Worst PO I've ever had the displeasure of using. Sack everyone and start fresh. You can even check my other reviews and see I've 5 starred Aus Post in Concord - which is amazing. So there's no company vendetta going on here and this is completely justified. These people are just absolutely useless. They're slow, rude, couldn't care less, and beyond the most insulting of all they even question me about what is in my 'PERSONAL' packages. I might as well just cut up my MyPOST card too, because when they still request license and other ID, and then begrudgingly hand over my package with a big spiel about why they shouldn't - because the sender has mispelled one letter in my last name - it makes no sense to have a MyPOST card anyway. The ladies try to make a game out of who can be the most condescending, arrogant and embarrassing of the customer. And they have NO urgency whatsoever. They make you feel as if you should feel bad for asking them to collect and find your package. I saw someone suggest the word grumpy. It's a good description. You have a date, name, number and brief description of the size of the package. You have no right questioning me about anything else. What you do have the right to do is open on time - or a little before to get the line moving - and make your laughable out of hours pickup 'prison cell vault' more readily accessible. Thankfully I only live around here temporarily, otherwise (running a business) I would seriously consider moving to avoid having to deal with this branch. That's how bad it is. Get your ship in order.

Camden Post Office staff are rude, lazy and really should think about finding a job elsewhere! I have been going to this post office since I was a child with my family and have had a P.O. Box there for over 10 years! Today I was told under new management, they will no longer check your PO Box if you unfortunately forget to bring your key. This is terrible customer service and I will be closing my P.O. Box service and taking it to Narellan. On arriving home from Camden, I then noticed a document half pushed into my mail box about to fall out! Couldn’t the delivery driver have taken the time to pop it under the front door mat! Australia Post this is unacceptable and I would be sending someone from your Head Office to assess the service provided from the Camden Post office! Otherwise you might as well close it down!

I'm appalled by the horrendous experience I had at this post office! The staff are a nightmare—rude, lazy, and completely disinterested in their work. It's maddening to see long lines while these buffoons chitchat about their personal lives as if they're at a social gathering. It's as if your presence is a bother to them! Australia Post needs to address these issues and ensure their employees take their responsibilities seriously. After all, we customers make an effort to visit the post office to send or collect our parcels, and we don't have all day to wait around.

The girls at the post office are always lovely, but sadly the general enquiries line is hopeless, and a massive let down. I have a birth certificate waiting at Camden for collection, I didn’t even know it was there and today have received a calling card with two days to collect (22nd) yet I’ll be interstate until 28th. These processes are really unfriendly and unaccommodating. If only we could actually call our local, they would help us more than this awful phone experience.

Staff are rude, unhelpful and make you feel like you are a massive inconvenience for being there. Other staff members just watch on at the terrible customer service being delivered and laugh under their breath. Beth needs someone to give her a good time to ease her up a bit. Will just travel to Narellan from now on even if it is out of my way. Recommend this office maybe finding staff with customer service who aren't so condescending and ignorant.

There is 1 woman behind the counter who is the rudest most condescending woman I've ever had the displeasure to be served by. If i could have taken my items back i would have. Needs to get another job or stay at home because Customer Service is certainly not her strength and she gives the other staff a bad name. If i knew her name i would make an official complaint about her disgusting attitude and lack of professionalism

If i could give 0 stars i would! SOME of the staff here definitely need to be re-trained (mainly in the area of customer service), This was my local post office but have never once felt welcomed. SOME of the staff are always angry and just want you out of there! I now travel to Narellan post office which have LOVELY staff who are always happy to help, will definitely never be going back to Camden again!

Completely rude, no customer service, it doesn’t matter who serves me. I have never had a positive experience upon entering camden post office, and I have lived here my whole life. I have been nothing but kind, and I don’t think it warrants the rudeness, lack of smile and even just a simple greeting when approaching the counter. I dread having to go there!

The building is a lovely 19th century feel however the staff inside match it with 19th century service shocking service look bored with being there I suggest two options leave a half day open to get a transaction done here or walk to Narellan post office you will get served quicker including walk time would give a big zero but Google doesn't allow

Always tell me to come back after 4 even though I KNOW my parcel is there ready to be picked from the tracking emails. The ladies are rude, arrogant and couldn't care less. Maybe AusPost should tell their posties to actually come down my driveway and leave the parcels like it says to on the consignment notice.

One of the worst post offices I have ever had the misfortune to go to - the staff are dreadful, rude and there is no urgency to any of them despite queues out the door - the women there are too interested in talking about their lives, children and weekends - you are left feeling like you are wasting their time

Terrible. Just terrible. If I could rate this half a star I would. The only thing that was half good is that they had working pens. The staff member was awful to me. Very bad customer service and the machine never accepts pay wave! Just terrible. Please, fix it up! and for now I’ll be going else where!

Left work early to collect the package the useless postie didn’t bother to leave Got to the post office with 1 minute to spare And was told they were closed Don’t have your hours till 5 if your going to be lazy c**ts and close your doors early! F**king useless !

Absolutely pathetic. 3 visits for the same reason and each time a different rude staff member tells me something contradicting the other staff. They have no idea of what they are doing, rude miserable no care given. Do not recommend this post office.

Extremely rude and unhelpful staff. I have been sent back and fourth three times for incorrect instructions for a passport application. There is no communication between the staff and the blame was shifted onto me. Will definitely not go back there.

I have had three very poor experiences at Camden post office, that being the staff are incredibly rude and lazy and couldn’t care less. I don’t know anyone who has had a good experience there. Australia post should consider who’s representing them.

No service don't buy anything from post office shop even with a docket you won't get a refund the staff are rude .i had my docket i had the same card i paid with i was within one week and still no refund .

Attended the Post Office for an ID check. The staff behind the counter were very courteous and helpful. The rather lengthy procedure was handled efficiently.

Asked if they could witness my signature on a paper before i sent it. Didnt need a JP, anyone could do it. They said no. I think thats poor customer service

The environment would be much improved by brighter lighting and opening up the front windows to external lighting. It feels very gloomy and unwelcoming.

Decent little post office, very convinient. Some staff (not all) can be grumpy and unenthusiastic though. A smile can go a long way.
