I cannot begin to explain my disappointment with this company. I ordered flowers for my wife as it was our 20th wedding anniversary. The flowers were ordered with next day delivery confirmed by Bloomex which was great because our anniversary was 2 days later. We were staying at a hotel and clear instructions for delivery to reception was included in the order. The day of delivery arrived and I received a call advising next day delivery for my order was not possible, and it would be delivered the day after. This was fine because that day was my anniversary day so I accepted that. The day of the rescheduled delivery arrived(this was our anniversary day) and went on, and on, and on, and finally at 2pm I decided to call Bloomex to confirm the delivery was indeed going to be made. The person I spoke to assured me it would be made according to the instructions I left. Our hotel reception was open until 9:30pm and no delivery was made. The next morning I get an sms advising that my flowers are now at the post office. Wonderful, too late and I make my way to the post office to collect them. Upon opening the box I was greeted with multiple flowers and petals falling out onto the table and floor. There were a significant number of very frail looking flowers which looked nothing like the description photo on their website when purchasing them. These were sad, frail flowers fit for the green waste bin. So not only was this anniversary surprise ruined, the end product we received looks like the leftovers from another bouquet. Completely unacceptable from a service and product perspective. I am trying to call to speak to someone but all I seem to get through to is some Canadian company message service before the line is disconnected. Bloomex, if you are reading this I want a call back in relation to order #2074115. You have my contact details so I suggest someone calls me promptly to discuss this situation.

After a week, still no response - this company is the worst! Don't waste your hard earned money buying flowers from them. Not even an acknowledgement of my complaint. I called them, was told to send an email with photos and sent the email within minutes. Nothing, no response, no phone call back, no acknowledgement. The flowers were 3/4 dead when they arrived, and it was not even hot weather. Disgusting and a rip off. See email sent below and photos were attached. Photos are also attached to this review. I am writing to complain about the flowers my Mother received today. The flowers arrived this morning. We were home. The driver rang the door bell and was already at his van in my driveway when I opened the front door. The box was opened immediately. The flowers were wilted, the petals were damaged and the stalks were limp. When I unwrapped them from the tissue paper, I found that the stalks were slimy and orange in colour. I was extremely disappointed for my Mother and also for the lady who went to the trouble of sending them to Mum. In all honesty, I have been sending flowers for over 40 years and I’ve never seen flowers in such a poor condition delivered. I noticed on the docket that was in the box, delivery was supposed to be August 15. Is it that the flowers sat in the van for an extra 3 days before they were delivered? I have attached photos. I expect another delivery of flowers, this time, in good condition and something that can be enjoyed by a woman who is dying from cancer.

To whom it may concern I received my flowers today. The flowers I received were not the correct amount for the second time, the quality is very poor. The roses were pulled off so it could look like it was closed up, for the second time. I am very disappointed with the quality. * First I got 10 flowers NOT 12. * Second. They were NOT LONG STEMS. I asked for Long stems. * Third. The flowers were NOT fresh for the second time. The pedals are falling off the rose once I took them out of the box. The pedals have been pulled off to make it seem like the roses are closed up. The roses are different sizes. Some pedals are cut in half because of how they were pulled off. They are NOT FRESH roses. I thought the second time you might get the order right, but NO. They failed to deliver the correct amount and quality. False advertising is illegal, and you illegally advertised one thing and you intentionally delivered the wrong order with BAD quality. I assume they do this because the have got away with it for so long, and to save flowers. Once could be a mistake but twice is not accepted. I find their actions and service is dishonest and disgraceful towards customers. I do not appreciate been treated like I'm a fool. I regret ordering from your business and I will never order from you again. You have not made me happy at all.

I felt like I was being scammed. I kept getting cryptic emails saying they had been sent out but held up the courier… ok maybe that’s the case but then where are the flowers now? Am I to believe she will be receiving several day old flowers that have been sitting in a courier van?! I then was offered an upgrade or refund. I told them to just get the flowers to her and they still didn’t arrive, I spoke to someone on the phone who knew nothing and was incredibly unhelpful and empathetic to my situation. A week on, flowers have still not been delivered. No one can tell me where they are or the order status and I have not been refunded. The admin of having to chase this up everyday is exhausting and ridiculous for such a simple order. You’re a florist… all you do is deliver flowers… why have they not been delivered. Pathetic. Do not use this company !

This company is a total scam! Website says order before 1pm for same day delivery. I ordered 12.30pm Friday and got a robotic sounding voicemail at at 5pm saying my delivery could bot be made because the divery address was wrong. I go back and check and all info was correct. I call and speak to customer service who is super quiet on the other end. I was told the delivery would be made the follow Tuesday, it better turn up. Fresh as promised with a refund of the delivery fee or else I will take it further. Totally ruined my birthday gift. You should be ashamed of yourself.

My money was taken straight away, my flowers were not delivered on time, the follow up email promised that they were to be delivered 5 days later, the flowers still did not arrive. Another phone call made by myself resulted in an offer of delivery fee only to be refunded and a $20 store credit! Why would I ever want a store credit! By the time the flowers did arrive my elderly dementia affected father was totally confused as his wedding anniversary had well and truly past. I would never use this service again.

Payed $100 for my mother to recieve flowers on Mother's Day as I unfortunately cannot spend the day with her. They arrived 2 days earlier than requested, and the state they were in was absolutely disgraceful. Not fresh by any means, old and rubbery. Broken stem and heads. Wrapped in some plastic and jammed into a box. Extremely disappointed. Will not be using this company again, and deeply regret not reading reviews before using them this time.

I would give 0 stars if i could. They delivered the flowers at 8pm at night. The flowers were different than ordered and they did not contact me regarding the change. The flowers were squished into a box. The flowers were already wilting when received. They will not provide a refund and only willing to provide a $30 store credit, which i would never use considering how bad the flowers are.

Terrible experience and false advertising. You claim same day delivery so my husband ordered anniversary flowers from you. They came 2 days later wilted and in terrible shape. I wouldn't even say it is an appealing floral arrangement. To top it all off the happy anniversary note my husband wanted to write is just added onto the receipt... how impersonal.

Flowers that were meant to be delivered last Friday turned up on Wednesday dried and dead. Instead of offering the customer a refund sent another lot on Wednesday only to arrive this afternoon not fresh at all they smelt, and look like they are dying. We did phone transaction for the flowers, our card details was stolen at that point. Not trustworthy. To add insult, the flowers were supposed to be delivered on a set date guaranteed but delivered a day late and wilted. If possible I would give negative feedback. WARNING: a high scam risk using them.
