Super convenient spot. Always super busy but they move quick. I’ve utilized this branch for years. I appreciate the measures that they have made to protect customers during this Covid pandemic. I’ve been a member for years. I will for sure continue to use this location when I need. I highly recommend afcu.

Super understaffed! Stood in line for a hour with only 3 people in line. Loan officer didn't know what he was doing! A guy named Mario was speedy but that was it for good service. Horrible place for banking on a Saturday.

Absolutely worst experience ever with any financial institution. These guys apparently train their employees to be jerks to customers. DO NOT give them your business or money, literally any other option is better.

Their setup is so user friendly. You don't have to fill out a lot of paper work just to make a deposit like a lot of other places do. I like their online app as well, it gives me a wife range of control

Terrible service at the hope avenue branch I've banked with afcu my whole life never been treated so poorly do your self a favor and go to a different branch

Quoted the highest interest rate and with the lowest approval amount for an auto loan. I went to Mercedes & was approved right away for double the amount.

Afcu is great but the setup of this particular one is very odd. Whoever designed this place was planning ahead for some sort of dystopian hellscape.
