I brought my car there to get new ball joints put on the passenger side. Then of course shortly after I had another problem with my car so I took it back they exchanged the bearing. Shortly after that I was having trouble with my car again. I took my car there three times and three times I had different problems. The last time I went to pick up my car my engine light was on. I asked him why it was on he told me that was a whole different situation. I told him to read the codes, the worker told me I had to pay extra for that. I told him no I was not paying extra for that because the light was off when I dropped it off here. He said that was not their fault. Then he called his manager and they said to do it for free. I got four codes from him. My car has been running fine after. Every time I leave that shop I always have something new. I spent a lot of money there in one month over $2,000 because they kept destroying something else so I would come back. I thought I had finally found a garage that I could trust but nope they rip you off a lot. Not just once in awhile every time. I have never had to do so many repairs in one month and I have had my car for a long time. I am somebody who takes care of my car so there should never be that many repairs one after another after I leave one repair shop. I am very disappointed

my check engine light was on. I knew what the issue was, took it to midas, they quoted me $289 to fix it. when I went to pick up my vehicle check engine light was still on. I went back inside to let them know and he came back saying that it's an "extra charge", and not included in the quote he had given me. also when I paid the amount he didn't even give me a copy of the receipt or any papers stating work had been done, made me feel uneasy that, "was work even done?". felt dismissed and that he refused to turn my engine light off even once I asked what the charge was... left feeling uneasy.

Good things ✅ -They’re flexible on schedule. (For example you could make appointment for 1 pm and than got your plans changed you could easily drop your car earlier and leave your key to any shop representative) -Mechanics are good enough.They will not only fix your car, they will check your car for any unsafe condition free of charge. Things what I don’t like ❌ -Person who was serving me at the front desk was extremely slow and unprofessional at the same time.He forgot to give me my PPW and than I figured he’s also forgot to sign it.

I had a great experience getting my SUV's oil changed and an inspection here. Matthew, the manager was very personable and explained everything to me as the inspection showed some issues and I received a quote. Bruk, the mechanic who performed the work on my vehicle was awesome. He brought me inside the garage to show me underneath my vehicle and explained things clearly. I was impressed that they texted me a summary and photos of the areas that needed work. That's really helpful!

I've been coming to this Midas location since moving to Winnipeg 3 years ago. They are incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and have always given me a fair deal and price. I had been screwed over by a dealership here in town and Midas went above and beyond to help me out, which ended up saving me over a thousand dollars in unnecessary repairs the dealership claimed I needed. They even charged my battery for me and refilled my antifreeze free of charge. I can't recommend them enough!

I'm extremely impressed with the customer service at Midas on Pembina. I was in need of timely help and I was seen right away upon walking in. They checked out my car, confirmed my suspected issue, and corrected it on the spot. It was thankfully a quick fix and I'd have gratefully paid more than what I was charged...I only had to cover a small part cost. The gentleman I dealt with was very friendly and helpful. I'd highly recommend this business and will come back in the future.

They tell me less than an hour and I'll be out, I agree to the oil change. Seems like nothing going on but they do take me in to show me all the issues they found. Then once they drain the oil and remove the filter they discover they don't have any filters in stock so now I'm stuck there missing my subsequent appointment while they try to track one down somewhere else in the city. Why on earth would they began the oil change without checking inventory first is beyond me.

I needed to get my oil changed, get new break pads, and an additional small repair; my friend recommended this location as it was close to my office. The service was good, and everything was done quickly; I dropped off the car at 8am and it was ready by about 2 pm. I got a call after the initial inspection and an SMS with the link to review the findings; the quote was also provided. I am satisfied with the service and will certainly come again.

I was in the unfortunate circumstance of travelling a distance to Winnipeg and by the time I had arrived my rim seemed to be coming loose. I called around and after a couple shops didn’t pick up I was able to get Matt at Midas on the phone and he told me to come right over for a re torque. Very happy with the help he provided me and the kind gesture to get me in so quickly. Very much recommend this location for service.

The service was quick and the manager at the store, Devon, is an extremely professional and knowledgable guy. He gave me a lot of information about tires and the vehicle, and was very helpful at the same time. I went there for a tire change and it was quick, and I am having great results from the service.
