Today I was driving home after a long day at work. I notice that some of the lights were flashing on the control panel. I stop and called couple mechanics but none of them could have time for me today. It was 4:40 pm, I was desperate and very worried about driving. I called my friend who told me to call Arkadia Auto Repair on Grand and I did. Over the phone the owner of this shop asked me few questions just to make sure my car F 150 is still safe to drive. Then he told me to drive to their shop so they can check my car. When I got there it was already 5:05 pm. After checking everything the mechanic told me that it was just something that was not properly connected. It took only few minutes to fix it. I was very happy with their quick and honest service.

Don't go to this place . The guy called Beto there swapped out the wrong part for me when we specifically discussed about what part needed to be changed and he even put the obd machine But still didn't change the part that was supposed to be changed and then tried lying to me by changing the whole story up .

The Arkadia Auto is very reliable and very friendly to people who speak Polish, English and Spanish. Plus I would recommend to go there. He’s a very good guy and he knows about every cars that could be fixed with affordable price.

Always good service. Guys have a lot of experience and know what they are doing. I send a lot of my friends here to repair after some other shop couldnt do it. Always friendly and will come back for sure

Muy malo. Les pedí un cambio en la flecha y me cobraron por adelantado una parte y luego me ponían excusas para no arreglar. Al final pedí reembolso de mi dinero y me dieron nomas la mitad.

had my transmission rebuild from these guys. best price I could find in the area. the vidal mechanic does a great job on transmissions. will keep coming back. honest mechanics.

Had some work done there and had to get some other stuff done. Owner let me keep my car there without charge while I worked things out. Great guy and would highly reccomend it.
