I came in with some questions about my account and getting a new device recently. Sergio and Jasmine made the process so easy and were extremely kind during the entire experience. Those guys do such a great job and are very respectful. This was my first time visiting this location since it has opened and I'll definitely be coming back!
I like this new store. All the representatives are very polite and welcoming. Trevor was the representative helping me and he was dealing very politely.I had some bad experiences in past with ATT and for the first irrespective of what is going happen with my new order, I felt confident that this guy will take care of if any issues.
Twice in the last 6 months Becki G. has provided PHENOMENAL service! First in upgrading my plan, and most recently in upgrading devices. She is knowledgeable, professional, honest, and quick to respond to questions. If you want subpar customer service, go somewhere else. You get nothing but the best from this store!

Arturo customer service was excellent. He help me with up my new phone. Was professional and informative and patient with me because I’m not tech savvy. I really enjoyed my experience and more representatives should be like him. If you need help at AT&T Arturo is the way to go ☺️

Amazing people!! We had trouble with sending and receiving messages for the iPhone & Jorge helped us out for over 2 hours doing everything he could to figure it out & we were finally able to get it! Very friendly environment will be back with our phone needs for sure!
They need a sign in tablet. Someone cut in front of us and it wasn’t their fault it was the store employee. But it is what it is. I’m not going to get in their face and make a scene. Waited an extra hour to get help cause of their mistake. It is what it is.
