show their bags..... Offer up your own bag, nothing to hide, nothing to worry about...!!! Friendly staff, however some of the shoppers are dour and rude...! Good job staff....!! Keep up the good work.
Great place to shop friendly helpful staff just one comment would be the stock always seems to be low by the afternoon although if you ask the staff if they have anything at the back they are more than happy to accommodate.
Clean and fresh produce but gosh the service is stale. No smiles, no interaction with customers. Anyone would think they're forced to work there without pay. Actually Aldi pay quite well. …
I had a negative experience with one of the cashiers at this establishment today, and overall, I found the customer service to be lacking. The staff appeared rude, overworked, and possibly underpaid.
Rude and suspicious staff. I am sure it's their policy but I hate how rudely they ask to check your bags. I prefer going to coles and paying a little extra to feel more welcomed in a store.
Oh Aldi always full of good bargains. Same good quality on some items e.g. buiscuits and frozen items (felt in love with spinach and ricotta puff pastry triangles).
Love ALDI always changing stock but if you see something you like get it or even two because next time could be all gone and with some lines they don't get more
I always go to aldi before the 2 big supermarkets much cheaper. I love the specials buys have brought many great items there without any issues with products
The service so rude and people their not friendly at all this is my last time go there to shopping I hope someone do something to Make the service better Thx
New store but never enough fruit on display. Checkout assistants allow shoppers to pack bags at register & seem happy to keep other shoppers waiting.
Very rude staff who clearly forget they work in retail. They are also more interested in checking your empty bags than being polite while serving.
Love this store as it is next door to Coles and I go there when Coles Epping Aurora doesn't have what I need ( and that's a lot of times )
Great products and prices but registers rush you to oack quickly as they don't have room to put your stuff every thing is good
Obviously nice and new, plenty of room but just double check your fresh produce, had a few items that had started to go off..
This store has a different layout to other stores and looks that little bit more modern. Very convenient with easy parking.
You can find just about anything you need in ALDI. You no longer need to visit woolworths or Coles for your house needs.
Meat for sale that was a week out of date and no floor staff to remove the item and checkout operator didn't care much.
Nice and reasonable priced as always. Less crowded which makes shopping faster. Hours have been different after covid
A fairly quiet store but often low on many staple items. Fruit and veg average in regards to freshness and rotation
Thanks for opening this store close to my house. They are very cheap as compare to Coles and Woolsworth.
Aldi is always a great place to visit and find well priced items as well as their famous special buys.
Best value for money. Big variety and very clean store. But they need to keep an eye on there veggies.
Lovely customer service and you can always count on finding fresh and a wide variety of products .
Aldi On harvest rd A female employee was so rude She accused a boy from stealing a chocolate
Moldy fruits and vegetables. Disgusting. Also not enough staff and nothing is ever in stock
Very good store to do your grocery shopping. Clean place great prices and very efficient.
I have bought meat from Aldi twice now and it's been tough as old boots! Never again!!!!!
Clean, has great lighting. All main products sold. Nice friendly and professional staff.
Rude staff! Would rather go next door to coles ...pay extra and be treated with RESPECT!
Love Aldi, but can not stand this one. Probably due to the lack of customer service.
I visited there after long this time looks they improved their customer service.
One of the better Aldi I have visited. Ample stock, nice staff and quick service
Great store! Can't help myself and look at the middle isle wherever I go there.
Like the quality of items for special weekly buys on Wednesday and Saturday!
I am an Aldi fan cheaper prices on limited brand range. Excellent products.
Nice staff but food is bad quality. Rotten fruit and vegetables on display
Newest design and biggest Aldi as same as in Campbellfield next to Kmart.
Friendly staff and the aisles were clean, the shelves were well stocked.
Love this Aldi, it's my local and always have what I want on the shelfs
Bad customer service Just teach your staff to be smiley and respectful.
Spacious and well set-out store with friendly staff. Well stocked too!
Lots of parking around, plenty of space and variety inside the store.
Best interior of Aldi Store that I have been to in the last 12 years
Parking good, big aldi & coles and good Cafe's plus not over crowed.
my favorite storejust love shopping random stuff from the middle ile
How about cleaning up in and around the trolly bay area.....filthy.
This is one of the newest Aldi stores in the area and not as busy.
nice and clean. wide aisles. great choice of European delicacies.
Biggest Aldi store out of four within 15 minutes drive from home.
No floor staff 1 person on checkout, and the que was ridiculous.
Cheap meat at Aldi. l got a big bit of steak to eat for myself.
Good local Aldi. Nice people but seems stock is always an issue
Handy for quick shopping errands + very sanitised appearance.
Customer service is zero really rude don’t know how to talk
A good supermarket but their prices have increased a lot .
Busy at most times, Runs out of most sales really quickly.
Gets busy, not enough registers open. Otherwise all good.
Checking of bags its not nice better upgrade you security
Good prices friendly staff and always fresh and clean.
Great store with a good layout and very helpful staff
Good place and deals available. Good customer service
Good sized store manager was pleasant to deal with.
Love thisALDI store nice quiet staff very friendly

Wollert store is always Low in stock for specials
Very good, helpful and polite very good prices.
Great Aldi. Usually very quiet, which is great.
Brand new store. Well laid out. Helpful staff
Probably the swankiest Aldi you'll ever go in
Most of the groceries I need at good price..
Went to buy an Air Fryer that was on Special
Very rude workers who yell at the customers
A bit smaller for an aldi but good variety
Much larger and more organised then others
Those brioche burger buns are incompatible
My favorite place for shopping . Love it.
Good prices, spacious aisles & nice staff
Always low on stock and its a huge store
Nice and clean. Plenty of parking lots.
Prices are moderate and varieties more.
Wonderful. Best aldi store in the area
Decent space, service could be better.
