I pick up my parcel several time at here. But once I met the Indian staff’s unfriendly and rude to me. Because my passport’s expired. He threatened me that next time he wont let me collect the parcel if my passport still expired but I cannot get new one because lockdown. For the name on my passport is matched the name on parcel and I got the number tracking. And email from sender. I contact business things with government. It do not have any problems about my passport. What’s wrong with him

We have all been to Post Offices, where staff are frowning or make you feel like they wish that they were anywhere but there serving you. The Caulfield South Post Office is not one of those places! The staff are friendly and accommodating, efficient as well. I actually enjoy going there when I need postal services or those odd times that I actually get a parcel.

This post office is excellent. The staff are all helpful providing advice and assistance. They remember their customers and provide excellent and consistent customer service. They are patient when people have questions and go out of their way to identify cost effective solutions. I am so pleased that this is our local post office.

This place definitely needed more staff and their people should move faster.. They spent too much time on each client and without greeting face. The queue in here is mad and I always try to avoid an Indian guy here, He just made thing too complicated.

postman left parcel on top of letterbox! how about you leave at front door or leave card for us to collect,the position you left it in is out in the open for anyone walking past to take,or to get wet,up top for grey matter

My express post with 'in your capital city' was somehow posted to Sydney, delayed for a week. Shocking! Eventually, got delivered to the correct receiver after I called the head office. Not recommended!

There are huge signs on the doors saying "No Dogs Allowed Inside", but when someone brings a dog inside, the staff do nothing. They don't have the guts to tell the person to take the dog outside.

I go to this post office almost every weekend. The staff here are very friendly and helpful.

A bit more organised than some other post offices, but can still be slow moving

Not open on Saturdays or any other convenient time for normal ppl who work.
