As a current student of this school, my parents and I are very disappointed in this school. This school is overpriced and not worth being enrolled in. Imagine paying nearly 2000 dollars annually, only to be provided with cheap education equivalent to the one in public schools alike the Grange Public School (the public school next to this school). The toilets are in terrible shape; why would a school not educate upon proper hygiene. Despite it being an "ISLAMIC" school, students are unaware that dating is NOT acceptable in Islam and not a generally good idea at this age. The receptionist is very disrespectful and is more than happy to yell nonsense at you. This school is trying to rob you of your last few cents. Overall, it is not worth coming to this school unless you want your child to be tormented and traumatised. At least it is better than the Austral (Liverpool) campus, where the students likely have no brain. I am doing this not because I simply hate knowledge, I am notifying you that all the students of this school genuinely despise it and we are not proud to be here. Like, can I just leave this school with negative stars? No poor student deserves to be banished here.

My experience as a parent, that was considering enrolling my child in this school was disappointing. The first point of contact with any organization is the reception. I called the school, and the receptionist was rude, unhelpful ,impatient and made me feel like my call was effecting her busy day. I was told I would be emailed regarding the dates for assessments, I did not receive any email. When I called to enquire when the assessment would be taking place, I was told all emails were sent the previous term. I asked for the email to be sent to me again, the receptionist refused, saying it was sent as a bulk email and she can't send out an individual email. I was told after the assessment I would be called, I was again never contacted. I had to keep chasing the school for information. When I asked to speak to the principal, I was continuously told the principal is unavailable. I have since heard from friends that they had the same experience when contacting the school. This seems to be the norm at Al Faisal

Considering this a private school, the students were constantly compared to Al Faisal college Auburn campus for not performing to their high standard, despite the fact they had no teachers what so ever and had none of the resources as they did. The students constantly felt degraded and unappreciated for their hard work and efforts, despite their well performance in comparison to pervious years during the covid period which was the most difficult. Yet, this campus failed to congratulate their students' hard work and achievements and completely disregarded their high atar scores.

The one thing I learned, the one thing they drilled into my head was the fact that I had no hope in math. Can I give them negative stars? There are a handful of teachers that are great but the rest of them are unmotivating, scarf worrying, sad people. It’s safe to say I’ve had an extremely traumatic childhood, I didn’t even last the last 2 years. I’ve sadly been to both campuses, auburn and minto. Signing off depressed and traumatised

School is good, education is exceptional but office staff is very rude, few teachers very rude with parents, they don’t respect parents, high demand for school admission , so office staff attitude towards towards parents is not respectful. like Dam care attitude. Parents can’t say anything because this is only good Muslim school around Campbelltown area. It’s like torture by office staff . Very very bad management

I called school regarding enrolment for my 2kids. Unfortunately this school doesn't have any space for new students. Its one of the best islamic schools in this area and i am really keen to put my kids in this school. I spoke to a girl in the office, she was very helpful in giving advises. She was a very nice and lovely person. Thank you so much.

There are really nice teachers, but there are more than a handful who get you in trouble for no reason. Someone I knew got in trouble for turning their head. This school lowkey reminds me of Mrs Trunchbull's school

SO BIASED. So many people have tried so hard to get positions they want but someone else just snatches it in seconds even if they aren't allowed to or get picked every single time.

Rude staff and receptionist, it is like visiting a police station not a school. Receptionist needs to do customer service course immediately.

You can’t educate people , if you are illiterate. This school is about printing money not about education. Under the umbrella is Islam.
