This is the coolest LPO in Brunswick! I tell you they’ve got so many interesting stuff, they even have handmade crafts, handmade soaps and candles. Most important, they are made in Brunswick! Supporting local business is so important during this hard times. So proud to have a post office that actually represent Brunswick. Take a look on the side of the road, they even have a painting of the city which according to the owner, was painted by a local artist too. Funny thing is, the owner could look so intimidating, but he’s actually nice and funny. I’ve come a few times and all I can say, the staff absolutely love what they’re doing. They’re so helpful and nice. The old staff is kinda slow though, just bear with him, he’s nice! One last thing, the shop is so organized and they have variety of Auspost products.

I went in to get some passport photos taken. For some reason they couldn't send it to me quickly the day I got them taken. I was told they would be sent to me the next morning. By the afternoon they still hadn't arrived. I called them three times in the afternoon asking what had happened as I was very busy. I was told they would be sent to me asap yet they still weren't there. I had to call again and was hung up on! I still haven't received my photos which I paid $17 for (very expensive)! All round shoddy service and rudeness. The man was misogynistic and horrible.

I keep a postal box here even after I've moved out of the suburb because the service is excellent and the staff are so friendly. They greet regulars by name and know exactly where your parcels are. The staff were a blessing during lockdown when we were only allowed to visit essential services. Being greeted with a smile and a quick chat meant the world for those of us who were separated from family & friends.

This Post Office is the best. The service is excellent! The owner and staff are always so helpful - nothing is too much trouble. The hours are excellent allowing you to collect your parcels etc after 5pm; and parking close by is usually achievable. Like most post offices it can get super busy at certain times, but the staff are always polite and serve you with a smile. Excellent customer service.

Takes compliant Australian Passport Photos issuing the same equipment used at other Post Offices. However this site cannot submit Passport Applications or Renewals, putting you at risk of being given the runaround as other many other post offices will blanket reject all outside photos, like the one at: Australia Post Brunswick LPO 415 Sydney Road, Brunswick Lovely people but can waste your time

Getting worse and worse day by day . This post office was very good when Indian lady working, she know what she was doing and very friendly, but now it is hopeless . The new girl doesn’t understand what she does. Sorry I think she needs more training. The guy is so grumpy all the time .please change your attitude towards customers.

Woke up with high hopes of an enjoyable morning as I was going to the Brunswick West post office for the first time. I rollerbladed from my home and it was sunny. When I arrived i took one look at the front of this building and i thought "wow the architecture is just too busy for me"

A great local post office. Many of my post office experiences these days is to collect packages and these guys are great with long hours and helpful staff. For covering everything else they are also very good. Keep up the good work

The owner is so nice! I have stopped going to my original Post Office just because the service here is that much better. Also, as another poster pointed out, they have an impressive range of items all laid out nicely.

Best Post Office Ever!!!! Kind knowledgeable team who always remember their regulars. Handy for Lotto and quick gifts- my closest and nicest place to pick up all my missed deliveries.

I rang asking for some ticketmaster tickets and the person said there were none left. So i went elsewhere, and was able to get tickets there. Poor service
