I would personally avoid these guys at all costs. One of their staff members was extremely aggressive and abusive towards myself and my wife and we weren't even customers. They were booked to a neighbour a few doors down. I have the whole swearing rant on video. If I was a woman who had hired these guys, I would completely feel unsafe with this particular staff member in my house. It's also probably advisable from a business point of view that when you have a truck and uniform with the company's name that you work for that you don't swear and abuse women on the street....or at all! Horrible person. Edit - in response to your request for the footage: I won't be sending that through, as the footage clearly shows my property. The person in question would easily be able to determine where we live. Given the over the top aggression shown by this staff member, I don't want them turning up at my door.

Never had a more disgusting customer service experience. The female staff member who was on this Saturday the 27th May was extremely rude from the second we parked the van to pick up our delivery.

Great to deal with, had our spa ready to load without delay, they even supplied extra packaging to protect the load. no fuss and paper work done and we were on our way.

Had a good experience working with these guys. Moved from one side of Melbourne to the other. They turned up on time. Price was good. I'd use them again.

Don't bother. Rude people. Break things & then deny it. Took 9 hours to move half a truck load of household goods!
