This is the second time I've used Alpha coming to Brisbane. Overall, both experiences have been great! Having small children, 3 under 3. They took great care of us especially arriving late due to flights delayed, our vehicle hired was what I booked and very clean. Will definitely be using ALPHA again and highly recommend. Thank you.

extremely bad service. my friend and I landed not too long ago and when we arrive at the pick up zone, we found out that there were other customers who waited for the shuttle for an hour. We then called the company again after to enquire for the other customers and before I completed the sentence, they hung up the call on me.

Excellent service and the car I rented was value for money. But the car had fungus smell and the uplostry was dirty. Apart from these the car is good to drive with family members. I recommend this company for car hire. Hope they maintain the car with cleanliness and fungus smell removed before that hand over to customers.

First time hire with Alpha and I must say it was great. Much better value than other hire companies. Was hesitant about the off airport location but the shuttle was easy, virtually no waiting and drivers friendly and polite. Check-in and drop off very easy as well. Again, staff were great. Car clean and no problems.

Horrible car hire. We had to show a second set of proof of address but when speaking with another customer after coming way after us and being served hassle free, she said her license was enough. Bit of a racial profiling situation going on. We’ve hired else where before and never had this problem!

Shuttle pick-up and drop off from airport was easy. Car pick up was pretty straightforward, return was very easy.
