Our old water gas unit needed to be fully replaced. After reviewing another plumber's extremely expensive quote, Ash gave a much fairer one, as well as a comprehensive explanation for the different options for new gas units. He also didn't charge for the initial inspection, presumably because he is based in the same suburb as us. I thought this was generous of him. Fantastic service. I called to have my cooktop installed and while he was here, I asked if he could also install a dishwasher and fridge water connection.
