Waited 15 mins for a staff member to appear so that we could order, then waited 25 min for 2 pizzas and they were vile!! Looked nothing like the pizzas in the picture. Literally the worst pizza I’ve ever eaten. Wouldn’t even call it pizza. Tasted like burnt, chewy rubber with no topping. And the girl who served us was really rude. More

Karrinyup- absolutely disgraceful from service to delivery. Already waited 15 mins in the movie then went out and checked told another 10-15 mins , don’t know why as they were not busy at all . Food was served cold and dry , never again. More

Artie’s is a great little bar and cafe to hang around while waiting for your freinds to see a movie at Chadstone Hoyts Cinema. It has a nice atmosphere, the service was quick and staff were friendly and helpful. Bar has a range of beverages

If Hoyts is going to put a cafe and bar up, it needs to equip it with enough and experienced staff to be able to run it. One young man was making drinks and the other was just fumbling about from one corner to another avoiding eye contact.

Picked up 2 flat whites before the movie - major disappointment! Long wait although there were 3 people working, coffee mostly tasting like it was only milk, and the worst part was the anti sanitary conditions: very dirty

Bar is frequently unattended which makes buying a drink pretty difficult.
