Car got locked in 10 minutes after 7pm. Luckily a very nice bloke opened the gate for us. However, we definitely won't come back. The car parking opening hours sign was too small to read when we entered so we didn't know. Make the sign bigger!

Don't park on level B2 unless you have an ACE Specific permit or you will get fined, even if you buy a ticket out of the nearby machine as it doesn't count as valid on B2. A lot of people get caught out by this, myself included.

Impossible to get a spot after 9:30am, but, still worth a try, you never know. Free spots in the afternoon. I find the all day price not bad especially I work up there. The entrance ramp is pitch black, please fix the lightings.

Parking is neat, secure and affordable .. its only backdraw is the limited lots .. I had to reach Cambridge Street Parking to get a space. It's ok anyway, keep on with the good work.

Ticket Machine doesn't work well, doesnt allow cash payments. phone setup is buggy. structure design is wonky, expect to find yourself doing an "austin powers" steering

The car park is spacious but because the building above is a very large office building with hundreds of people inside the carpark is usually full before 9:30am.
