Wow the lady here is rude! I asked to buy a prepaid enveope and she threw it at me across the counter and didn’t answer my questions! I had taken a padded envelope from the shelf to compare the size and she told me to put it back, which I was going to do on my way out so I dont hold up the line, but she kept repeating the instruction because she wanted me to do what she said NOW. Unfortunately this type of behaviour is not uncommon across Auspost branches. The only good thing is that it was open on a Saturday but that meant it was super busy.

It seems alright enough, but I have already had a few deliveries here (using parcel collect) and have not been notified when they have arrived! So unless I have specifically ordered something myself and can track it, there is no way to tell if someone else has sent me something and it has been sitting there awhile - which is such a shame as it is very conveniently located.

Both the older man and the woman were extremely rude. Treated me like I lacked common sense. Also everytime I asked if AusPost did the service of keeping my parcel until I came at a later date, the gentleman kept saying I could come and collect it later if I “trusted him”; this too was communicated to me like I didn’t have basic understanding. All I needed was a yes or no

Great little Australia Post Office, Tatts agency and Newsagency with newspapers and greeting cards. I needed to top up my Myki here and found the staff to be very friendly, helpful and provides a good service. Parking is very limited here but with the tram stop right in front, there's no problem if you're catching the tram.

They decided to close this Saturday. The only day most working people are able to pick up their parcels. I knew Australians were lazy but not too that level. Please do better or own a different business where you don’t need to leave your couch if that’s what you guys are aiming for.

Stinky, dusty outlet, with extremely rude staff and disorganised. Avoid if you can - unfortunately not possible if AusPost continuously decline to leave parcels at your place and you have to collect from here.

There’s an unrecognised transaction that has been charged on my card from this location and I have been trying to contact the branch but they kept declining the call and the line is always busy.

The lady was so rude I just asked her about the question she was like I can’t talk to anybody you I have a customer . She is soo rude . She just need to yes or no she made a big deal for that.

A quaint post office delivering good old fashioned services quite professionally. It has been here a long time with the same owners. Businesses do not last long if they are bad.

Arrived to have a passport photo taken and was turned away and advised to 'go to a bigger aus post as our photos always get rejected', which was disappointingly a waste of time
