Warning ⚠️ warning. ⛔️ WARNING ⚠️ I wish I could vote this a 100.000 million below stars About 2 years ago the indian man, couldn’t find my parcel and said “ I shouldn’t buy online, Why don’t I just go into the shopping centre and buy my items from the shopping centre?” Well I promised myself never to go back to Condell Park post office. Unfortunately I had a parcel delivered 2 years later, to Condell Park post office. Sadly I encounter this Indian man yet again he stated he couldn’t find my parcel and that He didn’t have it. He did not direct me how to find it. He was very unhelpful and rude. Extremely poor Customer Service . A friend got me onto postal app and I was able to locate my parcel of course I found that Condell Park DID have my parcel. I had to take another day off work and go back to Condell Park post office and unfortunately that man was there again. It took them about 20 minutes to find my parcel. How disgusting is that!!!! Due to poor management poor, poor leadership, i’ve never seen such horrific organisation, poor Customer Service hopeless, hopeless, hopeless!!!! This Indian man is disgusting. He was mocking me. He was making fun about how I was an idiot and didn’t know how to track my parcels. He was back, chatting. He had attitude. He was rude. He was condescending his mimicking me like a child I felt like it was bullied like schoolyard bully, please avoid this place I’m never gonna see this place again!!! After living in Condell Park on and off for 36 years, I will be leaving and gladly never see this post office ever again!!!!! My mother was getting mail sent to her house that did not belong to her. She went up to the Indian man and told him of the situation. He suggested that my mother throws out that mail. Like what is an illegal? Yesterday I had another encounter with the Indians, and I had to involve the police. They refuse to give me my parcel These Indians Need to be addressed And consequences should be in place if anyone wants to contact A current affair, I’m more than happy to talk!!

It is with a heavy heart that I actually have to give a star for this establishment, as I'd rather give it a negative 100, but Google won't allow it. Whether it is the tag team of the Indian couple or the Chinese couple that serve you, there is nothing professional about what they are offering you. Just go in and do what you need to do, and get out..GET OUT QUICK! Do not linger and Do not pass GO and do not collect your $200. They try to hurry you when you are browsing for the right box to send overseas, and pretend to not hear you when you ask them about insurance for sending stuff overseas. May the postal gods help you if you have to dispute a package for collection or they misplaced your package and you have to come back to pick it up. They make it look like it's your fault that they cannot find it in the first place. I got screamed at by the Chinese lady, when all I wanted was to get a confirmation on whether the stamps was enough. She made it look like I should know the answer. Australia Post should get a say on who manages this outlet as these power hungry couples are short tempered, ill-mannered and should have retired ages ago, but can't as they have mortgages on properties that they are trying to hide from the Australian Tax Office. You'd get a better service in a North Korean prison for being a spy rather than what they call "service" in this place. AVOID or ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK!

DISGRACEFUL BEHAVIOUR FROM THE TWO INDIAN WORKERS AT THE COUNTER. Came in today to collect a parcel. The red collection card did not have a name on it so the Indian man at the counter told me to write MY name down. After ages trying to find the parcel under my name they said they found one for my family members name. I said I could take it as I was already there, though I was waiting for my own parcel with the same tracking no as listed on the card. Then he condescendingly told me “next time do the right thing and say who you are picking up for”. When I replied that I thought it was for me as i have that tracking number, he spoke over me rudely and repeatedly shouted “do the right thing” and “I can be as rude as I want”. The Indian lady also butted in to yell at me lol. Why is it my fault when the red collection card did not have a name on it and YOU TOLD ME TO WRITE MY OWN NAME DOWN. Just shut down already you’re not fit to do your job if you treat customers like this. The other Asian worker was trying to be helpful.

Horrible Indian lady at front customer service desk! Would rate 0 stars if could. She refused to give me (the addressee) and the person I authorized the parcel, even after we showed identification. She ignored me when I was waiting for her, was extremely rude, swore in Hindi (my bf is Indian so he understood) at her co-workers, and screamed at us, when her colleagues were trying to help us out. We called up Australia Post, they tried to contact this Post Office, and they won't even pick up despite being not busy. If she gives you a hard time, call Australia Post and they will give you your parcel. UPDATE: It's been one month and I'm STILL WAITING on my parcel. The condell park lady has dragged my case on for over three weeks. I've called at least 9 customer representatives, and they REFUSED the calls Auspost made AND CONTINUALLY IGNORED the request to redirect my parcel (which I submitted a month ago). I don't understand why this Post Office has gotten away with abusing their power till today. It is not okay.

First of all, I called to make sure they were open, the indian lady told me the closing time and hung up in my face which was very rude. I arrive and after giving her many forms of identification she still wont give me my parcel, i confront her about hanging up the phone in my face she ignores me and tells me that because im asking her why she wont give me my parcel. this woman should be sacked, she continuously ignores me and walks away whilst im trying to explain to her that the post man didnt leave a letter saying my parcel will be left at the post office. This lady has been reviewed 0 stars by every person she has encountered, if only the australian post would look at these reviews and realise that her customer service is in the negatives and is not doing their company any justice, especially as she is the manager. She refused to give me my parcel and asked my aunty to come the next day without me to receive it. This is ridiculous someone needs to take control over this post office.

Definitely a zero star. Very rude customer service. Came through with the kids on Saturday to renew their passport. There was 3 people working which had more than enough time to process. The man insisted that we needed an appointment as they are busy. Well if your standing doing nothing then you’re not really busy are you. This was at 11:30 which they close at 12pm He said see we close at 11:30 already. In the end the lady processed 1 x application which took 10 mins If they stopped arguing and actually help the process doesn’t take long. We walked out at 11:40. Just the customer service is horrible. Do not recommend and never are we coming back. Not welcoming at all. Every chance they get, they say the process is long come back Monday. Well some family’s have work commitments that can’t make it on weekdays that’s why these places are open on the weekends. Looked at my licence and say your not from Here why didn’t you go to your local post office.

Worsttttttttttttttttttttttt customser servies I had ever had in my whole life!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It there is an option where I can give "minus 5 stars" I will definitely tick that! Staff there, whether in person or over the phone, in all of the occasions I had visited them or rang them, they had always been really rude, unprofessional, unfriendly, unhelpful!!! They made your life much more difficult, and when you finished running your errands with them, you will feel the anger and disappointment as if you had done something wrong to deserve being treated in this way. There are no greetings over the phone, no smiling when you visit the post office, and it was like you are bagging them to answer your questions or help you with something!!! Such bad energy they are releasing. AVOID this post office if you do not want your day to become one of those worst!!!

If I could give zero stars I would. There were two amazing workers behind the counter today that were very helpful and catered to my needs. But there was a women who spoke to me like filth. Demanding I place my boxes in a certain area with such a rude tone. Then going off at me about how I changed my mind about my post. This is not the first time. A few months back a man of an Indian background (just stating race as I'm not aware of name ) pretty much spoke to me rudly because I was not wearing a mask of which I'm exempt. He then says you're not exempt if you don't have a letter from your cardiologist. A massive LOL. Australia post please do something about this as so many people are un happy of there service. Let's just say I walked out furious and it triggered my anxiety. I really hope Australia post are reading all of these reviews.

If i could rate 0 i would have done it as there isn’t any good experience about this local post office. The man behind the counter made things very complicated for customers. He said ‘do you understand what i am saying’ several times as if I’m unable to understand English. I have to use the word ‘hated’ i hated every time i came and pick up my parcels at this post office. As a full time weekdays workers i was not home most of times when things hot delivered to my place then had to go and collect it at post office. I called Australia Post customer service to have feedback on this post office, however they said because this is a franchise they couldn’t do much. I also hope Australia Post can take customer feedback and have a store inspection on the quality of services this post office is providing to customers.

I am completely DISGUSTED by the appalling customer service I received from the Indian lady working here. Went here to pick up a package after I received an email from Aus Post saying it was awaiting collection but was told they were going to return it to the sender as part of the name and address were cut off the package even though it was all there on their system under the tracking number! Completely illogical and waste of everyone’s time when I could prove my ID matched the details on the tracking and their system! Still would not give me MY package and continued to argue with me. The other male worker also joined in and I felt completely ganged up on by two grown adults. This place is a poor representation of Australia Post! Avoid this place at all means!! If I could give a 0 I would.

Absolutely pathetic workers. Walked in with a confirmation from retail store that they’ve shipped and attempted delivery and left the parcel at the condell park post office. It wasn’t through Australia post so these ‘workers’ started to argue with me and told me to go and look at the parcels that they’ve carelessly placed in the store for any public access. I told her no and that it’s definitely here she still continued to fight and be disgustingly rude. Eventually I proved her wrong and my parcel was there but after what ? After they both ruined my morning, continued with the arguing and ganging up on a customer. Seriously disgusting if they don’t know how to do their job who on earth hired them ? They don’t even deserve a star. Pathetic.

Absolutely Rude and a terrible person that Indian lady has issues look at All the bad reviews all referring to her ..you'd think she will stop being rude to everyone yet she continues to be rude to everyone that's not of a Indian background!!! She come here from the slumps of India and now she pushing her rude way here with her very heavy Indian accent!! Wow can't believe this lady won't be going there any more and strongly recommend anyone not to go there !!! Can't believe Australia post hasn't said anything about this .. just the reviews alone she should be removed or given to someone that's not such a rude person!! And even yells at you if you talk back . I can imagine her pour husband to have to put up with her!!!

I honestly don't want to even give this post office a star. If negative numbers were available I would rate them the lowest of low. Extremely rude owners, and does not let the customer get a word in. From the moment I stepped into this post office to pick up my parcel which they had refused to release to me the service was not there. They barely let me get a word in, and mid way through the husband serving me he gets on the phone and leaves me at the service desk which his wife comes and has no clue what needs to be done and refuses to serves me. After complaining to them, she smiles and tells me to "have a good day". Unbelievable how service like this exists! Or even people like this owns a business.

I just called to make sure my parcel was still there because I don’t usually get my parcels sent to Condell park I usually pick up my parcels from Bankstown post. I called just in case they have made a mistake because I haven’t received a second notice. He didn’t want to assist me instead he goes we’re really busy can you come in I’m not coming in if my parcel isn’t still there. And I go can I please speak to a manager and he goes I am the manager. I told him that if I can please have he’s name because he’s very rude and he just hung up the phone. Terrible customer service coming from a so called “manager” so I just went in and my parcel was there what a joke of a post office .

DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! These people think it's ok and professional to speaking in there own language while serving customers and never ever have we been treated like second class citizens ‍♀️‍♀️ and the older lady reckon its up to her whether my sis inlaw gets her passport or not SORRY YOUR AUSTRALIAN IMMIGRATION what are joke and the people that work here need are class in CUSTOMER SERVICE or get rid of them especially the older indian lady and replace with new people that actually can do there job and keep it professional. Absolutely horrific experience applying for a passport. All three staff members extremely rude and aggressive, and giving inaccurate information including telling us to send our phone to the Passport Office if we wanted to use our digital DL as ID. Yelling and ganging up on a young mum with a baby in her arms applying for a replacement passport for her baby who travelled here on an emergency passport when our mum passed away suddenly. Disgusting behaviour, nobody wearing name badges, and refusing to give their names. GO TO BANKSTOWN OR YAGOONA WEST instead where you'll at least get common courtesy.

Disgustingly rude. Especially (I assume) the male owner. I had ordered something online with the option of it being 'sent direct to pick up from post office.' Before he went to collect my parcel he then gave me a lecture about why I shouldn't do that and that I should have it sent to my own address instead. I didn't understand why as I would still need to come back as I work during the day so it would be the same. Then he said that if he couldn't find the parcel it wouldn't be his responsibility. He just kept telling me off for something I thought would save everyone time! Absolutely ridiculous!

Absolutely terrible. When I attempted to pick up my mums parcel ,which she authorised me to via the Aus post app, they refused it. The app generated a personalised barcode for me to specifically pick up the parcel. They refused on the basis that my drivers licence had a different address than the parcel. I then gave them the electrical bill in my name and mums address and they refused it. They were very rude and verbally abused me. Aus post on 137678 attempted to help me but the LPO refused to answer their calls! what a joke. 0 stars. Hope Aus post takes away their licence.

If I could give 0 stars I would Honestly I don't know why I went in today even after the fact that everytime I come in I get a really bad experience. I went in to the post office today seeing as I am a local with a full time job I have no time for anything really I needed help with a few documents which would've been a really simple task but it resulted in condescending remarks made by the man behind the counter. Overall disgusting customer service and downright rude!! Please please the area of condell park demands new management and ownership of the post office.

I would give a 0 review if I could as the vietnamese woman on today would not give me my package even with ID and further went to say that she doesn't speak English and doesn't understand that someone has a disability she was very in your face and I had to threaten to bring the police for her to give me my package I hope they replace them in this post office as I have never felt more disappointed in the 30 years of dealing with this post office this has never happened if she doesn't speak English then she shouldn't be working in a post office

Avoid this joint like the plague. Witnessed both the Indian and Vietnamese lady abuse other customers in person and over the phone on multiple occasions. Unfortunately, today my mother was the victim. My mother was trying to pick up a parcel for herself and I and instead got yelled at to “get out” or else she’d contact the local authorities. 110% less of a hassle to just go to an out of area post office to avoid the headache and abuse. Surely they need retraining in basic customer service and a manager to supervise their behaviour.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced, my parcel was delivered to them by mistake, and then to make matters worse, was collected & signed by someone else, they did not bother checking my details, the local resident walked away with 100s of $ worth of my online shopping, they didn't attempt to calm me down or provide me with a way to contact the resident to regain my parcel. I will be making a formal complaint. This is not the way you do business in Sydney!

Just had the most wonderful experience with Australia Post here at Condell Park LPO. The service was fantastic and the staff were helpful and well knowledgeable. It was the first time I sent parcels overseas and the help from Quoc was such a huge help, that he took the time to show me exactly what I had to do in order to ensure the parcel arrives at its destination. Thank you so much Australia Post Condell Park !!

Extremely poor service and customer service. Signed off on my package for over a week and then said they hadn’t received anything. After receiving a message the week after saying it’s awaiting collection, they were hesitant to want to give me the parcel after showing them my LICENCE (with a differing address) and a bank statement with my address and preceded to argue with me instead of offering apologies.

I was VERBALLY ABUSED for standing in the left queue and not the right. Apparently there are markers/arrows on the floor that are meant to indicate something like I am meant to understand them. The turbaned man yelled at me behind the counter that if I'm not buying a lottery ticket then I'm in the wrong queue. No signage whatsoever. I will be making a formal complaint to Australia Post.

Avoid this post office at all cost, very unhelpful staff and inflexible, husband and wife are very unprofessional and rude, I came in to collect my parcel I told them I had a text message from Austpost, they demanded I need a physical collecting card, they sounded like I should be begging for their service. Georges Hall LPO are way nicer, go there and avoid the Condell Park LPO.

Worst customer service ever! I have my passport with me but the Indian lady wants a driver license which I don't have coz I don't drive yet. So I have my Medicare care online showing my address and also a bank statement and a hospital bill that has my name and address in it. But still doesn't want to give my parcel because she wants driver license as a proof of ID.

Extremely rude and will talk to you in a demeaning and insulting way, not nice at all. I do not recommend collecting mail or parcels from here, or doing anything that needs a post office here. Try and divert it to another post office if possible. Also your parcel and all its contents will smell like the incense that is constantly being burnt in the post office.

This branch doesn't even deserve a 1 star. I witnessed a very rude Indian lady working in this Auspost and screaming and swearing. She doesn't know how to handle situations and she always give attitude. I've never seen rude staff like her before. Terrible service from the elder ladies that work there earlier today. Screamed at my friend and accused her for trying to steal when she was just collecting a package.
