What happened to me is almost unbelievable :D I was located @ Tiger Direct on 1800 Queensway in Etobicoke. I called them @ 6h45pm for a cab. At 7h05pm I called again to ask where my cab was and she said that I gave the wrong address, but according to Tiger Direct website, the address is 1800 Queensway. Guess what...I called again @ 7h25pm and she said it was on his way. After waiting an hour outside with my purchases I just decided to go home by own.... So now it's 9h52pm and since then, nobody called me that my cab was arrived @ Tiger Direct.... Please do not give your business to this company. Mine will go somewhere else!

Terrible driver!!! I drove into a parking lot to go to a dentist and slowly start making wide turn to park my car! Guy just try to drive through... Almost hit me and then partially blocked me and the parking spot and refused to move! Honestly if not for a doctor's appointment... I would seat in my car for hours playing on my phone... Parking next to where I want to park initially became free, so I quickly turned into it and parked my car! Got out, took pictures of his car, driver number and licence plate!!! Will be calling the company to report passive-agressive drivers!!!

More like "Aaa Worst choice" the lady said she could not find my address and said she has been in Etobicoke for years, or what not and saif she had never heard of my address. When I spelt it out for her and saod my postal code she said she would look for my address and I asked her if she would be getting a taxi to ne and she said she did not know. I explained where my house was, the closest intersections, near by schools and ny postal code and she still said she had to google it. I ended up calling a Beck city taxi to come and get me!

My 17 year old daughter missed her train stop and went to the wrong station on her way back to Humber College. It was her first train ride. Aaa Best Choice drove to the other station to pick her up. The dispatcher and driver we're both in contact with me the whole time and assured me they would find her and that she would be safe. Thank you so much Alex and Kwame. I cannot recommend this company enough! They truly care about their clients.

At a red light at Albion and Islington that just turned green. I start to pull out - not fast enough for Best Choice taxi driver who laid on the horn (not tapped the horn - layed on it), even after the cars were moving through the intersection. Passes me after the intersection and lays on the horn again. I honk back. He gives the finger as he drives ahead. Is the driver representing the company? Car tag #288.

Have to give a thank you on customer service to the gentleman that took the time to recommend a local mover in the area when I was looking for a vehicle to move an appliance for me. Will use you in the future when we need cab service. Companies willing to do things like this really create a hub of a trustworthy businesses willing to help each other out. We need more like this in our world.

If i could give this zero stars i would the drivers are either racist or rude especially when u dont have cash and they make it even harder and had to yell at the driver to give me the debit machine honestly second time this happened and they also refuse to put on the the meter best choice i think worse choice never using this comapnay again can see why uber anx astro are better

I have been using best choice for the last 6 months and i think the service is exceptional. Clean cars and fast service. From time to time they dont have cars available but always let you know in advance. Very polite drivers who dont mind providing you with a fair flat rate. Much better than my previous cab company. Definitely give them a try

I called for a cab last at 3am , they came at 345 am, not a big deal. When the cab driver asked the easiest way to go I told him, he drove his own way, a longer way to run up the fare! ! His car also smelled like sweat! In the middle of winter , seriously? You guys sick!! Going to UBER for sure now.

AVOID.... they do not use the taxi meter and overcharge. From the Toronto Pearson airport to Yorkdale it was a $60 fare (airport limo is $35 flat rate, uber is $15). The driver refused to provide me with a receipt stating he ran out of receipts. AVOID at all cost.

The cab company made me wait 30 minutes for a taxi and when it came the guy refused to take us due to my grandmother wanted to sit in front due her bad knee, we called back the company and the lady started swearing out my mother. never take these people again

Horrible. THEY OVERCHARGE YOU OPENLY AT WILL. The driver charged another rider 15$ because he was apparently "rude and needed to be taught a lesson" and then goes on to charge me for the full ride that we had split! Complete and utter thievery.

This company has great drivers who are on time and know their way around the city! I STRONGLY recommend this company! Give them a try if you haven't yet! They also give excellent flat rates to the airport and also out of town too!

Car number 4375 does not know the city of Toronto and drive like an aggressive 20 year old. Full throttle or full brakes. Horrid if you are prone to motion sickness. Nearly hit a cyclist and gave pedestrians no courtesy.

Taxi license #2132 ran over my wife's foot and knocked over the wagon with my daughter in it, while making a right turn onto Jane St. The driver didn't have the courtesy to stop and see if they were ok.

The taxi was waiting in the airport as if it was one of the airport taxi. He charged me 3 times the rate of the ride. He refused to use a ride rate calculator, instead he used a weird printed chart.

They always come with in five ten minutes with friendly service. Low prices and some cars have chargers and games for your kids I love the experience I get with this company

Excellent price, smooth drive, very friendly and considerate. The driver even helped me with all my bags and I had quite a few. Will definitely call these guys again.
