I don't get how they ever made top employer of anything. Disrespectful management. I had 1 customer say he wouldn't buy a car because he thought my boss was a jerk. How he spoke to me. I stuck up for him and I'm sorry now. I will be asking him for a letter. I'm not done by a long shot. I have lodged complaints with Employment standards and the Labor board of Manitoba. My son and his best friend were both coming to buy a car this week as well as I was fired 10 minutes before my appointment showed who was definitely a sale. I was only allowed to sell cars for 6 days in total and I sold 3. Not great but I was new and never did this before. I was on my way to being a good sales person. I think there sales are low and I was the scapegoat. My manager followed me around and made me lose a couple sales. Interrupted my conversations with customers. Quoted really low amounts on trade ins. He held me responsible for losing those sales when it was all about the trade in. The manager there really needs to get a grip. He is sexist and abusive towards his staff. If I asked a question he treated me like an idiot and if I didn't ask he would get angry. I think he is impossible. I feel bad for the other sales people there. I'm glad I don't work for this company anymore. I will also never be a customer and will try my best to keep everyone I know away from there. He expected us to come in 30 mins early stay 30 minutes late and work through your lunch. I did all the activities expected of me at work and home. I was really dedicated to being good at this. I love selling cars but not for that abusive man. I put 1 star because I had to . I guess it added the second star on it's own. Sounds about right.

They could sell this vehicle probably 20 to 50 times before it makes it onto their lot although sticking to the fact that I am under contract until 2 to 4 months is up then they can refund my deposit. Why then and not now as it would not be sitting on your lot for more then a day to PDI it for the next buyer. I also totally understand that if they had alot of inventory sitting there not selling like hot cakes but them not even knowing where in the world it is . Not very customer satisfaction driven to say the least. Stay away and do not sign nothing without reading every word and letter on it and be sure 100 percent that's what you want cause it is impossible to get them to bend, also et a copy of every piece of paper you sign before you leave the dealership for back up on your end.

Our salesman was Darryl De Leon. Our financier was Vincent Juan. These guys are awesome! Last Tuesday we ended up leasing a 2018 Honda CR-V EX during their end of the year clearance. Darryl was very personable, funny, and engaging. He was passionate while explaining the many features of the CR-V and we didn't feel pressured to buy anything from him. Vincent was also very personable, funny, and engaging. He reassured us that we wouldn't have any problems leasing and walked us through the whole process step by step. Both Darryl and Vincent stayed late, well after closing hours, to make sure we were happy with our choice and to wait with us while leasing was approved, even though we told we could come back the next day. Darryl and Vincent are so personable that it was like being with a few friends. They were still very professional though and we feel our experience couldn't have been better. We picked up our vehicle last Thursday and we are still very happy with our choice. We are glad we joined the Honda family.

I bought a used car from here few days back. But I found some defects in it. It doesn't show time . its second key is tooooo old.. (Not working.. Because of trust they created we never check that at the time of buying). And when I called my sales person about this.. He replied I have to ask my superior.. Ane then told me.. We can not give any warranty on electronics and your car was on very resuced price so we can not do anything. (I never asked to reduce their price.it was their price set on sale by themself) I asked him can you check it or do servicing because it shaws some malfunction service requisition indication.. He said we charge 150$ for servicing. I thought whats this?? It would be better to buy a used car from kijiji but not from this place. Because u never know if the car is defected when you buy from kijiji and the same thing is buying from here...

Went to Crown Nissan 3-4 months ago to inquire about purchasing a new vehicle. Staff in there were super professional and greeted me right away. My sales rep was Sunny Sandhu. This guy is very charismatic, polite and very knowledgable when it comes to vehicles. If I had any questions it wasn't ever an issue. I met his manager Steve Samonte who welcomed me to the dealership and took the time to speak with me about little bit of everything. Angelica Valdez was the finance employee and made everything super easy when buying the vehicle. When they called me to go get my new vehicle they cleaned the vehicle and made sure to show me all the ins and outs. Got a tour of the dealership and was told where I would go to get stuff done on my SUV. Had a great first experience buying a car would recommend dropping in and saying hello to the team.

I would not have done business with this company if I had known their auto group don’t work as one. I had made a down payment at Crown Honda McPhillips but ended up buying at Crown Honda Waverley. The Waverley branch did not credit our down payment at McPhillips and now we are in a battle to get that down payment back at the McPhillips branch. I have already messaged the McPhillips GM and tried calling several times but no response. I also dealt with the McPhillips salesperson but to no avail. I even tried the Waverley branch for their help but useless. No one responds back and now it seems I can’t get that down payment in Crown Honda McPhillips. This business is all for the money!!

Car was sideswiped while we were parked the other day so I called our Honda dealer in the Waverley automall and they funnel all their vehicle repair work to their affiliate Crown Autobody. Experience so far has been 5 star. Good communication. Free rental provided for the 1 day it took to do the estimate. Enterprise Rental counter is in the same spot as Autobody desk. Now scheduled for a repair and rental car arranged for that period too. All covered by MPI. I'll follow up later in terms of how good the Autobody work was.

Crown toyota service in Waverly is zero star this location not PROFESSIONAL people at all they broke my key lock nut and they can't change the winter tires The policy of dealerships not use the tools of the customer because they have the master key to use it after 5 hours to change the oil and maintenance and change the winter tires they didn't finish the job and ask me to go other Toyota dealerships in McPhillips because they tighten lock one nut???

Had my car for 3 months after I was hit from behind and every time I called apparently the part they needed was on order and would be done by next week...every week for three months...then when I picked it up finally it was covered in scratches on the new part and they argued with me that there was no scratches. (I paint planes for a living, I can tell what a scratch looks like)

My experience with crown auto body has been great, couldn’t have asked for better service. I’m so happy with the work done to my suv. Mangment was so helpful kept in touch with me on progress on going repairs. I will definitely recommend crown auto body to family and friends. Looked for a vehicle for a month everywhere. Adheesh Nagar from Nissan Waverley was patient, accommodating and kept me updated if anything of interest came in. I would text him Or unexpectedly drop in and he always made time for me. He was able to find me something and now I am good to go because of him! Great sense of humour as well! Definitely a go to!

I've been here many times for several reasons. I've had my cars serviced here, they also take care of any recalls to my vehicle and are so helpful and courteous. I once had booked the shuttle. There was a booking error on their side, however they made it work! I feel some of the sales peoples tactics are pushy but I really love the overall experience.

They renegged on the battery warranty. Tried to charge me $60 + to "test" it and $60+ to install it. I had brought it in myself already out of the car. It stopped passing a load test plain and simple. What a scam. I would have had to go home and tow a batteryless car in for this. The whole scenereo was criminal. Had to buy a new battery elsewhere.

Good service, nice and easy oil change. Bring a laptop, they have some nice seats with desks there. Headphones are a good idea to drown out the noise (it can be quite noisy there). 4/5 because you have to get unnervingly close to the service garage door for it to open so I was sitting there like an idiot in my car for a good few moments.

We purchased a “brand new” vehicle from Crown Nissan almost 3 years ago. The dealer did not disclose it was a demo vehicle at the time or that warranty started months prior to the purchase. I would caution anyone buying a vehicle with them to double check and confirm. Pretty shady business ethics.

Went to crown autobody for my mpi claim before work. Within 30 minutes they had me all good to go and in my rental car for the day, the did an extremely detailed estimate and took really good care of me. Made it to work smoothly and on time and was back by the end of the day, no complaints here !

Staff was friendly and eager to provide assistance for whatever we were looking for. Just a note to dehydrate yourselves before going there. Multiple staff members asked us if we wanted coffee, tea or water almost every ten minutes. It is a good thing they have exceptional facilities. ; )

Not a good experience. Tried to buy a vehicle there but they didn't honour the price agreed upon, lots of excuses why but no action to make it right. Apparently if you don't use their financing you aren't a valuable customer. Amazing when buying on credit is more valued than paying cash!
