I would highly recommend buying anywhere else but here... had ac vent blow out of the dash very next day after purchase along with a dust shield rattling loose, he claimed it wasn’t damaged before yet I checked the add after the fact and could see the vent damage. They strategically put it back together so I wouldn’t notice and continued to deny... wait it gets much better.. I waited 2 hours In the parking lot to pickup car but it was out getting the safety done? While I was waiting I was supposed to pickup the summer wheels that were not installed (they likely avoid having them on the car as they had all sorts of curb damage) Finally my car shows up.... dirty, and he insisted I wait longer while they clean the interior... oh but wait.. there’s more.... one week into ownership the water pump failed leaving me stranded (no the pump failing wasn’t on him but how he handled it was) Get the car back home and checked for coolant leaks and found the oil pan covered in oil.. asked him about that and he said that must have just started... insisted it goes to his mechanic.. (apparently all it needed for safety was rear brakes and the mechanic didn’t even cut the rotors when he didn’t the brakes? Usually one would throw new rotors on with fresh pads especially if rotors have excessive wear) I decided against the car going back to his mechanic as I didn’t want more issues down the road.. fast forward a couple weeks being without my overpriced falling apart car.. repair shop gets car done, agreed the oil leak wasn’t new (obvious) resolves overheating issue And I was stuck out of pocket just shy of another’s 2000$. I have been chasing small issues after all this still.. This dealer did nothing to help and literally ghosted me.... very professional sir! Here’s that google review you wanted! It’s a small world and I hope someone considers my review before handing over their hard earned money to you... your warranty package is a joke and the way you handled this situation was far from professional... I’ll see you in small claims court

Unfortunately, this shady shop taught me a lesson - don't believe good Google reviews!!!! I'm not happy with my purchase of a 2014 Ford Focus. This shop offered me the bare minimum to correct selling me a vehicle that needed its clutch replaced before I even bought it. The car drove great on the test drive, then a week later after I had paid in full and came to pick it up the transmission issues were evident. It should've never been sold to anyone the way it was. I now have to pay out of my own pocket the $2500 for the clutch replacement. Since the two dudes who run the show respond to bad reviews, very unprofessionally I might add, they'll mention they offered to pay for PART, not all, of the replacement only if it was done by their guys. Keep in mind I texted Amer (the owner) about these issues within a week of owning the car; the right thing to do would be to offer to pay in full for any repairs/replacements if the customer comes to them within days after purchasing a vehicle with issues, regardless if they bought the warranty or not, it's unacceptable to sell a non functioning vehicle. Do they really value their customers like they claim to...? So, I didn't take them up on the offer to pay for half of the repairs because after they broke their trust and reputation with me by selling me a car that needed such a hefty repair before I even bought it, instead of just making things right by giving me my money back, why on earth would I then trust them to replace anything on this vehicle? So I am going elsewhere and taking the loss for not doing better research on where I purchased my first ever vehicle. I don't recommend anyone purchase a vehicle here, go to a large reputable dealer instead.

I bought a 2015 Jeep Cherokee from Amer. This was a terrible error. The car within one month had a bad gear selection issue, busted shock absorbers, broken back bushin plate and a cracked front shaft plate. I also noticed there was no wheel wrench and Jack. I called Amer 3 months ago for a simple $200 wheel wrench and he never provided it. As new immigrants he sold me and my family a $15,312 Jeep Cherokee that was bad from the beginning. Amer never picks your calls or responds to messages immediately he has collected money from you. I have spent $328- gear oil change, $1,250- Shock absorbers and $1,570- new back axle bushings. His response to these were unprofessional and borderline rude/sarcastic. I sent him receipts of these repairs and he said he won’t take responsibility. Why did I fix them myself because it took Amer 3 months to respond to a simple $200 dollars wheel wrench. Please don’t deal with this car shop he sells substandard products and his after sale service is non existent. You can contact me and I will provide evidence of all interactions with receipts of repair and his rude responses. STAY CLEAR OF THIS DEALER INSTEAD GO TO MACPHILLIPS AUTOS (everyone that bought there has peace of mind).

I Bought a 2010 Cadillac DTS with 183 thousand KM for 9 thousand worst mistake of my life. On the drive home the left fog light burnt out, the driver side mirror started to fall off. A month went by and there were rust, scapes, and nicks showing all over the car. The chrome on all 4 of the rims started to peel off. The Cadillac sighs started to lose its paint and show chips and marks. The right front strut Started to make noise, the breaks started to squeal, the undercarriage plastics started to hang down, The windshield wipers snapped I later found out they were glued and tapped.that’s not even half of the list just a total joke. I’ve put nearly 5000 into this car and I haven’t even had it for a year. Amer lies to your face happily. He told me “it is beyond mint condition not a thing wrong with it good for another 100 km. I called amer and asked about the warranty that I paid for all he said was it’s not covered Bring it here and we’ll give you a quote. Don’t buy anything from these low life’s you’ll regret it. If they put half of there effort in customer service and selling decent condition cars rather than covering rust, scratches and ripping off people they would be a lot more successful.

Let me start off by saying my experience in regards of dealing with Amerikal auto was nothing short of superb! I was visiting Winnipeg from British Columbia when the unthinkable happened! My Maserati ghibli’s engine started over heating very badly, when I looked underneath the car it was leaking badly. I called the Maserati dealership and they brought it in to look at. It would be thousands of dollars to fix. I was devastated. A friend of mine recommended Amerikal auto to take a look at it Maserati and to give me a quote. Amerikal auto fixed my foreign beauty for a fraction of the price! Roughly 20 percent of the total of what Winnipeg Maserati wanted!! Not only that but the car has had zero reliability issues since!!! They literally saved me on my trip back to Winnipeg to visit my elderly father. And on top of that they did a fantastic job detailing my car which he did at a great discount! I would recommend American auto to anybody and everybody! Thanks again you guys! You saved me BIG TIME

When my wife and I were looking for a used premium vehicle we were a little worried about choosing the right vehicle. We went to see Amer at Amerikal Auto to see a beautiful black beauty BMW. We were greeted in a timely and courteous manner and he told us about the pros and cons of this particular model. We took it for a ride and loved it! We bought it right then and there. A couple months later we hear a disturbing noise that no one wants to hear. Right away Amer and his brother Walid actually came down to take the car back to their shop. It was a little bit of a mystery what was wrong but they took the time and effort to solve this mystery. Took care of everything for us! This kind of service is an extreme rarity in this business and it will always be remembered. Would I recommend Amerikal Auto? 1000%! Tell them Brad sent you!

We purchased a car March 2018 and since day 1 it has had over $20,000 of needed repairs. Now the car died. He has not responded to us since last year and blocked our phones. All we wanted is his assistance to fix these car problems. Its ok if it was 1 or 2 minor issues, but when the dollar value goes to that amount within a year, then you know we were sold a bad product. As for the safety, it was 100% good, but how could that be if all of those repairs were not even noted on the safety or advised during the purchase?? When a product is sold to a buyer, please do your due diligence as it is not fair for us as we take care of our cars. This is the reason why we would never purchase a vehicle from a small dealership. Assessing avenues to make sure this does not happen to other consumers/customers.

this was a while back but when i got my first official job, i tried financing a vehicle from amerikal so they would have to see if i would get approved for it, which isn’t too bad. in waiting to hear the results, they asked me to put a $500 deposit down to hold the vehicle for me, lo and behold, couple days passed and i didn’t get approved which sucked but i figured i would get my deposit back so i met them in there shack of a garage in windsor park (before they change locations) and i pretty much got told i was out of luck and wouldn’t be seeing my deposit, i was young and naive back then and i felt like crying on the spot so i just left with never seeing my deposit back, so that was a horrible experience and i hope this brings to light their shady business practice

Went to Amerikal Auto to buy my last truck. The dealership is very clean and Amer, Walid and the rest of the crew were very friendly and polite. I had booked my appointment as requested and when I got there found the truck detailed, warm and ready for my inspection.. (very nice on a cold winter day!). I loved it and the price was great. There were a few small issues that showed up in the first few days... They took care of them and my concerns completely. Would I buy another vehicle from Amerikal? .... absolutely!! Do I recommend them? For sure! Thanks guys for the family atmosphere and taking the time to serve me with honestly and integrity. It was a pleasure! And yes I love my "new" Yukon.

Let me update my review to include that when I was not apruved with my co signer they went on to sell the vehicle to just My cosigner and told me I was apruved when in fact I was not when I asked where to sign they said oh we dont need anything .... Totaly underhanded and should have seen the signs and RED FLAGS. These guys are crooks and sold me a LEMON ***PLEASE take any vehicle to a mechanic to do an inspection im not saying ALL their cars have fakes but there is NOWAY MINE WOULD HAVE PASSED !!! I had a bad experience with this dealership. I was promised that work would be done on a truck I bought from them. When I brought it in they told me they did work on it but only changed fluids. Check engine light was back on in less than 100 km from leaving the shop. Told them about the problem and did nothing to help or compensate costs of bringing it to a dealership where service is done properly and professionally. I got documentation from the dealership saying that they never replaced the parts that needed to be fixed. In my experience with this dealership I strongly suggest that you buy your vehicle somewhere else

I’ve been to this dealership many times purchased three vehicles in the past two years. never once did I have a problem with the cars that I bought the guys there are super nice, Answered any questions that I had. personally buying a vehicle is intimidating, but they made the process super easy and made me feel comfortable, they got me approved for financing on my most recent vehicle (BMW x3). Up to this point with buying a vehicle at a dealership I’ve had all kinds of problems with sales people who promised stuff and do not deliver vehicles that are over priced and have mechanical issues after I’ve taken possession. But dealing with Amerikal Sales has been an absolutely refreshing experience good value for the dollar they deliver what was promised. Mechanically very sound vehicles and for a slight fee you can get a one year warranty on power train. There ethics was never in question at any time which in this day and age is rare indeed.

I have not bought a car from them but I use them for car detailing. Just wonderful and I cannot imagine going anywhere else. Before I used to go to Chamois and couple of other places but always issues. Chamois is too expensive to even think about and may be it was my luck but never good service. I'd bought a 2005 Mustang GT from Amerikal, and when buying a used car, sometimes it can be a little nerve wracking, because even when you give it a good once over, you never quite know if some major repair or problem may just be around the bend.
