I have never frequented a post office as much as I do Bardwell Park LPO and even though there are times I have 10+ parcels arrive there per week, the wonderful owners and staff never make me feel like I am a nuisance for sending my parcels there. They all know me and go straight for my parcels as I walk in and always greet me with a smile and friendly conversation. Sometimes I’ve got Mr 3yo and 8mo in tow, and they bring out my parcels to my car without me even asking.

The owner Harita is absolutely amazing! I come here for my business and she is always friendly and kind. I appreciate it and come here because of how great she is, even though I have other post offices closer to me. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a hassle free experience! It's convenient for me that the Post shop opens 8am weekdays and on Saturdays. The staff have been so helpful with my small business, nothing is a hassle. Very friendly, even the courier guy who picks up the parcels has waited so my urgent packages goes quickly. That's service! Hard to find these days.

Always a lovely experience at this post office! The owner is always there with a smile on her face and happy to help and her staff are always so helpful! The owner makes an effort to remember your name and make it a customised experience! Can’t imagine going anywhere else, highly recommend!

I had not visited this post office until this morning to pick up a massive parcel that was dropped off here instead of my usual LPO. The owner was super friendly who helped me find parking in front of the shop and offered to bring the 15kg

Very helpful Guy. My Parcel was misplaced by Arncliffe LPO and postman gave me address to Bardwell, which was wrong. Friendly guy in the front helped me to find my parcel and provided me correct tracking number. Thanks a lot

They lost my parcel. On the website, it says that it's still in the shop but the lady says that it left the shop without scanning. I'm very disappointed as the parcel's value is more than $360. Never coming here again
