I had booked in for a 30min £40 facial treatment originally but upon my arrival Arora suggested that I go for a deeper clean which would cost me £80 and take 45min of my time and this would be all that I had booked for and other treatments. What was done - Washed off makeup Steam, Looked at skin with tissue rubbed over blackheads but none were extracted or not even attempted to be extracted. Then made me hold a stick, put a dry sheet mask on my face that only had some liquid on one side of cheek and rolled something on my face that was stinging in the dry areas of the sheet. This literary took 10sec. I asked repeatedly what she was performing as none of the steps were explained to me prior or as they were being performed. I asked if it should be stinging so bad, she said we are closing your pores which left me concerned as I was yet to experience the cleaning of them. She then proceeded to put a mask on my face, she gave me a different stick to hold, massaged in the mask, as soon texture got thicker, the mask was washed off (not very carefully as I still have some bits on my face as I’m typing up my review) and she proceeded to ask me if I felt better, I replied that I felt fine, I didn’t feel good as she was not careful or attentive, it felt as though she didn’t care to do a facial and was rushed, she then removed the cover and said that we were done. I was shocked, there was nothing applied to my face after the mask. There was makeup and mask left on my face, under my eyes and around my nose when I looked in the mirror after I was informed the treatment was over. I looked at the time and asked Arora if she ended up doing the treatment that I had originally booked for, she replied that this was the 45min treatment, I then had to point out that I had barely been with her for 30min. I am really disappointed and will not be returning again. I remember having a facial from Arora a decade ago and could not remember why I never returned. Perhaps it was the disappointment. I do want to mention that as soon as I laid down on the treatment bed she told me that her auntie was being inpatient downstairs waiting to be dropped off home, she was also answering phone calls during the treatment and leaving the room in between things without letting me know what was happening. I am super disappointed, I of course paid but to say the service was disappointing would be an understatement. I felt as though I had asked a family member to give me a facial for free and that is the treatment I got, I would never let someone treat me like that again. I could actually cry, I feel like I was taken advantage of. I hope my skin shows some improvement but I really hope that you show more care with people who support your business, you should not charge for a 45min treatment if you will finish it under 30min, it does not make sense.

As soon as I stepped through the door, I was greeted with such a warm welcome. During my consultation, I was immediately put at ease. Arora is extremely professional, and it is clear that she knows what she is talking about. She talked me through what my problem was, and the options available. I felt in no way pressured at all to go ahead with purchasing anything - it was fully up to me. Whilst Arora is extremely professional, there is a huge warmth to her. She has a passion for what she does, and you can tell that she really does care about her customers. Throughout the procedure (blackhead and milia extraction) I felt completely calm. She talked me through the process, whilst I also held a mirror, so I could see the results at different stages. Obviously after extraction, your skin is rather sore. However, Arora gave me (and showed me how to use) these incredible product of hers. They are antibacterial and have amazing soothing qualities. They smelt divine!! I can’t give a ‘full’ review of the results yet - I had the extraction yesterday, and have only used the products once (after treatment), and am going back for a deep clean facial. What I can say, is that I can clearly see that all my blackheads have been removed, as well as my milia! It is the next day, and as informed, there is some scabbing on where the extractions took place (as there would be if you had something extracted that was attached to your skin). However, I can clearly see that this will go in the next day or few, and that no scarring is going to occur. My skin feels really calm and soothed. Of what I’ve experienced so far, I would say that the price is very reasonable for both the professional advice, quality of treatment, and the warm and welcoming reception you receive. I am very much looking forward to my next appointment in a few days with the lovely Arora, and will also give a review on that once completed.

Randomly came across Arora's business on facebook. I saw she could remove moles without leaving any scar! I almost didnt believe it at first until i had my initial consultation with her and she showed me alot of her previous clients that had very big moles in very obvious places, and the result was fantastic ... as if there was never a mole there in the first place. My mole was right in the middle of my face on my nose, so i needed the job to be done right. Arora used numbing cream so the treatment didnt hurt one bit. It only took ten minutes in total for the mole to be removed and she kept me at the shop until the scab formed. Arora also gave me a special cream to apply to the area until it had completely healed . I can honestly say it took 4 days for the area to heal with its first layer of skin. I am so pleased as i thought i would have a huge open wound on my face for weeks which is why i left it so long to get sorted! 100% recommend this place for mole removal. Also Arora is so welcoming, lovely and a really interesting character. Made what i thought was a scary experiance into such an enjoyable one! Having spent a lot of time trying to find a skin clinic that could remove a horrible mole on my face (without a huge scar or wiping out my bank account) I came across her website and saw so many good reviews that I just had to book a consultation. I was in search of help and advice for some marks on my face due to a previous outbreak of pimples. Due to the lack of knowledge before, I spent plenty of money on products that did nothing but made matters worse. Arora was very helpful, professional and friendly from when I came to consultation. At the consultation, she examined my issue and provided in-depth information about the treatment she would offer and why it would be the most suitable for me. This gave me reassurance that I am in safe hands. Today I went in for the treatment; again Arora was very friendly and caring when I came in. She built a rapport with me and explained all the steps and as well as the post-treatment steps. She carried out the treatment with precision and care. I have used Arora's clinic for Osteopathy which is one of the range of services Arora and her staff provide. The Google reviews I have read accurately reflect my experience with Arora and her level of care, professionalism and knowledge are excellent and her treatment has been very effective for me. Arora offers a wide range of services and it is not unusual for customers to come back to her time after time (I have seen this for myself). Her prices are very fair when compared to how much you will be ripped off in cities like London/Leeds/Manchester etc and I would recommend her clinic to anyone. I simply do not have time to leave reviews for businesses even when I have received good service in the past, however I felt compelled to do so as I have been quoted extortionate prices for ineffective treatment in the past and Arora's results were very effective and quick and the service is exceptional. Hi Arora and Waheeda I'm fast approaching 60 and decided to have the non- surgical, face- lift treatment. It's a course of 12 treatments and I'm so impressed with the results as it has taken 10 years off me,giving me a younger looking, fresher complexion! Comments from friends and family confirm this. I've always looked after my skin the natural way and so, such things as Botox and surgical facelift were out of the question. Arora has been brilliant, answering all my probing questions with her professional and expert knowledge! (The treatment works by stimulating the muscles to tone the skin, hydrate the skin, increase production of collagen to help plump the skin and lips and promote lymphatic drainage). It's quite expensive but well worth the investment! After 12 treatments it has given a unique total lift and tone to the face which will last. Aroras Hair Growth oil has given me a fantastic result which I would recommend to both family and friends. My hair looks both refreshed and in better health and have a good growth infact they are growing faster. I have also had the IPL laser hair removal done which has improved hair removal within the first treatment which I have recommended to both family and friends, and my mom and aunt have had their four treatments with 80 percent clearence and their discolouration is gone with Ipl skin rejuvenation. I would recommend like the face cream, blue scrub and multivitamin skin food oil which is expensive but it has cleared all my imperfections on face and I donot wear make up I used it for full one year. I get my hair restyled every six months waheeda is fantastic and understands how I want it. The staff is highly qualified and explain the treatments in full before hand and answer all the questions with honesty. The service is excellent and makes you feel that you have never left home.

Excellent service. In all honesty I had zero faith, the pressures of life had taken a toll and naturally my hair suffered. I developed an embarrassing bald patch which had affected my self confidence and mood. I tried various hair products with disappointing results. When I met Arora I was taken back by her confidence, knowledge and belief in her hair products but was disappointed to see yet another oil. I tried the oils religiously for 3 weeks and voila my husband noticed that my bald patch had disappeared and I actually had new hair growing. I am sure many can relate to this but husbands rarely notice such things! I have now also started the shampoo and my hair has gone back in time by at least 15 years! Brilliant results and excellent service.!! I had acne on my face and went to different salons for treatments but nothing worked. My best friend recommended me Arora when I went to see her in Leeds. I've had thermolysis treatment from Arora for a large number of tiny moles on my face. I am absolutely delighted with the results, but I also wanted to say how kind and compassionate Arora is. I felt as though I was treated like a friend or family member. Before I met Arora, I had several consultations elsewhere. I was told by my GP that I couldn't have treatment as my problem was 'cosmetic.' I was given recommendations to try a number of creams, facial products and skin peels (all of which were expensive and would require ongoing treatment). Arora was the only person who identified the fact that my problem was contagious and that she could treat it with thermolysis. The treatment itself was slightly painful, but Arora was very considerate and gave me regular breaks. I am so pleased with the results, it has already made me feel much more confident about my skin.

First of all I want to say wow wow wow! Arora is so talented at what she does, she knows exactly what shes doing. I went to her for my son's eczema and she assured me that his eczema will be totally cured in a matter of few months. Had a luxury facial today at aroras as i suffer recently with outbreaks and dull skin. I honestly would recommend you try this as i came out feeling a million dollars she was so professional in her facial and went to that extreme of going out of her way to make me feel relaxed and her advice and aftercare is beneficial. I have been using aroras products for 3 years in my everyday skincare regime and would highly recommend them to anybody who has skin imperfections and sun damage like i did. Attended the clinic as its local, owner is lovely and honestly the best clinic i have been to. Came as a client for my skin as i had spots and uneven complexion. I have tried arora's 3 step formula and in ten days my skin was amazing. Also fortunately i needed a placement as a beauty therapist, i am also qualified, when i came for more products as a joke i said that i need a job. Very friendly, warm and personable service. The staff are all professional and engage well when I attend Arora's clinic. I was initially afraid to have my moles removed due to the scary stories that people put out there. However, when i came to Arora's Clinic and had some of my moles removed on my forehead, i was so happy that i had come to her and was provided with an excellent service. It was meant to take 21 days to heal but the service provided was so good that it has almost healed after 8 days. My daughter went for a waxing appointment to Arora Hair and Beauty Clinic and was so amazed at how patient and considerate they were. She has had a bad experience at two other beauticians and was really dreading waxing again. Arora made Neeka feel comfortable and were very kind and gentle with her. I went to Arora for the first time today for a facial and eyebrow threading and will definitely return soon. I was so happy with the facial as my skin has been really congested and I was amazed to see immediate results. I can honestly say that my skin looked the best it has ever looked afterwards and was actually glowing. Very friendly and always welcoming. I have been using the Arora hair growth oil and I can’t reccomend it enough. The hair around my crown area was thinning and falling, but since using the oil the area of hair is starting to stand up and small hairs have started to appear. I had been having a problem with my hair for years where I was starting to lose some hair and kept getting dandruff and it was getting very itchy, I went to Arora and she informed me that I had a bacterial infection on my scalp. She treated me the next week at a very good price and removed the infection completely, since then she has helped with the after care and my problem has cleared. The condition of my skin at the start was very bad due to my acne. This lead to many legions on the sides of my cheeks and forehead. And the chin. I have had my moles removed from Arora’s clinic, my treatment was painless and in few weeks all the dark scars on my shoulder gone down to my skin tone because of the cream she has provided.
