Steve and his team were super helpful! They did an amazing job fixing my radiator, air conditioning system and replacing the bonnet and front bumper! They were super friendly and easy to work with and kept me posted whenever I needed an update. Steve even let me use one of their cars until my car was ready and it was a huge help for my daughter and I. When I went to pick up my car I was seriously impressed by how clean and shiny my car was. I drove off and it felt like a brand new car. It was just such an easy process. From the tow truck, to the quote to the fixing of the car and getting it back in less than 3weeks and bringing the car home. It was all a great experience and I won’t be going anywhere else. Worst service ever seen. I got the baby car fixed by paying $50 from Aero image. Finally, when it came to bringing my baby back from hospital, I couldn’t use the car seat as I forgot how to use it and I had to call a taxi instead. I went to them again to request for a demo on how to use the car seat properly, then ,the person bluntly refused that he did not do the work and asked for another $50 to give me the demo.Worst was yet to come. He banged my car door so harshly despite my son being inside the car. His behaviours was really very rude and brutal. My son is still in state of shock. This guy should be sacked really for his worst behaviour.

Excellent service, top notch workmanship at a competitive price. The team at Aero Image did a fantastic job repairing my dad's car where a small chunk of the body was missing and it was rusting underneath, I can't even see where the damage was now. The paint match was on point. The car was ready when they said it was and the price was the best we had found in the Parramatta and surrounding areas. Got charged $600 to get light bulbs replaced (See receipt). Researched LED light bulbs online & most of the good ones average around $60 a pair. I doubt there is a mechanic on earth that would charge someone around $400 to change light bulbs. I will forward the receipt to Fair Trading, Reddit & so on. A lot of my hard earned overtime money has gone into this. Do yourself a favour & run as far away as you can from these GREEDY people. Karma should come knocking.

Don't Listen to the previous rant , I have been a customer of Canjie's for over 20 years he is always honest and went beyond to help me out even after hours on a Sunday morning when I had a break down , these days it is hard to find a company to provide the service that Aero Image provides. I have always recommended my friends and family to them and they have always been happy with the work.

Lied through their teeth. Were supposed to paint my rims shadow chrome and after getting a second opinion from a real professional I am told they have been painted a standard silver. Now having to be re-painted.. do not take your car here if you value the integrity of it. Even voiced my concerns to Canjie and he assured me it was shadow chrome. Dodgy place.

Honest, humble & quick. I really appreciate KenG & his team, they are very quick & perfect at work. I got my Mazda Cx9 serviced with sparkplugs, fuel injection & filters replaced. They provided me awesome quality replacements & didn't overcharge. My car is running like new now.

Went to them all the time for pink slips however this year they are doing the thing dodgy mechanics all do - overcharging for pink slips over the legal maximum of $43. Got charged $45. Won't be using them again.

I've had both mechanical work and smash repair done here and very happy with their work. They are efficient, reasonably priced and produce quality workmanship. A happy customer for many years. Highly recommend.

Been there many times as there quick service. However, they become more and more GREEDY! I bring my own oil filter, oil, engine filter and aircon filter, and they charge me $220 for the labour.
