Was sold a car with cruise control that doesn't work, and a rear defrost that partially works leaving gaps in the winter. Cruise control was checked off as functional on the PDI checklist, but when I called about it not working, the response was "I'm sorry, the warranty only covers up to 5 years or 100k for the cruise control (Which it was past, due to its age). But you can bring it in for an hourly diagnosis of $150". The rear defrost could not have been checked as functional because it was bought in the summer. I feel the techs are just checking points off without actually testing. The car is nice though (Thank you Mitsubishi) and they did a great job at cleaning it prior to delivery. The scent they used in the car is pretty overbearing, and was difficult to get rid of for months to follow because the strips were all over the car. 2 stars for the cleanliness of the dealership. Edit: Thank you Waverley crew for helping me and giving me excellent customer service. I want to first offer an apology for the unprofessional manor at which I addressed issues with the vehicle. Making wild claims against the staff was not cool. I will be this first to admit when I am wrong, and I apologize. The cruise control was a user error, and was not explained properly in the vehicles user manual. The rear defrost was not functioning, and was from the previous owner. Nic is exceptional at what he does both with having a conversation with, and technically on the job. He is knowledgeable in his trade and can't thank him enough because of his patience. Rose was the first to contact me and have me back in the dealership, as embarrassed as I was. She was extremely patient and kind, and it shows her professionalism with how calm and collected she was. Thank you again guys, and I'm sorry again. The location is still clean :)

You made sure to say twice that I would have to be financially responsible for any parts ordered before having asked me for any usable information and I quote your words "wasting your valuable time" reassured me that the Dealership would have no interest in my case. I suggest finding some passion in your life as you clearly do not have any for your position or your customers. As the parts Manager, you should be ashamed of your customer service skills. Wayne, sitting there and watching this unfold shows your lack of customer service as well. Dear Resonse from the owner (which we all know isnt actually a response from the owner), My point to this review was that regardless of the vehicle or your previous experiences with these vehicles there is still a level of customer service to provide. Stating that there is a lack of information accessible to you and that all businesses have standard practices is an excuse for the interaction I had. I suggest to find a way back to the company sentiment and remind all staff in a supportive way that providing exceptional customer service will show the customer that "We actually do Like You".
I purchased my first Japanese car at Waverley Mitsubishi. I had a great experience with all the staff. Everyone was warm and welcoming, answered all my questions. I received prompt courteous service. Our sales consultant Mike Bewick was genuinely helpful and knowledgeable about Mitsubishi products. He made us feel very comfortable and helped us understand the quality of the vehicle. Damien Perera the business manager was very helpful and answered all of our questions about financing the vehicle and helped us with warranty information. We had fun unveiling our new vehicle the day we picked it up. Leigh-Ann our delivery coordinator was very helpful and informative. She explained the operation of the functions and controls of the vehicle. She paired my smart phone to the Blue Tooth of the vehicle and explained the Waverley Mitsubishi Customer Rewards card and benefits. Thanks to everyone at Waverley Mitsubishi for our great experience, I will definitely recommend to anyone looking for a new vehicle to stop by and see everyone. First time dealing with a dealership and I would have to say it was a great experience dealing with the Mitsubishi staff at the Waverley location as they were very friendly. I dealt with Qais during the process of finding my right car with my right price. He gave me outstanding and personable customer service which made things a lot easier. Damien in the finance area was able to answer all my question I had and help me get approved for my car, I was very satisfied with how quick he was able to get me in my vehicle despite how busy he was. My previous car was a wright off so I needed a new vehicle asap and he was able to help with all of that. All in all the services I received at this dealership were great! Thank you all to the staff that helped during the whole process. You all were really great to work with during my car searching time.
Since 2009, I always go to Waverley Mitsubishi to have my car services done and they are always very reliable when it comes to any issues with my Outlander whether it is a regular maintenance or have something replaced or fixed. The service technicians, Nic and Matteo are very knowledgeable and will explain clearly what needs to be done and what they think will benefit my car in the long run. They charge a reasonable fee to the services which is just fair and right. (No hidden fees) What I also like here is the shuttle they will provide for you if you wanted to be drop off to your work and get picked up at any specific time back to the building by their shuttle driver, Terry. Also, making appointments to Brenda is just very easy as she is very accommodating and will choose a perfect schedule for you to bring your car in.
Just purchased a RVR SE crossover and I'm in love with it. I didn't go in with any specific car in mind while shopping around the auto park last week. I stopped at Mistubishi first and test drove my current vehicle with the assistance of Mike. After driving a few more vehicles and interacting with other sales agents at other retailers, the professionalism and personable energy of Mike and how the RVR drove brought me back that evening. Very happy with how much care was taken to ensure a comfortable experience was had while making one of the biggest purchases of your life. I flew in from Toronto to purchase a Porsche Boxster 718 GTS from Waverly Mitsubishi. It was a bit of a complex effort, the car being located far away, me having to fly in, etc. Qais showed me the car, was helpful in recommending me an amazing hotel to stay at and really nice coffee shops, too. Damien instructed me on what was needed to be done once it arrived in Toronto (inspections etc.) and helped me through my questions to close the deal. I checked out the car, it looked great, I closed the deal and flew back to Toronto. There was a bit of shipping hiccup. Sean inspected the situation and was quick to provide a good solution. I made a big mistake by putting the end of a drill bit through the front of the passenger dash. After receiving the worst service at Vickar Mitsubishi, I was left with calling Waverley Mitsubishi. I was put through to Matteo(Service Advisor) who was able to get me in to have it repaired the next day. They had a specialist who was able to repair(not replace) the damaged part. I was floored with the repair! Matteo and the team at Waverley Mitsubishi was able to help fix this in a timely manner keeping budget in mind. Matteo was also able to answer all of my PHEV questions I had during my short visit for the repair. I could not have received better service. Thanks again Matteo/Waverley Mitsubishi team!

On October 11, 2023 I took my Mini Cooper to Waverley Mitsubishi to have the front and rear brake pads replaced. My overall experience with Mr. Kirk Christodoulides, the Service Manager, and his team was certainly most positive They were very friendly and professional in all my communications with them and they even followed up with me to find out if I was happy with the performance of the new brakes. That’s what I call top quality or 5 star service!!!

I went for the first oil change on my new car and I got great service, everyone was really nice at Waverly Location. Beside oil change I got my tires rotated and I also pointed that my remote starter is not working. Job was done quickly. Shuttle driver Terry was really friendly. Indash cam installation should have been more refined. The front camera cables were little lose and were causing distractions while driving. Ideally, they should also ensure and guide the customers to connect the camera with mobile phone app, which is not very straight forward. I was also charged more than the quoted amount online and was told that they under quoted it. That's not a customers's fault.
I went in for a oil change and get the block heater checked and turns out that I needed a new block heater !! Well didn't realize that the block was at the bottom of the engine. Well ... in a few choice words the labour was crazy !! But Matteo was amazing and went to bat for me regarding costs and saved me money. I will be back !! Matteo is a Keeper !! Thank You Waverley !!
WIth the help of Sai, I bought a 2021 Audi SQ5 from this dealership nice and smoothly. Sai was very helpful and professional. He answered all the questions i have and did an amazing job. Two months later i brought my wife to this shop and we purchased a 2018 Porsche Macan. As we expected, Sai did a great job as well. Will recommend everyone to come here and buy vehicles.
