"Not much to be said about this place"
Affordable daily rates for the area, early bird starts at $13 but if you arrive after 10 am it is only $16 for the day. Clean and orderly car park and I’ve always been able to get a parking spot. Great and easily accessible elevator for the building too. I do wish it was slightly cheaper as I’ve heard it used to be $10 a day!
The price of parking here used to be $16 for the day after 10pm and it's now been raised to $20. There is no reason for this, you aren't providing a better service, it's just greedy. I won't be using this anymore and would rather park elsewhere.
Cardigan House is my go to parking spot. It's more affordable than a lot of carparks around that area and the security is very high. I once left my window down and had nothing stolen. Another time I accidentally left my car unlocked and it
My car got broken into on dorrit street, ace parking have cameras along that street with footage of the car driving away from the incident. I’ve spoken to the police and they are asking me to obtain the footage for them. After providing an
Not much to be said about this place. Make sure you have the appropriate bank card to tap in and out or you can spend time trying to enter/exit here. I have only been as far as the first lvl to park and that was simple enough. 2 metre
Price was good and good location. Close at 10pm on Sunday night and you’ll have to pay $60 to get in to get your car so keep this in mind!! I had to tap my card twice at the exit, which customer service via intercom said
Reliable and safe parking, I have left my car here over the years and always feel happy to go back, reasonable price and straightforward access to my car, as well as great people in the area who look out for each other
Gates closed whilst getting our car. Couldn't get out. Literally no phone number to call within the entire parking station. No website to speak of and couldn't find a company who owns it. So dodgy it isnt funny.
Not too expensive for all day. Card in card out. Earlybird is prior to 10am so not extreme. A big fan of the brutalist concrete architecture. Good location for Lygon street and northern part of CBD.
Slightly smaller garage, but is secure & well lit. Has a lift to the upper levels. An updated pay station allows you to view & confirm entry time. Good location near Lygon St as well.
There is plenty of parking from levels 2 and higher. They are not super spacious, but if you get there early, you shouldn't have an issue if you have a bigger car.
Recently changed to bank card system absoloutely useless get stuck there almost everyday for half an hour because people dont know how to use it or it doesnt work.
Didn't see enough disability parking, space? Sorry, it's my fault. I know how to get a tax invoice now. And I meant disability parking
I love parking here. Wish they were closer to the CBD. Good price and good size lanes and parking spots. The guys there are veterans.
Watch this place- closes at 1000 on a Sunday and sting you $60 to get in the door to get your car!
I paid using the PARKi app and the app charged me twice. I emailed and got no respond.
Great weekend rates. Reasonably clean parking lot and plenty of available spaces.
Easy to access, easy to pay by tapping in then out. Will use again.
The lift button is broken at the ground floor
