In the moment of my initial phone call I was extremely stressed and upset though time was spent on the phone with me to calm me down and help me think level headed and bring me back down to reality. I would not recommend this company on price. I recently had to get 2 backdoor keys made for our recently purchased house. (Previous owners had lost the keys) also a garage remote (also lost!) the real estate agent we had dealt with covered the cost of the backdoor keys and supposedly the call out fee of $80 but it still cost us $160 for the garage remote and programming it. We later found that the remote could be purchased from Bunnings for $36 and as for programming it, easy as pie no need for a so called expert!! So beware it will cost you $240 for a rip off or you can spend $36 at Bunnings.

We had the misfortune of being broken into this week and had some items taken from our home but i was mostly concerned for my families safety now that someone knew how to get in. Our real estate put us onto Ben at Frontline who arrived within 2-3 hours of talking with them on the phone. Ben was very friendly and installed some new deadlocks for us and explained how they worked. I definitely feel much safer now that we have these locks. Ben was efficient, knowledgeable and aimed to try for a repair rather than the quicker (and more expensive) option of a replacement, even though I suggested it. He was RIGHT - he got the lock fixed in no time and at a great price. Friendly, and Covid -safe too!
