Came to pick up two parcels. Refused to give me my 2nd parcel. Explained to him in a calm respectful manner about the situation and I had all needed ID to pick it up. Refused again. He did not listen to my reasoning and continued to escalate his tone and his visual frustration on more than two occasions. He was very unprofessional, terribly rude and his explainations were not consistent. His explanations were also unhelpful. He was not only showing this attitude to me but to a mute female elderly who was served a few customers before myself. If I could choose my closest LPO I would never go back to the bonnyrigg branch. Willing to go further out and wish to give 0 stars but both are not possible.

Customer service is slow and unhelpful. Most of the staff are rude. I wasted my time trying renew my passport. The post office closes at 12pm on Saturdays, and my mum and I waited in the long line. The rude staff member told us that they can't do passports past 11am. He was so rude and not helpful. They need to work on their service.

they do not have after hours pick up options and their open times (9 am - 5pm) are normal work hours, so if you work get it delivered to your office. Especially if you work in the city when it would take you 45 mins to get home. The man would not let my nominee pick up my package even though we have the same address on our licence.

Poor Communication and Customer Service Staff are very slow,not helpful. My express post tracking code isn't working on your website, so where my delivery is?!?! On the website it’s showing me the post office had not scanned the parcels.

One star would be too generous. Very poor management, no customer service and lack of zero communication skills. It’s an insult for Post Office for letting people that work there for ruining the Post Office name.

I went today to lodge my disabled son's application for TFN, it was not helpful at all, rude, the worst customer service and keep on providing me with the wrong information. I decided to go to another office.

Helpful and efficient, just needs slight line management. Really good at making my postage choices concise and even assisted in packing my parcel to minimize damage and cost of parcel.

Couldn't get the package delivery today for someone because the person who ordered it had to get it and told them that he's working and by the time he gets home it'll be too late.

A disgraceful manager name Mohammed, working behind the counter is so rude with a chip on his shoulder. Don't waste your time here, there are other post office around the area.

they never answer the phone I’ve witnessed first hand them ignore phone calls and pick up and hang up instantly the workers there have no respect this post office is atrocious

Always friendly service! I decided to make a P.O. Box at this office earlier this year & it’s been nothing short of helpful as have the staff & im in almost daily LOL
