I have to say I was amazed at the support this company gave me. My daughter and her friends boiler broke down and I couldn't figure out how to bleed it to build up pressure again so they could have hot water. There was a phone number which was supposed to be for their landlord/estate agent and so at about 930pm we called it. Unfortunately it was not the correct company however the guy (Mark) even though we weren't even his customer established what the problem was and spent about half an hour talking me through how to correct the problem. In today's dog eat dog world where nobody seems to do anything out of kindness this guy restored my faith in humanity and deserves every success in his business. Thanks a lot Mark, your a top guy I highly recommend Aquaheat to anybody reading this. Oh and incidentally, we were in South Derbyshire , nowhere near where he is based in Leeds in case anyone thinks this is his best mate writing this. Excellent service. Called on a Sunday evening after local plumbers had turned down the job or said they were too busy to take the work. Aquaheat were great! We were offered a Sunday evening slot (at an increased cost) or the opportunity to book for Monday. We booked for the Monday. The engineer was early, professional and willing to let my curious young child "check" the repair work. He also took time to investigate and fix the problem. Very pleased with the service and have recommended to others needing plumbing assistance. Thank you Aquaheat.

Rajko from Aquaheat plumbing and heating is a very knowledgeable contractor and he is so patient because he took time to explain to me how my boiler and heating system works. He even waited for me for about 15mins since l was coming home from a shift. When l arrived home he had sorted everything . Used this company for a couple of our flats and, unfortunately, they are incredibly misleading with pricing, overpriced. This is compounded by poor quality of work, leading to more costly problems which can be avoided - I would avoid this company at all costs. Going directly with reliable plumbers has worked better. This company essentially takes a large middle man charge and promote a culture of generating excess work.

Found this company after some research, the feedback was positive so we called them. They sent a Gentleman called Rajko,he was excellent with his knowledge and manner and fixed the pipe under my floor in the bathroom,he arrived on time 9.00 Monday morning and was all done in 40mins, excellent service from this company, would highly recommend and use this company again.

Aquaheat were called out to fix some poor work carried out by another company, Rajko identified the problem in no time at all and got to work rectifying it, once he was done carried out a number of checks to make sure everything worked as it should before he left and provide extra piece of mind. Exceptional service all round, would highly recommend!

Aquaheat responded quickly and they were a joy to deal with. Jamie, the technician who replaced my old hot water cylinder, was friendly and respectful. The work was carried out to a high standard, despite it being a very difficult job due to the size and location of the cylinder. I will definitely be using Aquaheat for future jobs!

Paul and Alfie are the best. Again Aquaheat fantastic service. Not a straightforward job for Paul and Alfie today, but nothing fazed them. They worked so hard to get our problem solved, and didn't leave our house until everything was working and Paul cleaned up after himself. Fabulous work ethic and cannot fault their workmanship.

During the annual service our 15 year old boiler was condemned due to dangerously high levels of carbon monoxide emissions. Aquaheat arranged to fit a new boiler, giving us 3 options within 2 days as it was a priority. The guys who came out were efficient and polite. I would recommend the company on our experience so far.

This was a wonderful experience, Aquaheat came on the same day we called to assess our problem, then came back a couple of days later to install a water filter for the whole house and replace a hand shower hose in the bathroom, Nick was amazing, knowledgeable, helpful and very professional, a huge thank you!!

We were having hot water trouble and we phoned them up at 16:30 on the Tuesday and they showed up at 8:30 the following day. Paul came out on a Saturday to help me with a blocked manhole that was backing up sewage into my toilet and bath. Very friendly bloke and the absolute legend in what was an extremely unpleasant job managed to unblock it and solve the issue for me in about an hour! 100% would recommend!
