I booked an appointment at brimbank post office to have mine and my partners passport done. Brought in all my documents only to be told that I didn't need to fill in an application form I just had to call a number to reapply. So I left and did that only to find out that the lady at the post office was wrong and I had originally filled in the correct form as my last passport was a child's one and required me to fill in a new application form. So I went straight to the deer park post office on Ballarat rd without an appointment and the lady there put my passport through with no issue. Staff at Brimbank Australia Post are rude, untrained and completely incompetent.

I went there to lodge passport applications and was told that I needed to make a booking. No other post offices in the area require a booking. Then they find a mistake in the application. So to make sure I had no other mistakes I asked for both applications to be checked for mistakes no others were found. Third time into the post office they find another mistake which required a 4th visit. In the end I went to the Cairnlea branch with no appointment because they don't require one and application was processed. Staff are untrained or incompetent or both who knows. I'll never use them again.

This place could use a bit more quality service with passport applications. I know everyone’s in a rush but at least a little more consideration with the process it was so rushed i had my photo taken and was not even asked if i consent with that photo to be posted on the passport for ten yearsz its just really disappointing. But yeah process was quick about 3 minutes, (you can’t ask questions, just stand behind two ladies on the other counter and look on your side to get your picture taken from the other counter, then pay 320 for it.)good job.

Was ok first time. Came a few more times and staff were so rude never going back there again. Ladies were in my business and nosy, refusing to sell to me what I needed even though it was MY business and I had no reason to disclose to them my reasons. No manners and never smiles, terrible customer service would rather drive an extra 20 minutes to the next post office than here.

thankyou to the lovely asian lady who helped me with my chinese visa- however the other ladies behind the counter were icy and very unhelpful in a very stressful situation trying to get my visa right. one lady just stared at me and offered no help to her work colleague and made me feel very awkward indeed - it was a very unpleasent experience

Excellent customer service, beautiful people and personalities, they know what they are doing and they will go all lengths to help if they can. Very happy with their service, i display professionalism and respect when dealing with them, and they give me more than that. Thanks to you all, keep up the good work.

Absolutely disgusting by the service, I made a booking online to lodge my passport I got there a bit late due to traffic but the ladies at the desk refused to do it for me, and said that my booking is invalid. I ended up going to Cairnlea and they process it for me with 5 mins left till closing.

If only there was an option to give 0 stars. The lady that served us today was really rude, impatient and came across quite racist. Read through the amount of negative reviews Brimbank Aus Post is getting because of her - looks like she might be needing a refresher training on customer service.

Served by a rude older Caucasian lady today, the service at this post office is always cold. Heard my package thrown as soon as I thanked her and turned my back to leave. She must have had a tough day and is taking it out on people's packages. Please be more respectful of people's item. Thanks.

Terrible customer service from 2 ladies working at this post office they always show attitude and one of them doesn't accept my parcles even though they are perfectly fine! and are accepted by other workers and other post offices

Worst post office in Australia. The staffs don't know anything about lodging for Australian passport. Need more proper training from the head office. I'm not the only one who is complaining, many others gave the same reviews.

CAUTION: ridiculous postage overcharge!!! 1kg parcel’s postage they wanted to charge me $19.70. I took the same parcel to another post, I was only charged $15.90 Service is as bad as always.

I choose brimbank post for my MSIC, staff doesn't know anything about visa, i visited there four time for same application, i showed them all documents but same response.

Extremely rude and arrogant staff. The lady taking my passport photograph incorrectly takes the picture without taking care of picture requirements.

Hit or miss. Some ladies are grouchy some are helpful. Most pleasant transactions here are the one with the glasses and blonde hair :)

zero stars for this place ... asian staff is very rude and making their own rules when it comes to submitting passport application .

The ladies who work here are friendly and if they can't do something they take the time to make recommendations to get it done.

Always use them to pay my Bill's friendly staff always patient and willing to help bonus these days.
