Bitterly Disappointed I ordered Sympathy flowers & was given an incorrect address house number by a bereaved family member. I received a text message from the owner of that property a week later to inform me that the flowers where delivered to his construction site! Who on earth delivers Sympathy flowers to a construction site ?? If the delivery driver had had an ounce of common sense or insight he/she could have called Amazing Graze Flowers regarding the address or even read the sympathy card attached and contacted me directly using my mobile number. Just a simple phone call could have clarified this whole scenario. The owner of the construction site not only told me that the flowers where not delivered to the family but that the flowers and vase had been destroyed. Amazing Graze Flowers response was that "We have gone above and beyond to fulfil the order" and because they "deeply" care about their customers so much they will now give me a 20% discount on my next order ! I have already wasted of over $100 worth of flowers and Im not about to give them any more of my money! How insulting... they actually think Im that stupid! To add insult to injury Amazing Graze Flowers also send me a photo of the delivered flowers by the driver in front of Temporary Fencing at the constructions site! As long as the flowers where delivered fresh and beautiful to the address that is all Amazing Graze Flowers interested in. Their floral arrangements might indeed be beautiful but the poor customer service makes no business sense and is truly ugly. At the end of the day Amazing Graze Flowers is just a Flower Shop its not as sophisticated and sleek as it purports to be on its website. ****Essendon residence especially beware....please do not waste your money, because if anything goes wrong Amazing Graze Flowers will back SKUTOPIA their "brilliant" delivery service and not the customer. **** Use your hard earned money on an actual local Florist in the area that has at least an ounce of moral scruples.

I bought a funeral wreath to be delivered to someone’s home. These are the flowers that were delivered. The roses were brown and wilting. Some of the leaves had holes and were also browning. The message card was illegible due to the faded print on the words. This was extremely disappointing because it was a sympathy message for the recipient’s loss. It was highly embarrassing and frustrating seeing the condition of the flowers and the card as the sender. I emailed sending the photos of the flowers and card the day it was delivered, asking for some sort of compensation or part refund and it was refused. They replied saying they have a same day replacement flowers policy, but they sent their reply on midday the next day after my email - making the policy redundant. I pointed this out to them and they did not address it. They also included photos the driver took of the delivered flowers which were extremely blurry and did not show the same level of detail my photos had. I also pointed this out to them in my reply and they did not address it. They only said they will not be providing any refund as the flowers were a cost to them. When I responded showing them the condition of the flowers again and reiterating that I was asking for a part-refund, they didn’t respond. When you order flowers, the bare minimum you expect is for the flowers to be fresh and a legible message card. Both these expectations were not met. EDIT: I did not request the flowers to be delivered to a funeral service. I requested it to be delivered to the recipient’s home, which it was, as stated in the first sentence of my review. UPDATE: I received a very apologetic email and call from the owner and the matter has now been resolved. I am most grateful for them reaching out to me.

Between the reviews, it seems 50/50 on whether you’ll have a great or terrible experience with Amazing Graze Flowers. Mine, unfortunately was on the terrible side of the spectrum. Mother’s Day flowers for 2023, delivery to the same address - one bouquet for my relative whose mum recently passed and another bouquet for my cousin who is a mum. A day after placing the order, the team emailed asking to clarify the delivery address as it was coming up elsewhere, which was done via email (with me) and also via telephone (with the recipients). The disappointing series of events leading to this review; Point 1. Scheduled day of delivery (which I’m aware is probably one of the busiest days of the calendar year), no delivery. Point 2. No attempted contact to either myself or recipients to advise or explain. Point 3. No successful attempts of contacting the team via different advertised phone numbers to follow up. Point 4. Delivery was successful after the scheduled day, however, one bouquet was not worth the amount paid. ($55-$65 for 1x rose, 1x sunflower and 2x pom-poms) Point 5. Expression of the level of disappointment led to a number of emails from my end with minimal replies. Point 6. A partial refund request turned into a credit offering. (I do appreciate it’s something, however, the lack of care for customer satisfaction is not enticing me to utilise it), therefor numerous requests to refund the offered credit have been left unanswered. Based on the experience as a whole, I personally won’t be supporting this business in the future. To the owner/s and team; I do wish you well and hope that at some stage, all your customers will receive excellent service and care over the orders they place.

Spent $548 on 27 roses, Dozen rainbow roses & dozen long stem red roses and 3 pastel roses as a separate bouquet. Trying to get this custom order over the phone was frustrating and I wasted 40mins talking to a receptionist who then put me through to the actual flower shop. I was organising these to be delivered to an Airbnb to surprise my girlfriend when we arrived and I proposed to her. The $235 rainbow roses do not come with a vase which I had asked for or are not even artfully arranged with beautiful foliage to compliment the colours. You get the rainbow roses in a bunch with white paper around them. I paid for 2 vases but only received 1 vase which had the long stem red roses. They had cut the long stems basically in half to put in the vase. The foliage was plain and the arrangement boring. The 3 roses I ordered as a separate bouquet I received 1 small white rose and 2 tiny pink roses. I tried calling to speak to the manager but the receptionist insisted I tell them everything first before I talk to the manager and that on my order I had not paid for 2 vases. This place is ridiculously overpriced as they get their roses from the same flower market as every other florist in Melbourne. There was no care and attention put into my bouquets . I have bought many many bouquets of roses over the years and for the cost I expected a lot more wow factor. You can get much better customer service and value for money pretty much anywhere else. Extremely disappointed this place is not Amazing at all.

I ordered 'get well' flowers in February to go to a family friend in Werribee Mercy Hospital. Placed the order just before 12pm. At 3pm I received word that the recipient was being moved to a regional rehab facility and would not be at the hospital to receive her flowers. I called Amazing Graze, sent an email, and also sent a chat to let them know to please cancel the order. This was < 4 hours after I placed the order. On the phone, the attendant was quite frazzled because of Valentine's Day but advised she would pass it on to a manager to refund me. I have since been going back and forth via email with Amazing Graze requesting a refund over and over and over to be met with silence or a fob off. The amount in question is less than $65. The cancellation was so soon after placing the order that how can they justify any cost to the business? For me this amount is not trivial, we are in a cost of living crisis and I don't have $65 to just throw in the bin. If they had handled this well I would have been very happy to continue to use them in the future. It's not the good times that define the quality of a business, it's how they react when things go wrong. And in this instance they've been absolutely disgraceful.

I ordered this plant from this place for my friend who had just lost a family member. She informed me that the plant was delivered to her in this state.. drooping, holes, cut and sun damaged. I emailed the company expressing my concerns and saying how devasted I was that this gift came in this condition when it was meant to brighten her day. I asked them for a refund and they eventually responded several weeks later saying that in their photos of it left at the doorstep you can see it standing tall and fresh. The photos were from a distance so you couldn't see the cutting, sun damage and holes and only the centre stood tall where all the sides were drooping. Then they gave me some speel about how they're well known for their freshness and didnt even address any of my other concerns. EDIT Perla reached out to me and sincerely apologised and made sure that a new plant was sent to my friend with extra love and care. Really happy with how the business was able to handle and resolve all my concerns and my friend absolutely adores her new plant. Appreciate the extra effort and would purchase again knowing they've got such good customer service New gorgeous plant pic attached

Ordered flowers on their website order confirmed then delivery time guidelines where presented. Never once where they shown during order process. Tried to ring to ask for special delivery requirements then to be told the owner has said I need to pay a additional $50 for delivery at a certain time. Manager/owner uses a outsourced customer service company and refuses to talk to customers regarding the lack of transparency in their order process. I was forced to pay the extra delivery money as I was not able to cancel the order even though I rang 2 minutes after seeing the delivery time windows once transaction was completed The owner is misleading and a extortionists. If the information was presented initially I would have made a educated decision and went somewhere else I hope the owner of this business experiences the same disheartening experience I have received from them when they are doing something special for someone ekse

I'm not usually one for bad reviews but it's definitely warranted here. My partner spent $140+ on flowers for my birthday and requested a morning delivery. The flowers arrived after 5 pm and were such a low quality that we were both really shocked. They were squashed, spotted, browned and burnt and some of them were literally already dead. The next day they looked even worse and started falling apart so they went into the bin. I took photos of them as soon as they arrived and <12 hours later and it's obvious that they are well below an acceptable standard. I've been trying to make contact for 6+ weeks via their social media accounts and have had a few half hearted replies and now I'm just being left on read as I can see that they have viewed my messages. Save yourself the money and buy your flowers from the supermarket as they'll be better quality than what you'll get from Amazing Graze.

Really disappointing experience with amazing grace flowers. I’ve never left a one star review for anything but the fact they haven’t responded to my emails in 2 weeks has just made the experience so much poorer. I purchased flowers (2x bunches of poppies) which was $110ish with delivery. There was 43 poppies in total and only 7 actually opened. The rest were unhealthy, drooping or eventually died before opening within a couple of days of receiving. I emailed amazing grace with my feedback within a couple of days when I became clear no more poppies would open. After a few days of radio silence I emailed again updating of the progress of the flowers. They have not communicated with me at all. $110 for 7 poppies is so so so disappointing. What a waste of money and kind of embarrassing to gift that to someone!

After experiencing a delay in my scheduled delivery and previously posting a one star review, a member of the company reached out to me to look into what happened. They were able to promptly fix the problem and deliver my order, with a free gift included. While I am still disappointed in the lack of initial response via email and needing to publish a poor review to get their attention, I am pleased their customer service went above and beyond to rectify what had happened for me in a timely matter. The flowers were beautiful and delivered in good condition, with care given to how everything was placed. The delivery driver took great photos ti demonstrate where they were left. Thank you Russell for helping sort out what went wrong as quickly as possible and being so kind throughout the process.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY I placed an order at 9 am yesterday for a $180 “large” bouquet It was promised to be delivered that day by 7pm 7pm came around and no delivery and no one answered the phone I emailed and sent a message via Instagram but no response Then this ridiculous bunch arrived at 12pm today I could have bought a $50 bunch from the supermarket nicer than these And my message was simply attached via staple to the plastic wrap!!! Insanely disappointed I will be reporting to PayPal and requesting a full refund I am just so upset as I tried to do something really nice for someone yesterday who really needed a pick me up and spent a lot of money to not only not have them delivered on time but not get anything near what I ordered!!! Shame on you Amazing Graze Flowers

We were so pleased with Amazing Grace Flowers. We are in Honolulu, Hawaii, and could not attend a funeral in Melbourne, Australia, of a family member. We wanted to send a heartfelt arrangement to represent us. We could have used an international floral service, but we decided to search for a florist in Melbourne and order directly. We definitely made the right decision. The arrangement and service we received was equivalent to a using a local florist. Thank you Amazing Grace!! Flowers ordered in the morning as a gift for my mother’s birthday and delivered after 8:30pm, all sad and withered. Based on the tracking, it appears one driver was allocated to deliver all orders across Melbourne, with mine last on the list. Formal complaint made however response never received. Extremely disappointed, particularly when considering how expensive the options are + the cost of delivery. One should not have to check Google reviews prior to transacting with a business. Perhaps reconsider your business model, prioritise customer service and focus on your local area, rather than over-promising and under-delivering.

Being a business owner myself I never write bad reviews however this time I felt obliged given the poor quality of flowers I received. I paid $165 for a bunch of flowers they advertised as large which I could have purchased from the service station for $60. The flowers look old and are different sizes to what is pictured on their website. I have supported this business in the past, however on each special occasion I have used them in the last 3 years, the quality has gotten gradually worse even though each time I gave them the benefit of doubt that they’re busy, after today’s experience I will no longer be a customer here.

I'm not usually one for bad reviews but it's definitely warranted here. My partner spent over $100 on flowers for my birthday and requested delivery before 1pm. The flowers not delivery until 2:40pm. They said maybe delivery till 9pm. I told them no one at home after 2:30pm till next day. There is still no delivery or no refund till next day. It is very bad experience in Amazing Graze Flower. Save yourself the money or buy your flowers from the supermarket as they'll be better service than what you'll get from Amazing Graze. You can't get the flowers or no refund. It's nothing to you but you spent the money.

After reading all these good reviews, I ordered a daily bouquet for my husband’s birthday today,, but very disappointed with their service. First of all, the flower bouquet they delivered to me is way much different in terms of flower combination which I ordered. Not to mention about the dull looking flowers in the bouquet. And the delivery, I received it at the end of his birthday when we were about to go sleep at 8:00 pm!! The price is way much higher compared to the quality indeed. I wish I could give them zero in the review. Never gonna buy again and wouldn’t recommend anyone to buy.

5 star service It was difficult not to see Nana on her 80th birthday due to Covid quarantine, so we wanted to send her a gift to lift her spirits. We chose the Bespoke Florists Choice as we trusted them to pick the most beautiful blooms in season, and it was wonderful to add the extra biscuits and balloon. She absolutely loved them and when she sent us the photo we were so impressed with the arrangement they had made just for her. It was so easy to order on their website and book a day for delivery. I highly recommend Amazing Graze Flowers, and we will be using them in the future.

After reading their hundreds of good reviews, i was very optimistic about Amazing. I ordered their $125 Mother’s Gentleness Bouquet for my partner’s birthday. However, what i received was a severe downgrade compared to what their photos look like. The amazing vibrant pinks and purple from the smaller flowers were replaced with two larger flowers as the only colour in the piece. Definitely not worth the price tag, i would have given 1 star if not for the nice staffs. Attached are photos on their site and the piece i was given. Future customer can use it as reference.

These plant I bought as a birthday gift arrived in a dishevelled state and did not at all look healthy with wilting leaves. So disappointed. Adding to this, they also delivered on the wrong day noted in the delivery instructions I bought from here on the basis of their overall rating but I caution ⚠️ future customers to look at their most recent feedback. Edit Perla emailed me an apology. I appreciate that and they have to be commended for the way they handle customer complaints. We don't always get it right the first time.

Ordered two of the Daily Bouquets Friday morning from interstate as gifts. Both were delivered well within the noted times. Received tracking emails on the deliveries which included photos of the flowers and proof of delivery which was brilliant. One was even free delivery because it was nearby! Both bouquets looked beautiful, just as shown on the Facebook and Instagram page. Love the colour pallet and mix of flowers used, not a carbon copy like so many others. Will definitely use again and absolutely recommend.

Amazing Service! Great Flowers!! I got the flowers delivered to Melbourne from India, the whole process of payment, to regular updates on my email and phone and delivery tracking was so easy and seamless. The flowers were very well delivered and beautiful with a huge flower and multiple buds that will open up in few days. The potted plant is now a part of my friend's house and he absolutely loved it. LOVED the “Daily Bouquet” I ordered for a friend’s birthday. The florist chooses the best flowers for the day and I was so impressed when I received this photo from my friend of the bouquet and vase that was delivered. The website was easy to navigate, the bouquet I ordered was the “small” size, but it was very generous and a perfect size for an individual. Delivery was on-time and carefully handled. I was the recipient of orchids from my friend. I sent the photo to my friend and she was disappointed at how the leaves already looked old and close to falling out. I also didn't receive any notification about arrival or receiving any flower. Waiting time of you have to call them is also ridiculous. I had to wait for 20 minutes for someone to answer and say can you hold the line please' and then went for another 10 minutes. there was 25 minutes wait for someone to talk to me.

Having previously ordered some flowers from Amazing Graze, I had no hesitation in using their services again. This time I opted for the 'trust us' option and yet again I was not dissapointed! The bouquet was presented beautifully in a pastel colour palette, which was complimented by the sheer size of the arrangement itself (I had chosen a size medium). This is my fifth order in this company, but NO MORE. Ordered to delivery on 13/10, called twice on that day, the staff promised the flower will be delivered by 7pm. Called on 14/10 and the staff said the flower is delivered but by then i received the email said the system error and will give more flowers for compensate. WELL, flower is finally delivered on 15/10, but it is not what I ordered. PLEASE LOOK AT THE PHOTOS! Send them few times email with no reply!

The staff was lovely, however the management was not. Recently I was a guest here and the management made an error with our reservation, but did not offer a suitable solution to the error that they originally created themselves. Had I not paid in full (over $1k) perhaps I could’ve gone elsewhere, but unfortunately I made that mistake! Offering a bottle of champagne unfortunately doesn’t fix booking errors, especially for important and special days.

When I visited her today, I was delighted to see the purple rose bouquet in pride of place in her entry hall. The purple roses in the vase provided looked stunning. I rang Amazing Grace Flowers yesterday to order some flowers. There was a slight error on their on their website (hopefully now sorted!!) so could not order online. I spoke with with Candice (sp?) who could not have been more helpful as I had her running back and forth to check what was in stock, exactly what I wanted, foliage, vase etc. The flowers arrived later that day and my daughter was thrilled. Highly recommend and would use again.

Sympathy excellence! Early in the new year (January), not many florists are open, or even able to supply fresh flowers for a dear friend who lost her husband. Amazing Graze responded and delivered promptly, with a stunningly sympathetic arrangement providing comfort to my friend. The flowers are still going strong 10 days later, and were on display at his wake. Huge thanks to the team for a stunning arrangement, and empathy at this time.

Gotta say i was a bit worried after reading some bad reviews but they did a fantastic job of delivering flowers to my girlfriend. I chose the trust us flower arrangement and asked for the main color to be pink, i also requested that flowers be delivered by 3pm at the latest as my girlfriend would be finishing work by then, the arrangement was beautiful and fresh and they got there at 3pm on the dot! Well done and thank you very much!

It was great to order fresh flowers to this company. My daughter and her hubby loved the flower arrangement and the freshness and the kind of gorgeous flowers that were made for them. The cake looks great too that they don’t want to touch and eat them. I will surely order with them again. The delivery is only the downside of it but at least it arrives on the same day. Price reasonable for the price I wanted. Why not try them?

Better than Expected From Ireland we ordered a white orchid and teddy for delivery in South Yarra area. The orchid delivered was so much nicer than the image on the website and the teddy was so soft. Our daughter loved these items. We can recommend Amaze Graze Flowers for quality of plants and speedy delivery. We ordered and received the items on the same day. I received a flower arrangement for my 50th from my son.. Some of the flowers are clearly dead.. We reached out to complain and were told that they were antique pink (so antique that they are dead!). It was the first bouquet he has bought for me and it was very disappointing. I had plenty of beautiful flowers delivered from other florists. I would not recommend delivery orders from this florist.

Cute I was unsure how this live schefflera plant on a rock would be but took the risk and it was very cute. A change from flowers and a pot plant. It was smaller than I thought but overall happy with it. The recipient was delighted. Delivery was on time and ordering easy as. I was very happy with the value as I’m so annoyed at the cost /value of flower deliveries these days.

I contacted support immediately and they replied within a few minutes to let me know they had corrected it. Delivery was excellent with updates and live tracking available. I received this bunch of flowers for my Grandmothers birthday. The arrangement was GORGEOUS. All of the flowers came in amazing condition, no bruising and they all smelt amazing. Top quality all round Ordered premium roses at 3.40pm Sat afternoon for delivery to a hotel before 6pm. Arrived at 5.30pm, I received an “Uber” style map to follow the driver from the florist to the hotel. The driver called me to check he had all the delivery info correct. Also called after delivery to say the flowers were at reception.

Beautiful flowers sent for a Birthday/ Mothers Day celebration on 14th May. Absolutely stunning floral display. First Photo is when the flowers were delivered. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, POOR SERVICE I'm not usually one for bad reviews but it's definitely warranted here. I spent $100+ on flowers for my wife birthday and requested before 1pm delivery. The flowers have not arrived and nobody give us a call or email back what happened that we were both really shocked

Total scam. I ordered 10 stemmed roses for my mum and ended up getting a few flowers with a bunch of leaves. I was told beforehand the orange roses were unavailable and would be replaced with flowers of ‘equal value’. I hardly call this of equal value. I have emailed them twice and called once with no reply.

Honest feedback here. Not recommended. Not a very good experience with Amazing Graze. The flowers were not fresh. There were sticks and mini stilts on the back of some flowers to make them stand upright. Flowers wilted after a day. Very late delivery the event is over. Sad.

My daughter just received a daily small bouquet I am not one to post a bad review but I was shocked to see the quality of flowers which were wilted and very sparse. They were a tiny posy that fit inside a beer glass. Very disappointed not even a reply.

I’ve ordered from this company a couple of times and each time they arrive ridiculously late at night. 9pm!! When you send someone something for their birthday, you don’t want them receiving it so late at night. What’s the point.
