Shocking service, was there yesterday, lady behind the counter talking on her mobile phone , clicked her fingers at me to put my package on the scale . I said that I wanted to register the package as my last 2 packages have gone missing after I posted them! She was rude , when I asked her to help me with tracking information , told me that it was up to me to follow it up with Aust Post.Never will go here again! Perhaps a customer service job is not suited to her!

Awful customer service, was extremely rude on the phone, had to repeat myself multiple times yet she was still rude and completely ignored everything I said. Do not know how she has got a job there

Excellent Service. Never had a problem in the decade I've been using this Post Office. It is an integral part of this Community. Friendly and Efficient.
