I bought my car in to Artarmon Auto and Air and Victor and his team diagnosed the problem with my car air conditioning within a few minutes. I was then quoted a price range for parts and labour because it was unclear how much labour was involved, due to the position in the engine of the part to be replaced. Victor then asked if I could come back in a couple of days, because the workshop was full (it was the Christmas period and really hot weather). After leaving the car overnight I had a call to come in and the aircon was fixed. The best part was the invoice was less than the amount quoted because the job didn't take as long as originally thought. This hardly ever happens these days (I was quoted more than double at Lubemobile). Very impressed by this calm, friendly and honest service.

I needed a Rego. I went to a two different mechanics, both tried to rip me off ( I almost lost $2000). Probably, because I'm a new female driver and also a foreigner )) Eventually, a friend of mine recommended me this place. Honestly, I couldn't believe how professional, trustworthy, patient and friendly this guys were. And I've spoken to three of them. One mechanic took his time to show me and explain everything that was going on with my car. Now I know what the brake pads are and where they are placed. I learned about the transmission as well. There was nothing I had to fix in order to get the registration. Thanks to this guys, it cost me $41 instead of $2000. I now know , that I finally found the mechanics I can trust. Will definitely recommend this place to all of my friends!

First time customer and will definitely be back. My air-con broke and found Auto & Air on google and were impressed with their reviews. Before I called these guys, I had called 2 other places for quotes and as a young female was instantly taken for a ride. I know enough about cars and knew what needed to be checked and the other places talked around in circles and couldn't give me a quote. I called Victor and he instantly told me what he would be checking and how much that would be. If there was further issues then he told me an approximate price based on my car model. He fit me in later that week. His team were friendly, they re-explained everything in detail on-site prior to starting, I'll definitely be returning here and have already recommended to local friends and family.

I’ve been taking my cars to Victor and his team (Peter, Michael and Paul) for the past 8 years. I highly recommend them for the professional and honest service at a reasonable price. I've taken my old Citroen to Victor when its aircon started playing up many years ago. Called him recently about a strange noise in my Clio RS. Victor was kind enough to spend the time on the phone to tell me how to diagnose the problem further and if needed to bring the car down to be inspected. It's great to meet someone who knows their job inside and out and is not just looking to see how much he can bill you for. Rates are reasonable, service is prompt, customers that drop in obviously love and trust him. Hopefully the issue is just one car and old mind but I know if I do have to take it in, I'll be leaving be car in good hands

Really happy with my first experience here. I was previously getting my VW serviced by the dealer but after their attempts to get me to replace expensive things on my car that did not yet need replacing (as confirmed by two other mechanics), I will no longer be going to the dealer. Victor and his team were friendly, explained everything in detail, and were not in a rush to change parts that don't need changing just to make a few extra bucks. I'll definitely be returning here.

Victor and Peter are amazing! Had a dodgy AC in my Jeep and they took care of it in less than a day, with parts replacement. They gave me a quote upfront and even though the labour went longer than expected they only charged me what they originally quoted. When I picked up the Jeep they showed me the old part (condenser) that was replaced - something I rarely experience these days. Highly recommend the team and will be taking my Jeep here for any issues in future.

Fantastic! Thank you to Viktor and Paul for taking my car in on such short notice and fixing my issue. Originally the issue was diagnosed by NRMA motors serve as needing a new clutch - costing over $3000, but Paul showed why he is an excellent mechanic and diagnosed the issue to be the slave cylinder that had failed. It is so refreshing to actually receive fantastic service! I highly recommend taking your car to these guys, you won't be disappointed!

We are so glad we ve found this place! Victor, Michal and Peter are honest professionals and are highly recommended. Initially we were robbed blind by a workshop in Chatswood, so when we met Victor and team, we were overjoyed that they are able to help us with our car issue. The condition of our car is ten times better now and it doesn't cost us an arm and leg. My advise is, always get a second opinion. We are glad we stick with this workshop!

I was very impressed with the prompt and professional service I have received from the gentlemen at Artarmon Auto & Air! My car had some aircon issues and they sorted it out in a jiffy!! There was also some follow up instructions given if there was any other issues. Highly recommended :)

Absolute experts in car air conditioning. I now realise that despite taking my car to several auto Electritians over the past few years it’s never worked correctly as it never cooled down as much as it does now. My daughter now tells me to turn it down even on 40deg days!

Despite being booked out for a month, Victor and his team managed to fit me in for my rego AND a service. I've been here twice now and each time felt like I wasn't taken for a ride, despite having very little car knowledge! Honest, reliable and reasonable.

Drove in to show my car aircon a month ago, they were busy but still squeezed my appointment. In 30 mins they regassed and dyed my aircon. It’s working as good as new.
