I brought my Volvo XC60 T6 in after taking it to another local mechanic. The vehicle was having issues with acceleration and hesitation. It seems that a part, an oil separator, was plugged up and needed replacing. It was done quickly and my vehicle now runs the way it did when I bough it! I have read other reviews that made me a little hesitant, poor customer service and a lack of customer respect. I did not experience anything like that. I spoke with Jack and he took great care of me! This is now the shop I will be taking my car to until I mo longer own a Volvo which will be when I can no longer drive.

I have owned a Volvo which the Adams Brothers have serviced. They could procure a part that the dealer said was no longer available. They did a major job impeccably and handled the extended warranty claim without a hitch. I would include the fact that these guys are around in my decision to buy another Volvo. Great cars, great safety and great service might tempt me again.

I will only use Adams Brothers! Tried using the dealership for my XC90 but got terrible service, not relationship based, and in fact did not fix something that they charged me for. Adams Brothers care about you and your Volvo. They ARE all about the relationship and keep me coming back for all my maintenance needs.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE. After having our car 3 times for same issue, even having our vehicle from spring to winter and 3200 dollars later, we were ask to just come get our vehicle, which is still having the same issues. No customer service at all! Didn't even give any of our money back!!

Awesome work! These guys are trust worthy, wholesome and just over all real people! Have had a few cars worked on by them and so has my dad and uncle! Definitely recommend to anyone, they specialize in Volvo's, do great work on BMW's and even my smart car! Great work, with them for life!

As a second generation customer, I find the Adams Brothers, Jack and Dick and all their technicians to be the best in the business for repair and maintenance of all foreign cars! You can trust their advice and excellent problem solving, reasonable and reliable.

Only giving one star because I have to. Car broke down outside this shop came into see if could bring it to them be looked at. Owner/manager turned our business away after being very rude when we asked some questions. Customer service was extremely poor.

For any Volvo owner, this indy shop needs to be the first shop you contact to get your brick fixed. Very professional and personable. Their knowledge and experience is unmatched. Never felt rushed or upsold on unnecessary repairs. Thanks.

It's true they know their product, but when it comes to getting a call back from Dick, you could wait forever. Even after 4 attempts. Same excuse all the time, crazy busy.....never busy when I've been there.

Poor customer service, very unprofessional, takes advantage of newcomers unfamiliarity, my tool box gone missing from my car when I brought it back home, over charged for a very basic service they provided.
