Apparently the owners have changed, so I was pleasantly surprised at the excellent service I received today! Thank you staff for being so friendly!! I love how this store has unique merchandise I can purchase as gifts for family and friends. Would 100% recommend. Can't wait to go back again and buy more items :)

Absolutely disgusted with the manager at this branch. Took our money for a passport photo for our 10 week old daughter, and when lodging the passport form 2 days later told us the photo wasnt good enough. He took the photo! This passport was a priority. Will be going to another post shop with better staff.

The postie that delivers my mail is an awesome bloke, and the (i think) indian looking fella (i think his name is suresh?) that I see there is awesome, but the other guys constantly lose my mail, are rude and couldn't run a post office if they had one piece of mail to look after per day.

Was concerned about the service after reading the mountain of bad reviews, but it looks like things have changed, because the man there today (Sat) was extremely friendly and patient, even though I was dropping off 12 prepaid packages. Let's hope this excellent service continues!

This place is terrible. Old, rundown and dirty looking. The guy running it is also arrogant, unfriendly and pretty lacking in customer service. Avoid. The post office at Wantirna mall is far better, bigger, clean & tidy and the staff there are helpful and friendly. Unlike here.

The Bayswater branch of Australia Post is the most incompetent and unfriendly I've ever encountered. I try to avoid this location, if possible, as the others are generally better. A quick look through the other reviews here and it seems shoddy service is all they're capable of!

Service was appalling! The man gave the WRONG information regarding acceptable identification for a passport application despite claiming to have done them for 19 years. (I rang the Passport Information Service to check). BEWARE...don't go here for PASSPORT APPLICATIONS.

I just realised my urgent document will be sent to wrong country on purpose 2 days ago. And also had to pay parcel packaging mistakes without refunds. Spending more money for nothing on this branch. It's not a good place to send anything to overseas.

This post office has improved significantly since the new owners took over. I used to drive a couple of km further to the Jersey Road post office to avoid the slow service but thankfully the new owners have improved. Keep up the great work

Went several times to set up a Mail Redirection and each time I was told by Suresh ?, that the computer was down, and to come back. I went up to Croydon South Post Office and the gentleman there was great and had it all done in 5 minutes.

Staff not properly trained and will not try to help you at all. My experience was with a passport application. The staff did not properly assess my situation and wrongly judged the applicant. Not professional.

This is the worst post office, go anywhere else. The management does not care. It's run down, poorly staffed, and every time I collect a parcel it's either closed or they are unable to find it.

Yeah if delivery was more reliable! it would have rate! Such as let it to mail box or to inside property, currently some of deliveries have not arrived or properly delivered
