Luxe Started off really happy with Luxe, attended a consultation with Jenni who was really friendly and we discussed laser skin rejuvenation for spider naevi and laser hair removal for different area. For me the most important thing was the spider naevi as it’s on my chest and face and makes me extremely self conscious, not always an area you can keep covered in summer. Also a birthmark on my face that I wanted removing. I ended up paying for a course of laser hair removal for 3 areas and what I thought was enough to get rid of the spider naevi, unfortunately 6 months later and nearly £1000, neither have gone! I was advised on my final laser treatment for hair removal that another course would be needed and the skin rejuvenation would also need to be done again but in a course. Something that wasn’t mentioned on the consultation. I feel that hair removal is a quicker treatment and that’s why that was pushed more and sold as a course however it wasn’t that I was self conscious about and hardly going out due to. After my first skin rejuvenation treatment, I was told I’d need to book and pay again, something I questioned as I’d never been told I would need a course. I was told that within 2 sessions it will be gone and that I’d only need to pay for 1 as the 2nd is free to make sure it’s all done. The 2nd time it was cancelled and pushed back probably due to the fact it’s time consuming. Another thing also on my final treatment the laser obviously slipped and got my lip, it’s swollen to double it’s size and blistered so badly I can hardly eat. Jenni denied it touching my lip, I’d have preferred a little accountability just to say sorry, accidents do happen. It’s also frustrating you spend so much money, they have a points system that you can’t actually use unless you book and pay for a treatment in full. I wouldn’t go back again, I feel I have wasted my money and time and that things were not fully explained, just the cheaper and less time consuming treatment that hasn’t even worked anyway!

Luxe Beauty lounge is always clean and tidy and all of the girls who work there are professional friendly and very welcoming and always put their customers at ease. I could go elsewhere and pay a little less but the service they provide is worth paying that little bit extra for and I would now never go anywhere else! They offer lots of different treatments and have little incentives such as a loyalty card for regular customers, discount offers when subscribing to their mailing list and special events aswell. I would highly reccomend them to anyone

Fabulous, relaxing, professional and most importantly, consistent. I use Rawdon for hands and feet treatments and the care and attention taken by the team (and I use all the staff) is welcome. I’m made to feel relaxed, a real quality attribute from everyone and especially welcomed when I’ve dashed from work and at times still working as I’m sat at the desk or on the coach! And before I know it, my treatment is done and I’m chilled out. I don’t you know how you do it Emily, but you’ve hand picked the most beautiful team.

Luxe is literally the definition of the perfect salon, with its signature blossom tree. It’s beautiful, spotless, wonderful and friendly staff and incredible treatments. Every treatment I’ve had at Luxe has left me feeling relaxed, and very special. “Me time” is extremely precious and I can’t think of somewhere I’d rather spend it. The energy you get when you walk in is of warmth, calm and contentment, basically the perfect combination for a salon. Emily, and her very talented team, are really one in a million.

Luxe is the best salon in Leeds in my opinion. Emily is an absolute master at what she does and I just know nowhere else would come close. All the therapists are total perfectionists (and very lovely) - always going the extra mile. I travel far and wide to get my treatments at this salon - waxing, facials, pedicures, massages (not to mention eyebrows with the eyebrow queen) and it's well worth it! I come away feeling like a new woman every time. I love this place and the lovely ladies that work here.

Visited today and had such a positive experience, I cannot recommend this salon - and Kiah in particular - highly enough. I visited for a waxing treatment today which I was nervous about, and Kiah immediately put me at ease. She was very reassuring and informative, and made the whole process as enjoyable as possible, whilst delivering a fantastic result. The salon itself is such a welcoming and relaxing environment. Looking forward to going back.

Kiah was both friendly and informative. I had three treatments booked in for an afternoon of much needed relaxation and she was so thoughtful in what order we should do the treatments to ensure maximum relaxation! Today has been my 3rd appointment with Hollie. Each time I left a very happy customer. Hollie clearly knows her stuff, very knowledgeably and patiently answering any of my questions. Her attention to detail and ability to put me at ease are both very impressive.

Such a lovely little gem on the high street. When you walk in it’s like you are in a mindfulness haven! I had waxing done by Hollie who made me feel relaxed about my anxieties (first time armpits in years)! Definitely one of my top recommendations this year!
