I had a horrible experience today, and I find myself absolutely floored by the experience I had as well as the blatant lack of resolution it has had. I was picked up from my home by another driver, Beck Taxi #184 - I don't know his name. I was immediately thrown off by the things he was talking about - some inappropriate to the point that I don't feel comfortable repeating them on the internet. I tried to just nod and agree and hoped he would stop talking and we could just get through the cab ride so I could get to work. We were almost at my destination, no more than 30 seconds away (I could see my workplace in the distance). He then asks me as we were driving how I was intending on paying for my trip, and I said "debit." Normally, when I get asked this question, the drivers just say "Okay, just make sure to insert your card" as the tapping option often doesn't work. However, I instead got asked which bank I was with. Not understanding why he asked, I told him, and he STOPPED the car in the middle of the road and did an illegal u-turn. He then proceeded to drive me away from my destination without telling me why, and then pulled into a lot with various stores. He says "there's an ATM in there." I said, "Can you please take me to my destination?" He then got annoyed with me for wanting to go to my destination, and he replied by telling me that his machine was not working and he "forgot" to tell me. Given his previous behaviour and his attitude in the moment, I felt like I had no choice but to go and withdraw money, and I ended up having withdraw more than my fare and pay a surcharge for using the atm. Furthermore, because he drove me away from my destination and stopped when I did not want him to, and did not take me to my work when I asked, I ended up being late. If his machine was not working, that should've been disclosed to me at the very beginning of the trip before the meter was started. I would've politely declined the ride and asked for another driver. A taxi driver should NEVER be doing this to a young woman who is alone, and should NEVER make anyone feel like they have no choice but to withdraw money. To top this whole situation off, I called Beck to try and inform them of the situation, as I feel that no one else should have to deal with something like this. I was told that "complaints" needed to be forwarded to an email address, and when I sent an email, it was ignored. Given the nature of this incident, I felt it necessary to post a review in hopes to have someone contact me. I will never be using Beck taxi again.

Today I took a taxi at 8:08 The route was Yonge an eglinton .I ask the driver to take eglinton but he didn’t listen and took a different route , he was very mean and not happy as I was telling him how to get there, when we get to the destination knowing I was very late I took 20 dollars cash and put them beside his arm as all the front was cover by plastic and only a small little window to insert your hand with the money, usually I pay with a card but because I was late , I decided to give him cash , I put the money there and I told him here you go , open the door and left when I was already like 5 steps away he call me back, I was really late for which reason I decided not to listen to him , I thought he must be mad because I didn’t say thank you or he just want to keep on arguing HE CALL THE COMPANY AND TOLD THEM I DIDNT PAY FOR THE RIDE, THE PAYMENT WAS MADE IN CASH SO IS HARD TO PROOVE IT .I FIND BECK UNFORTUNATELY THEY TREAT WOMEN IN CERTAIN WAY IF YOU TELL SOME OF THE DRIVERS HOW TO GO ,SOME OF THEM DONT LIKE IT …..BUT THE SUPERVISORS AND PEOPLE WHO ANSWER THE PHONE SPECIALLY IF TGEY ARE MEN THEY ARE VERY RUDE ,so never place a complaint if a taxi driver is rude because they all will attack you like hienas before they even know the true story. I take beck taxi 4 times a week why I wouldn’t pay this time.why would I take the time to call and try to solve the issue . BECK : I SPEND EVERY WEEK 80 dollars, count how much is a month and how much is per year and say good bye to that income.

Beck Taxi stranded my father in law after his son's (and my) wedding. We booked a wheelchair taxi for him to get to and from the church weeks in advance and even called to confirm a few days before. We also prepaid for the taxi. The taxi brought him to the church without issue but then cancelled his ride home at the last minute without even calling to notify us. They left him stranded in the church parking lot for hours. We called and asked them what was going on and they said they don't have anyone to come and that they don't pick up in Vaughan (would have been nice to know that earlier). They did not care and told us to call someone else. We asked to speak to a supervisor and were hung up on multiple times. Thankfully we were there and spent a few hours after our wedding ceremony standing out in the parking lot with him calling every taxi company in the GTA. After a couple of hours, we finally got one from a specialized company and we had to pay extra because it was last minute (at that point we were just happy my father in law would be able to get home). Beck is unreliable and and they have no morals. They have no problem stranding someone who is helpless and they don't care. I used a Beck's taxi twice this past weekend- Friday and Sunday and they were two COMPLETELY DIFFERENT experiences. Friday was a total gong-show. A simple 4km/12min. journey took 7km and 20min. I gave the driver the destination address and he repeated it back to me. Two minutes into the drive he asked again and put it inot his GPS. Two minutes later, he asked AGAIN. However, he ignored the GPS and took a circuitous route, which overshot my destination. I had to give him directions to backtrack to the destination. What would habe been the result, if I didn't know the city better than he- a 30min. ride and a $30 fare? Total scammer! When we finally arrived, the meter was $17, which I knew to be too much. However, I was already late and had no time for arguments, so I paid the EXACT fare. On Sunday, I did the same trip, but with a driver who followed his GPS, arrived in a reasonable time (12 minutes) for a reasonable fare ($12). He recieved a good tip! Of you ise Beck's Taxi, make sure you use your own GPS/map system amd watch the route! Some drivers like to rip off their clients off!

There are some benefits of flagging a cab in Toronto. Some of the benefits include the trunk size or wheelchair access. The quality of the ride is not measured in the same way that competitive apps measure service for example. I don’t always feel there is exemplary service from this taxi service and I have on many occasions been able to file a complaint when dissatisfied. That aspect is always handled appropriately and whereas, many drivers are less adept to handling customer service. I use taxi several times a week and prefer to use the competitor app because of cleanliness, or ability to rate. There is little usually a good reason to check your fare expectation before you get in and preferably expect to use the meter and not take the driver’s estimate as the only rate. There is a new policy I was told to make a deposit of $25. Rarely do I use cash so this arrangement doesn’t seem useful because I would rather use my Apple Pay. Overall, the only reason to flag a car might be to take advantage of a car with a specific size trunk as many cars with large trunks were not available during Xmas.

Drivers were all nice so far but the problem all the time was…they never used any app to find out the best way the passenger can get to the destination they are going. I am speaking to all my experiences with all my previous rides with Beck Taxi. I always arrived late at work. I suggest as a regular passenger, they have to use the app wherein they would know which way to take instead of trying every exits they know to save time and effort. Using app, they would know if there’s a slow traffic ahead so to have other way options. I will never forget the night when almost every exits out to 401 we tried were all closed so we ended up not taking high way. Time travelled almost 1 hour when in fact it should only take me 20-30 mins the most to arrive to my destination. Please use app Beck Taxi for your customer’s sake and for you to save time and your fuel. You will be able to avoid traffic in this way.

Most Beck drivers are friendly. But Beck's voice system absolutely is not working. It somehow suggested an address that I don't recognize as the pick-up address. I opted out of that address, and left mine, Received a message from Beck saying the driver would pick me up from their automatically generated address any way. I cancelled that ride, and this time opted to talk to the operator. They then sent me a message with a pick-up address similar to mine, but still not correct. Had to cancel that ride, too, and order another ride. This time the address in the text message was correct, and the driver was supposed to arrive in five minutes. Wiated for 10 minute. When I called again, I was prompted to press 1 to talk to the driver. He claimed that he had "kept calling" me, and asked me to wait for five more minutes. But he never came. May be time for me to sign up for Uber ....

Can’t trust Beck taxi at all. They left us high & dry. Here is what happened: on 03 March I requested a cab to pick us up from Toronto to Pearson Airport at 2:25 am. I also requested the driver to call me on my phone when he arrives. The customer rep was very nice and reaffirmed my request. We had a big snowstorm overnight. I got up at 1:30 am to clear the snow. At around 2:25 am the cab driver came to our address, only slowed down in front of our house then took off without stopping at our house. Now what ? Our dream Caribbean vacation started to seem like a dream … and a loss of thousands of dollars we paid for it. We called Beck Taxi many times around 2:30 am but their phones were disconnected. This is unacceptable. We then called other independent taxi services and they were operating and showed up. We went on our vacation, but we will never call Beck Taxi again.

Had a real bad experience with a driver ID 3207. He was here to pickup my dad through wheel- trans. He was so rude and mad at my dad stating that he cannot accept an 8-year old boy to travel with him as a support person and demands an adult. My dad is a regular customer who travels with my son and we never faced an issue like this before. Thereafter he was fighting for a payment of $2.25. I guess he intentionally wanted to make some sort of a drama here to show his heroism. I suggest Beck taxis to have more polite and humble drivers who can have a little bit of customer service to people, especially to adults and kids. I am so surprised, how he got registered to serve on wheel-trans (with seniors) with this type of behaviour and misconduct. Sorry to say, but you need to learn to treat people with due respect so that you will be also treated the same.

IMPORTANT: I don't like leaving bad reviews but this is good to know. I booked a 6 seater the night before to arrive at 3pm. 3pm comes and there is no van. I call to confirm it is on it's way and the operator says to me that "just because you reserve it, doesn't mean that you will get a van". Really. So if I book a table at a restaurant and then arrive, they will say to me, oh there was no guarantee of a table so please leave? Needless to say, I was having none of it . I plainly stated to them that we were effectively stranded with a woman in a wheelchair who had no other way of getting home. It took another 45 minutes for the damn van to arrive, all while Beck maintained that they don't have enough vans in the area, even though we had specifically pre-booked one. Really really dumb service.

Was very disappointed with service from Beck's today. Driver #2859 had attitude moment he arrived at Galati's grocery store. Having been using Beck's for 3+ plus years and never treated this way before. I tip very generously. He refused to return cart - said wasn't his job. I use a walker which was in the trunk. I let him know that he would need to carry walker and groceries up the stairs to the front entrance of my home. Again, said not his job. My special needs are on file. I had him remove my groceries from his car and said I would call for another driver. There were 2 people who witnessed this exchange and could not believe driver's attitude. If you call for a taxi and they dispatch #2859 I would request another driver. Not a reflection on Beck's but on the driver.

Today I stopped a beck taxi we told him the address and at first he ask us to pay in cash because then they will get charge if we pay in card. I told him I will not pay in cash since we don’t have enough and I rather pay everything on card. Then he told us that we need prior to leave us at our hotel. I told him that that’s is not how it works, you pay until the service is done since you never know right? He drop us and told us that the reason he does that is because then people will not pay. I hop off the car and I told him that he is abusing. I didn’t get the licence plate cause he speed. But it was an horrible experience, what if he wasn’t leaving us at our hotel and drop us anywhere else since he has the money. You should check your drivers.

On June 3rd I got into Beck cab near Bloor and Yonge. I was in town visiting. I needed a cab to take me to my hotel just passed Queen and University. The driver did not want to take me because he said the fare wasn't worth his time. When I told him it was 215 am and I need to get back to my room safely he caused a scene, swore at me, unbuttoned his shirt. He then got out the cab and and started to swear some more. He was Taxi Cab owner #546 Ahmad Afran Wokumud. His license plate is Ontario CTZN 497. I would not recommend anyone take a Beck Taxi, they do not have professional drivers, I am not sure if this particular cab driver was drinking, but he was unhinged and violent. You would be better off with an Uber or another provider.

I have to start with, I’m not a fan of car services but if everyone else is getting in then I’m jumping in too. As soon as the door is opened there’s no “hello” • “hi” • ”s’up” nothing! In fact the first words out of his mouth were, “get in the back!” … but sir … but nothing, he wasn’t having it. He just kept repeating himself so we all squished ourselves up in the back. No please or thank you — Rude. If I could give 5 stars for being rude, buddy would have been blinged up. Instead I’m taking a star away. The cab was clean, it smelled great and I think he got us there via a direct route and safe. We’ve reached our destination & finally he speaks. Sounds a lot nicer but unfortunately I’m done my review.

I ordered through the app. It took a long time to connect with a driver. Once it did, it said my driver was 1 minute away. Then I got a notification that he had arrived. He clearly wasn't there. I called him and he started yelling at me "I'm on a call, I'm on a call". I explained that I was his call, having ordered from the app. He was still 2 blocks away. Fine. But once he appeared, he waved and continued driving because he had a fare in the back. Completely unprofessional and scummy to accept a fair while having accepted one from the app. Luckily another car appeared not too long after and I was able to flag him down. Will not use again. I do not recommend.

I would rate this company a 0 if I could. One of the most absolute trash taxi services out there. The other day (December 4, 2023 at around 9:AM) I was making a left turn to go south to Kennedy at an uncontrolled intersection at the Esso at that road and Lawrence and as I was pulling out, one of their drivers driving a Sienna (wish I got their Licence Plate and Fleet Number) goes around me as if I took too long and makes a right cutting me off causing me to lay on my horn. Whoever you are and if you're reading this, get off the roads for your sake and everyone else! Pathetic! This is why people would rather Uber!

Terrible customer service and worst driver. He didn’t drop me off to my exact location and let me walk 5km away from my place because it was snowing. There were a lot of cars passing by that road. Also, I was traumatized because the driver harassed me and shouted at me. Another worst part is they wont even give a refund for the service that their driver didn’t do. Even the customer service representative shouted at me when I asked for a refund. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS APP AND I REGRET USING IT. DRIVER ID IS 4425481. I’M TELLING YOU GUYS NOT TO USE BECK TAXI TO SAVE YOU FROM THE TRAUMATIZING EXPERIENCE.

if I could leave no stars I would. DO NOT USE BECK TAXI. LET ME BE CLEAR DO NOT USE BECK TAXI. My mom used Beck taxi last night to rush home from a jays game as I was taken to the hospital and she needed to get home quickly. The taxi driver stole her debit card and spent $2900 dollars. We called Beck informed them that one of their drivers stole from my mom and they told us that the driver informed them he never picked her up. I have no kind words for this taxi driver and for Beck taxi. $2900 is rent, $2900 is groceries, $2900 is between people and being unhoused and this shouldn’t be happening.

A lot of drivers who work for this company are disrespectful and treat their passengers like trash. I’ve had multiple negative encounters with drivers. As you sit down in the taxi, do not be surprised if the driver starts talking (or yell) at you for no reason. I understand that a lot of passengers give the taxi drivers trouble nowadays, but that does not mean that you are allowed to spread your negativity on passengers that are respectful. Some drivers do not bother to clean their cars. Expect them to not give a darn if you tell them about the cleanliness of the taxi.

One of the worst experiences in my life. I was at Fairview mall and there was a Beck Taxi blocking the way for pedestrians and oncoming vehicles. After being asked to move, the driver got defensive and ended up using profanity. I had called the dispatcher to report this driver and requested that I would be notified with what happened in this matter but never got anything back from the company in regards to what happened. I highly recommend using other means of services other then Beck Taxi as the employees are unprofessional and the services provided are over priced.

I took Beck Taxi today with my daughter and it was a very positive experience. Uber drivers have the option to cancel if you don’t bring a booster chair for your child. Beck Taxi doesn’t need a booster chair, they are allowed to transport children without it. I called the number, spoke to a chatbot, beck taxi came as promised in 4 minutes, I paid the same price I paid with Uber and used my credit card to pay. I’m adding this phone number to my contacts for future reference. Wanted to share my experience since so many parents are confused about this.

Today, I was going to get out of the underground parking lot, but a beck taxi at the entrance of the parking lot blocked 1/3 of the entrance, making it difficult to traffics. When the driver appeared at a distance without a seat and I complained about inappropriate parking, instead of an apology, he argued that it was justified, and he spit on me, and the car kept blocking my way. It's a very bad driver and I don't understand how the company hired such a person as a driver. Looking at the photos is really amazing. Was it still possible to do a taxi service?

A truly sketchy company. Dirty cars with ripped upholstery, drivers vary from fantastic service oriented to couldn’t care less. I truly want to support taxis but my last experience was so bad with the driver’s lackadaisical attitude then restarting the meter for no reason after we had used the app to book. Upon pickup in -25 degree weather he sat for 5 minutes in a locked car as we tried to get him to let us in. I tried bring my concerns to the company and got no response. Just use Uber/Lyft ride share instead. The taxi industry is its own worst enemy.

October 3rd around 5:15pm I was on the Danforth making a left turn onto Logan when Beck Cab #764 illegally went into the intersection as the light was turning red and blocked me. I honked for him to at least move up so I can weave around him and get out of the intersection, to which he rolled down the window, started swearing and stuck up his middle finger at us, my 7 year old daughter was in the car with me and saw/heard everything he said. There must be no standard with this company for drivers if they allow this kind of behavior.

I needed an accessible taxi to transport my mom from the retirement home to the hospital to visit someone. I used the Beck Taxi app and ordered a taxi. It gives you the wait time and the gentleman was prompt. We only had a 6 minute wait time! The taxi held 3 people, so my husband and I sat in the seat and my mom was in the back. This is the only negative aspect, that the seating was cracked and had seen a better day. Since we only had a short trip, it was fine. Using the app was convenient and easy. I will call Beck Taxi again!

The driver had the audacity to state that him delaying the vehicle that honk behind him superceded my physical pain. He couldn't let go someone honking at him. His reply was your pain doesn't matter. Go call 911. The driver was zigzagging and not taking the most direct route. We were polite to him but no tip for that guy. No sense of customer service. Good luck with your war with Uber and Lyft. Years ago, a beck taxi took out my driver's side mirrors. Just drove by me didn't notice that he destroyed my side mirror.

Thought I would try Beck again after several months of Uber. Back seat of taxi was filthy and there was a discarded coffee cup on the floor. Driver was pleasant and found his way to our destination. Cost was exactly double what Uber quoted at the same time. I hate to send money out of the country every time I need a ride, but Beck is not trying to compete. I don't see how the taxi industry has any hope of surviving if this is the best they can do. Please try harder, for the sake of our local taxi drivers.

I now know why I don’t take BECK - driving on Wellington today at 2:30pm one of your drivers had a customer and was driving in and out of the parked cars unsure of where hes going thats a huge problem - when we honked at him he gave us the finger! Very nice! He’s in the wrong and he had a customer in the cab! If you’re wrong you’re wrong!!! Blanket email all your drivers about etiquette and manners. He is a representative of Beck if he’s driving a Beck taxi! So ignorant!

Very bad service. Two taxis could not find 4700 Dufferin St. First driver no gps turned on and no answer on his phone. Second driver drove back and forth up and down in front of the address until he disappeared all together. After 30 minutes of this horrible service I permanently cancelled and stopped using Beck taxi all together. My wife and I would not recommend using Beck taxi folks. HOW THE FRICK DO BECK DRIVERS GET HOME AT NIGHT!!! NEVER AGAIN. HORRIBLE COMPANY!!

Used this company exclusively for a week in the city. Good response to questions, drivers we experienced were generally helpful and pleasant. Did have an issue getting to our destination in heavy downtown traffic, had to walk a number of blocks to the hotel, but roads were gridlocked so we got there faster walking. Ordered 3 cabs from the same location and they had problems finding the address at dispatch each time, but cars showed up timely within minutes.

Great experience! I called and taxi came within 5 minutes! He was kind and helpful. Edward put my bags in the vehicle for me and was nice and friendly. Focused on driving a good route. Overall my first experience with Beck was terrific. They send you a text to confirm your taxi order and you can track the cab til he gets to you. Once they arrive they call you! Thank you Edward! I think his cab number was 3090? Anyway, thanks again! :)

Very reliable, and pretty affordable too. A lot cheaper than Uber is what I've noticed, and they come relatively quickly. I love that no matter what time of the night it is, you get through to a real person who dispatches a taxi out to you and you don't have to wait too long. It's pretty cool that they offer a service where if your car needs a boost they can come give one to you and if you don't have cables they find a taxi that has one.

Cab #2286, Cab driver Arie. My wife ordered a cab to get me to my destination. My wife clearly stated that I would pay in the car and I was going to pay debit based on the meter reading. He stated that I am required to pay a deposit upfront. When I asked how much, he could not give me a definite answer. Such practice is dishonest and unsafe. This driver should not represent Beck Taxi at all. His actions spoil it for good cab drivers.

I had an excellent service by driver#00713 today. His car was clean. He was polite, punctual, and took care of all our luggage. The Beck Taxi app was flexible. I ordered a pre-booked service to the airport but I was available early. So I called, the automatic voice operator could identify my appointment before I started my first word and allowed me to change the time to immediately. Superb automatic appointment system

Tried to use this taxi twice. Reserved a pick up time 4 hours ahead of time. Waited 45 min after the pick up time. No taxi. Sorta sucks seeing I was on crutches and my son in a wheelchair. 39degrees out. Apparently they send out your reservation to any available taxis at the reservation time. If it’s not a long trip, no one takes it because there isn’t enough money to be made. So no one takes the job. Why take reservations then?

Very bad customer service. First, i booked a taxi for 8:30am on the website but it doesn't show on their system. Second, I called tge customer service to book another taxi requesting for a big cab because we are 5 people but it will take another 25 mins so i requested for 2 small cabs instead. But then they sent 1 small can and a van costing me over $30 just for a short distance. Peter street to union station. I don't recommend.

We needed a taxi tonight for someone who can't walk, and if you don't give an address to the person who answers the phone they give you attitude and then take their time sending one. When it does not show up the driver calls and he has been dispatched downtown instead of Yonge and Eglinton. Earlier in the day the driver had a really bad attitude because the drive was a short one but we tip extremely well. Uber from now on!

Beck Taxi number licence 2444 drives with road rage. Cutting people off, splitting 3 lanes at once in anger and putting up to cars telling them to roll down their window to yell at them when he should be the one being yelled at. Totally a reason uber is doing better, they are held responsible. The response I got from calling in was non chalant email us. NO THANKS. NO TIME FOR THAT. Take the matters seriously on the phone!

Just wanted to give compliments to the awesome driver of a Beck Van who helped me yesterday. He arrived right on time, didn't balk when he saw that I needed him to transport a giant dresser (I'd noted this in the request, but was told it was up to the individual driver) and only charged me an extra $10 (the lowest 'cargo fee' which is also up to the driver to negotiate). Super helpful, professional and kind. Thanks you!!

Hi, I use it most of the time and I got excellent drivers, polite, professional, clean cars, and they drive well. I also got drivers who accept which route I prefer to take without complaining, most of them. I always try to call back to make a compliment. Probably in 30 rides, I got about only 5 not very polite and also not clean cars, but the rest were great. They are always on time. Congratulations to the drivers!

took a beck taxi for the first time in forever & I couldn’t believe the state the taxi was in.. it was so dirty plus the car sounded like it was rattling everywhere & you could hear the air come though the windows/doors as tho they were open a bit - when they were completely closed. Oh & best of all - on top of it the car had a nice check engine light on as well. I felt so gross & so unsafe. Never again.

You should be ashamed of yourselves. A handicapped gentleman with his sons in from the U.S needed a taxi to his bank. They were going from far east one of Scarborough to just inside Pickering. Dropped off but found out after that Beck's doesn't have anyone available for a long time when done. This is Unacceptable. I am sick to my stomach to watch these men try you or anybody to pick them up. You Stink.

Absolutely unprofessional untrained drivers. If you want to trust your life in the hands of someone that does not know how to drive than call Beck Taxi. No wonder Uber does better these days. Reported the incident to the police and let Beck Taxi know of the incident but they really have no concern for human safety. Btw the driver was doing this WITH a paying passenger in the vehicle....

IF YOU ARE A POWER AT BECK TORONTO ON, FOR YOUR INTEREST: Since other people tend to agree, this may hopefully let Beck continue existing. Drivers are *usually* wierd, creepy, awkward or angry/bad energy not about me, communication often not good. Gross experience (physical standards like cleaning, smell etc). Automated voice system often does not understand me (native Eng speaker).

I pre-order a wheelchair accessible taxi a week in advance. I confirm my pickup time a date an hour before pickup. The taxi never showed up. Hence I missed my appointment . This was a very important event and I was not able to attend. I made many phone calls only to get a different excuse everytime. I will not be using Beck taxi service ever again. Really bad experience.

I left my phone on car 2393 and he asked 100$ to return the phone and the agent told me he is not allowed to charge. He was a real piece of work to deal with and he only returned my phone at midnight when he was basically force to do so. Horrible service. However, the service provided by the phone agents was amazing and did everything they could to give the phone back.

The driver sat in the car the whole time while I loaded my grocery bags in the trunk. When I arrived at my destination and began removing my grocery bags I told him that he was the first driver who sat and stood by and watched me pack and unpacked my grocery bags . His response was some of the customers doesn't want their bags to be touched. I was in awe

What is awful is being told NO by some of your drivers when looking for a ride after a Jays game. Driver asked where I was going and when I said the Bluffs he said “ that will be $80”. Another thief and unethical person who is taking a job from someone who deserves it so much more then the thief I met on Tuesday night. Karma always comes back!

And you wonder why people are less supportive of Beck Taxi's battle with Uber. How could this be allowed by Beck and Toronto Public Health? Really, it only takes 15 minutes per day and a bit of soap water to clean up your taxi. Beck, you need to make your drivers step up. Clean cabs are good for your business and city's reputation.

Easy reservation, Quick pick-up, Clean vehicle (minivan), Helpful people (customer service representative & the driver). The price was clear and set during the reservation call, and the luggage fee was agreed upon with the driver before the loading. The trip was between two Ontario cities, and the arrival was quicker than expected.

Not very good. I did not have the street number, just the name of the restaurant and close street intersection. Even when he was on the right street he wanted to drive to a different street. I said no. He said he could not Google it but he had a phone. $50 for Coxwell & Queen to Kingston rd and Scarborough Golf Club.

Love their reliability. Sometimes the wait times are high but you’ll always get a cab. The customer service in the taxi is very hot or miss. You either have super helpful friendly people or people that don’t even talk to you. Their app could use some minor improvements but it’s worth taking a Beck over an Uber!

Almost all drivers were courteous & did as expected. One was a bad apple, asked me a lot of personal questions over 2 blocks, then got a chance to take an airport fare and asked me to get out. I did, and slammed the door. I walked back to hotel and got a different Beck Taxi with a much more courteous driver.

This company is a joke. I will celebrate the day Uber finally puts them out of business. I have approached or flagged a taxi down now 3 times (twice outside of Union Station) where the driver refuses to turn on the meter and tries to haggle with me on a price. These people are crooks.

Aggressive driver hit our parked car then bolted down a residential street with kids to escape and Beck did nothing to address it ... need to get police involved ... Update, police have now confirmed the driver was uninsured! Beck hires uninsured drivers ... never take Beck!

I have been a long time customer of Beck Taxi.Drivers are usually courteous. I have traveled with my pet bunny or cat, contained in travellers and some drivers don't want to take me in their cab or insist they are out in the trunk, that is the only issue I have with Beck

It was very helpful!! My car battery was down and I was stuck. I booked a taxi to help me charge my battery and start my car!! They charge $25 for this service. Usually, they say that the driver will be there in 5-10 minutes, but it took around 30 minutes to get help!!

What a weird experience. Everything is automated to place a request for a cab. You simply record your name and address. No human interaction which takes away from that personal touch and someone's job. Ride arrived promptly and was an enjoyable one.

Was in GTA For a weekend. Took Beck instead of Uber/Lyft because of availability and being able to get me without waiting. Had a 2 year old and 6 year old with me. No issues with the kids. Fast to arrive with the app. No complaints
