I used them for leaking taps in the shower. First had to pay Service Call fee before the quote which was fine then the trade quoted me before even looking inside the taps and assured me he will fix the problem. I was too naive to question and assumed he will replace the faulty parts and I told him the washers were changed and the water was still leaking from cold and hot taps in the shower. I had to pay for the work beforehand $451.00 on top of $88.00. It took him 15-20 minutes and he told me he replaced the washers and moved something and no other parts were put in or changed but the bridge needs to be replaced, the taps are old and won't last long maybe less than a year and more major work is needed. So for the replacement of washers that were new I paid $539.00. I tried to contact Chris, the boss, but was not successful. Please DON'T USE THEM if you value your money or want honest tradesmen to come to your place to do any plumbing job. If I could I would not give them even one star!!!!!

Seems to be a reoccurring theme with Chris here. My elderly mother needed urgent repairs. Quoted over $8000 for the repairs which they could start on the next day, out of fear of further problems happening from the leak she unfortunately agreed. Job was complete quite quickly which started the alarm bells. A couple of days later we also noticed some of the leaks were still apparent. After over a month of phone calls with them to get them back for repairs they keep taking her message and saying they’ll call her back, but never do. We realise now that we were ripped off all along, unfortunately having to take legal actions now to get back what we can. Would avoid these guys or at least get multiple quotes so this doesn’t happen to you. I know they’ll respond with the classic no record in the system but that may be part of their problem with ripping people off, Chris might be pocketing all the cash leaving the company and admin unaware of the truth.

Asked for several tasks to be done. A pressure valve replacement on the hot water service and a evap cooler service. They couldn’t take the money off my credit card quick enough before they showed up. They did the first part but said they needed to do the evap cooler another day. They didn’t turn up. I called and they said they would come in a couple of days. They didn’t show. I tried to contact them over the next 2-3 weeks however from this point would not return my calls. 4-5 calls later and a message online with repeated requests just to refund my money they wouldn’t respond. Finally after contacting someone in the plumbing trade, they were able to speak to someone and arrange a refund which was pathetic for what they actually did. Horrible customer service!

Chris was responsive and always were able to solve the problem quickly. We had a couple problems first was a leaking toilet (clean water flush) and he quickly worked out it was a washer that was not in place correctly and was able to fix it. This time we had drainage blockage and after using high pressure pump he also used the camera to work out that the pipes in fact detached from the old sewage pipe. This was a good discovery as we always thought it was our problem because of the Asian cooking. He was good at explaining both to myself and my dad on the issues and causes. On top of that he was responsive - called last night and came first thing in morning. Highly recommended!

I was a recent widow, an aged pensioner, Chris replaced my hot water system for $4500 including the call out fee & it took less than 2 hours. My son was upset & said I had been ripped off, after getting other quotes. My husband always dealt with house repairs, I was inexperienced & obviously naive. I called Chris & he said that is what he charged as his costs had gone up. I now know he was not a honest trade person & feel very stupid for giving him the job. Unfortunately you cannot give minus stars for a bad business. He gives honest tradies a bad name! It's very easy to write that you have no record of dealing with me.

My toilets in the house suddenly stopped working one morning. I called the helpline and Chris answered my request. He was very friendly and patient - he thoroughly checked what the problem was and explained everything to me in detail while offering me a few options to address the problem. In the end, the toilets were fixed perfectly and Chris kindly offered me a big discount. I really appreciate Chris’s help and would love to recommend him to anyone.

The most amazing experience I ever had!!!!! Chris is one of the most professional trades persons of all time. I have this leaking garden tap and really had no idea what to do with it. Our sewer was blocked, rang Chris and he came out promptly and temporarily cured the blockage, pending further investigation, which he did. He diagnosed the problem and submitted a quote for the work required. We went ahead with the work, and within 2 days Chris had completed the job with minimal disruption. Do not use them .Tricked us to pay upfront $$750 for a underground leak and on the day told us the entire system is faulty and had to be replaced costing $4k. Fot me thinking and chased himout. The second plumber confirmed that there was no repair done and the leak was inside the house. Since then have been trying to contact them but they have not responded to any of my calls messages.

Chris is a top professional bloke. He successfully resolved a blockage issue in my apartment's drainage system and even went the extra mile by providing a comprehensive report for body corporate. Found Around The Clock Plumbing via highpages. Chris was the first Plumbing Service to respond. Before I was to incur costs, he suggested ways to solve the problem with the gas heater myself, which I did. So, whilst Chris didn't make any money on this job, he sure is the first plumber I'm going to call should another problem come up! Highly recommend!

Chris from ATC plumbing came out to fix a drainage block i had on the property. He was very clear in the cost and talked me through what he was going to do and also some future preventative measure so it wont happen again. Did work for my elderly parents, non specific and unauthorised charges made, no detailed quote of works done, no compliance certificate supplied as agreed, not returning phone calls when I have called to query all of this. Wanted full payment before works commenced, watch out for these people
