Can’t recommend Terry enough (and the team at ASAP Windsor). I was quoted triple the price to change my front door locks and the honesty at ASAP Windsor was so refreshing, who advised me to buy the lock from Bunnings and explained what I’d need, how long it would take etc. Terry came out and the lock I’d bought was missing screws (this is after he’d removed my current lock). He then had to put the old lock back on my door, and came back 2 days later when I had the new lock exchanged (with screws), and fitted the lock perfectly, not charging me for the additional time on the first call out day. The customer service from Terry was exceptional, even giving advice on other locks around the house. Can’t recommend Terry and ASAP Windsor locksmiths enough. Honesty is key and these guys are all that.

Riley and Cameron recently installed a secure locking system to an apartment building which involved rekeying all apartment and common doors. They arrived prepared with all locks and keys assigned to each door and installed these professionally and efficiently. They even rectified existing issues on some doors where required. I was extremely impressed with their knowledge and workmanship and would have no hesitation in recommending ASAP Locksmiths to anyone.

I recently found myself needing a locksmith and after speaking to a couple of high profile firms I found on Google, I then called ASAP Locksmiths. They were a breath of fresh air and were genuinely interested helping me solve my problem. The others just wanted me to sign up for an expensive call out fee without really understanding what I needed. I am going to make sure that I keep ASAP Locksmiths permanently in my contact list. Don’t bother to look further.

ASAP Locksmiths delivered excellent, fast service. It started when I called and Riley suggested that I could buy the lock off them and swap it over myself and that would save me the call out fee. When Cameron arrived the next, he apologised for being late (even though it was only 10 minutes). He was well-presented and did a quick job. Very satisfied and highly recommend ASAP Locksmiths.

Access was required to the office and the husband had taken the keys interstate. The agent had some keys but not the one I needed. Riley was working close by and came to help in about 20 mins. Not only that he was able to cut me spares for all the keys and one for the agent. Awesome work. Really nice guy too. Highly recommended!
