Worst Chase Bank Branch I have ever entered. They closed all the branches near me do this is the closest. Two Indoor teller windows and the drive through is for business banking only usually have only one teller working both. I will drive an extra 15 miles to avoid this branch!

It is 4:00 pm on a Friday I have been in the drive thru line for over 20 minutes. They only have one window open and they are trying to help the customers from both the drive thru and the lobby from this window. Need to rethink your staffing needs!!!!

Don't go to this Chase! I waited 30 minutes past the start of the appointment I had scheduled before finally walking out after being told it was still going to take a bit longer. Missed my lunch break and never even got to speak with a banker.
