Ordered a bouquet for Mother's Day. Arrived on time and the bouquet was overall lovely, but 3 flower stems were broken on arrival! The owner never responded when I wrote to them about it. I feel like it's one of those things you'd expect perfection or some level of customer service about. Just disappointed by the experience.
