A bunch of crooks! Opened a 32 Day Notice Account back in early March of this year. Gave notice THREE times, the day I opened the account, 32 days after, because they did NOT follow my instructions, given in person, and on the phone from bank's branch in Tygervalley, and then again at the beginning of April, yet I'm still waiting for my initial deposit plus interest for the past 68 days. What also infuriates me is that on the African Bank App, it STILL shows that NO notice period has been given, which is an ABSOLUTE LIE. NEVER will I use nor recommend African Bank to ANYONE as they are deliberate in promising bank products that they cannot or refuse to deliver to honour.
