I can't say enough good things about this place and Alex himself. First time I took my car to him I left it 1.5 blocks down the street because it died, I offered to move it but he said it was no problem that him and his guys would get it. He called me by end of day with the problem and reasonable price and it was ready to pick up the next morning. Recently, I was hearing an odd sound (although I did not know if it was just me) and I again took it to him. He took the day to look at it and when I called to ask he asked me for more info about the sound I thought I heard so he can take a better look, in the end it was nothing and he did not charge me for the time he took to check my car! He informed me about a part that needed to be replaced (unrelated to issue I thought it had) but that's it. I've never met a mechanic as honest and awesome as this. HIGHLY recommend and will definitely be going back. Updated: 1/9/2019 I have stopped going to this mechanic because every time I take my car it is a mission to get a timely answer. I have to call repeatedly, hunting down the right person and when I pick up my car they no longer take the time to explain what was wrong and what they did. Last time I was there I felt as if they were trying to avoid me. I do not think they do bad work but I have decided to keep them in mind as a reliable source if I ever need them in an emergency.

So they replaced a lower ball joint and a CV axle. Now, I am happy that they did it for a pretty low price, but I am just stunned that they did not offer front end wheel alignment which is very crucial when replacing front end components. I mean it is really out of whack and I think they could have at least eyeballed it. On the trip home everytime I hit a bump the car felt VERY squirrely. Now they did tell me when I picked it up that I will need to get a front-end alignment, but I just think it's crazy that they didn't eyeball it just a little bit, because it's sooooo far out of whack you can easily see it by looking at one wheel compared to the other with one wheel straight the other is totally off. I would say that it is off by at least an inch possibly a little bit over that. Now I'm happy that these folks helped me out in a bind, but I would greatly encourage them to learn some front-end alignment skills so that they can at least get a car roadworthy when replacing these types of components so that someone doesn't drive off the lot with a wheel that's almost over an inch off. I'm not asking them to actually offer front end alignment service but they should at least know well enough to eyeball it when reinstalling alignment altering components.

Went in to get my tire repaired. Walked in and asked for service and they told me to leave and come back in 25 minutes. I told them that I didn’t live in the area and just wanted to drop the tire off and they could work on it at their leisure. Still told me to leave and come back after i had told them I drove 20 minutes and couldn’t come back later. What established turns down a customer for lunch? How is every employee on lunch at the same exact time? Extremely unprofessional.

After having a terrible experience by our last mechanic who said we needed to replace our whole engine, that is when we decided to have a second opinion. Alex fixed our problem quickly and efficiently, which by the way had nothing to do with changing the whole engine at all, and I must say...for a very fair price! Totally recommendable!

I wouldn't trust my vehicle to anyone else. Alex and his crew are Honest people and affordable. I've been entrusting my vehicles to him for years. I heard about Alex from a buddy at work who's been going to him for YEARS. I went to a state farm accredited place on 35th, they wanted $925. Alex took one look at it and felt bad charging me $125. This man is a saint! I'll never go anywhere else.

I had a flat tire which needed repair. I brought it in and Laura could not have been nicer. I gave her my number and got a call in no time that the tire was fixed. Great experience. Highly recommended.
