Very terrible and pathetic service. One of its employees told me the charges were $8.95 plus $0.55 for bag. However I was served by another employee and she charged $12.20 for postage and $1.50 for bag. When I informed her what her colleague agreed earlier. She argued and argued and even did not bother to ask her colleague about the situation. Finally, the owner intervened and she charges $8.95 for postage and $1.50 for bag. She still told that the parcel might come back. In the light of new policy, there is no longer issue of weight provided we are able to fit our stuff into the bag we intend to use. Will never use their services again. They backed out what they earlier agreed upon. They are entitled to a zero star. I gave one star because without that I cannot post my review.

Had to get a new passport went to 3 different suburbs this post office in the Chullora Marketplace is the best, Ling works there she is amazing!! Best worker to go to I highly recommend you go straight to her she’s fantastic is so helpful and makes the process easy and not stressful as she is so good at her job!! Amazing thank you Ling! She deserves commendation for having such expertise and always knowing how to deal with customer assist them and answer questions, other post offices were not able to help me Ling knew the correct answers and provided me with the assistance to complete my passport. And she smiled the entire time she’s an exemplary worker and deserves the recognition! Thank you Ling

I’ve lived in this area for more than 20 years and I can confidently say that these guys are the rudest, condescending and most unreliable bunch around. They always give different prices for postage, and you cannot trust them. They even go as far as to say that the prices on the website are totally wrong. They are not afraid to rush you or treat you as if you are dumb. It’s unfortunate I have to deal with them, whenever I can I will travel further to another post office. I’ve not only had a bad experience once, it’s almost all the time. They even treat each other badly, esp the poor old man who works there and tries to help, the ladies there are rude to him also.

I was lost for words with the amazing customer service received from Rocky. I was desperate for a parcel, my gate was locked, he called my mobile to advise my gate was locked. That is EXCELLENT customer service, he did not just put the card in my box. Rocky, why is there not more people like you. You totally changed the way I view Australia Post. What a professional. I so hope Rocky is made aware of this feedback. I specifically asked which office he was from and his name and said I want to give good feedback. He even said you do not have to. Visited here the other day to bank some cash (my bank doesn't have branches, so post offices are the way to go). Banked my money, seemingly with no issue, however on getting home got a message from my bank to say a suspicious transaction has occurred. This post office tried to debit my money back out an hour after I left!! Without my card, so either they have a card skimmer on or something, but definitely dodgy!! Had to cancel my card and everything, and the bank has said that it is not the only red flag on this post office. Avoid this post office at all costs!!!

This post office is by far the worst place to get your deliveries from. I order a fair few things from eBay and every time I see it has been sent to the Chullora post office, you can guarantee there will be issues. They recently sent my parcel to another post office as apparently that’s my address, the delivery drivers have thrown my parcels over my fence, delivered my parcels next door or even a few doors down. When you call they laugh at the stupid things they have done like it’s a big joke. They are all a bunch of unprofessional spanners.

Closing hours on a Saturday is at 12pm...Why would you shut your doors at 11:50am and leave a trail of customers knocking on the door?! I waited 10 minutes trying to get the 3 workers to open the door while they were still OPEN, yet they were careless and refused to let me in. This says a lot about a how they run their business. Don’t go to chullora post, visit the Greenacre Post Office further down on waterloo road, they are much more friendlier and are willing to assist all.

I received a message to pick up the item from a place very far from my house. when i come to pick up Workers cannot scan QR codes. He only typed the trek number. Then the staff said that there are no items here. The staff couldn't find the item, told me that someone had already signed for it. and sign it at this place Even though I came here for the first time very bad management This kind of service should close the place. It's a waste of time.

What a joke. Required a re direct and was given a claim number and told that the process was in place. checked the next day to see that the parcel was still on the wrong route and that all the time and number of people that I had spoken to the day before was a waste of time. I have had to go to the wrong address and pray that the receiver that signed for the parcel will hand it back to me. Seriously people its you job. just do it!

Absolutely appalling timing with delivery. I live in punchbowl and the post office is so close to my area that the time they waste dordaling around is stupendous. Could you be any more of a joke with your lack of punctuation. Get off your lazy arses and work for your money. Sometimes they even throw my parcels not knowing if it has some kind of precious thing inside. Pathetic.

Had a really good experience here, the place was nearly empty, no people, I was able to package my Ebay sales quietly and efficiently. The girl behind the counter was both really cute and very helpful, she fought tooth and nail with the tape machine to help me wrap things up. I don't see why people thumb this place down? It's the most convenient Australia Post around.

Paid for registered post for some certified documents to be mailed interstate on 9/3. However, there has been no progress for a week and I had to call AusPost to check on it and now the status is changed to “waiting to be processed for delivery”. Who knows if it would ever be delivered or if they had lost my mail. Very frustrated …

Aus post is an absolute joke. Prices have gone up with no improvement in delivery times and reliability. Took an item 8 days to go within Sydney to a destination of only 35 mins away from my location. Aus post is now at the top of my list of worst Aus companies. They've cost me money, time and a lot of stress.

Find it unfortunate that i received a card to pick up my parcel, go to the post office , it has not arrived yet, as i have to work come back to the post office 5 min after 5pm and get ignored at the door by the workers. All i wanted to do was pick up my parcel . Inconsiderate

This Post Office Will Misplace or Steal your package and then deny all responsibility and deny they ever received the parcel when tracking information clearly states it was processed and scanned at their facility. Theft Agency, do not use them.

EVERY single parcel that comes through this post office goes 'missing'. Calls to Australia Post to find missing item do not listen to the multiple times that items have been misplaced and simply tell you to wait longer for your item, or

My parcel arrived from UK to Chullora in 30hrs but has been sitting @ Sydney & Chullora for 6 days & no sign of it coming to Brisbane anytime soon. No wonder people don’t use Australia Post

The slender lady who works there @ counter in Chullora LPO will lie to you about your parcel delivered here. You need to raise importance of tracking when buying online from EBay.

I try to collect special coin from this store, and the staff ask to spend 20 more dollar and for get the coins, that is foolish, they make the policy by them self

Staff are good with politeness and efficient. Store needs a clean up and better displays, looks like a garage sale of cheap old junk from $1 shop
